I would have to say that the mechanics knew what they were doing and everyone was friendly. The only issue I have is that the used tire that was sold to my company had a pinhole in the sidewall. I only made it 200 miles before I had to buy a different tire. Hopefully they will cut us some slack on the junk tire that was sold to us.

Had a pothole mishap just down the road from them. They had the tire I needed and for a great price. They had my car done in less than 30 min. They have a nice sitting area for you to wait in as well as very friendly and helpful staff. I will recommend Vic's to everyone!Service: TiresService: Tires

I got tires and brakes here, and both times the service was amazing as well as the technicians. Even when they are busy, they are so polite and prompt. Definitely 5

I won't go anywhere else for Tire Care.They were able to patch my tire that no one else wanted to patch.They saved me over $300 by taking care of the patch instead of raking me over the coals for a new tire.They're honest and efficient!Please use Vic's!

What a refreshing experience!!! PERSONAL service that was timely, and Very well priced. No way Walmart or the other chains, can compete with a owner operated shop. 4/26/2022: I have been getting tires from Vic's for several years now and there is a reason I keep returning. Rick and his team are laid back, friendly, professional, and great at what they do. I have never had an issue here and have always received top-notch service.11/25/2021: I had a slow leak and brought my car in to have the tire repaired. I have been using Vic's Tire & Auto for several years, and I always receive top-notch service. Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and have a good sense of humor. Rick and his crew are really good at what they do. Prices are responsible and fair. Location can be a little tricky to access, but they are located on the busiest roads in Fort Smith.

If there is a business in Fort Smith that has better Christian values I will be surprised. I called them with a simple question and they invited me to come to the shop for resolution. I went on my lunch break and they figured out my tire pressure issue within minutes and resolved. When it was over I asked how much I owed them and they told me it was a safety community service and there world be no charge.Outstanding! The manager even went over with me the proper way to balance my tire pressure.At any cost please support our community based businesses!!!!!!

I got a flat driving into Ft. Smith and thankfully I looked up at a red light and saw Vic's Tire. They were able to pull my vehicle in immediately, fix my tire, and get me back on the road in under 30 minutes.

This morning I walk in for my appointment and the disk man was great. The alinement turned out great but the worker that worked on my truck to do the alinement after it was done he was kinda rood to me. Just because I didn't buy tires off of y'all doesn't give you the right to dis what I bought somewhere else it's my choice where i go to get tires and a alinement done. I don't know if I'll come back to them next time or not.Service: Wheel alignment

I absolutely this place. Friendly, honest, economical, fast and can not stress the quality of their work. One of the times in can in telling them my wiring was burning up.. expecting to have a huge bill...called me back and told me it was a Walmart bag stuck on my muffler. No charge. That is just one example of the their integrity and rare HONESTY! Thank you, Vics@

Had a rattle in driver side suspension in our Nissan Rogue. Dropped off at Vic's. They called shortly after saying it was just a loose nut on strut and charged minimal amount to fix. Honesty is super appreciated! Will be back for future car needs. Thanks Vic's Tire!

These guys were actually recommend to me by someone who stopped to help after I blew out a tire. And I a. Really grateful. It only took them maybe 20 minutes to replace my tire and I was able to get back on the road no problem. Their wait room was clean, and they had coffee available, which helped my nerves.I too recommend them pretty highly.

Overall a great experience. Fair prices, quick turnaround, and professional . Only gripe is that they could do a better job cleaning the rims after putting the tires on. Whatever they use to put them on was all over the rims, came off easily enough. Just some constructive criticism.

Went there to have a tire fixed. They got right on it and had it fixed pretty quick. Even checked the air pressure in the others. Very good service.

Vic's Tire is a very reputable business and always does a great job. They will give you a price quote before any work is don,e, they are courteous and just overall a great place to take your vehicle to get serviced. They have quality products and do quality work....who could ask for more.

I always receive reliability and honest service at Vic's tires. Before my husband passed away, our family had always entrusted Vic's with all our tire and service needs. Now they have added another satisfied customer because I remarried and my new husband loves the dependability and service. Thanks Rick for always picking my car up at work and servicing it AND bringing it back before I got off work. That is service with a 5 thumbs up.

Walked in needing a tire fixed. They had several vehicles in the shop already. Pulled my truck right in and got to work. Fixed the tire , remounted it and rotated all my tires in about 20 minutes. Even put my spare back under the truck. All for less than $40. Superb service!

I have used Vic s for several years and know they will do exactly what needs to be done. I don t worry about them telling me my car is in need of something when it s not. They are always friendly and will work with you to get your car repaired/maintenance at a time that s convenient for you.

July 26, 2021 left Ram 2500 for tire rotation. Rick Grizzle, owner, called and advised front pads needed changed. Had them do it. August 23rd, less than 300 miles later both front brakes severely overheated with smoke from left. Towed to Ram dealership. Required complete brake rebuild, rotors, calipers, and pads. Dealership advised since both calipers hung at same time most likely contaminated brake fluid was added. Rick would take no responsibility and said they did not add any brake fluid although his invoice for work states: "Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system." Bleeding air from system requires adding fluid.Service: Brakes

Went in to get my tires balance,they told me a 2hrs wait on them too get them just right . And a cost of $200,which is a little ridiculous, needless to say I went down the road a half mile and got them done for $70 Thanks Jim Grizzle.

I have been to vick's 3 times now, and for some reason i dont go more often! They have a very nice staff who answer all of my questions and they get the job done fast, also if they have ever messed up or missed anything from the problem they fixed it for free the next time.

I made an appointment to get my AC checked, when I arrived I was told I would have to wait an hour because he had just left for lunch. Seriously? I used my lunch to come here for an APPOINTMENT. No apologies offered, counter clerk just scoffed. Jerks!

They tell you come in and we ll check it out on the phone and then when you come in you have to make an appointment. Two times I ve come here pointlessly doing more damage to my car.
