Extremely friendly and helpful staff! I didn't think I'd be able to get a hole patched and would have to buy a new tire, but rather than just let me believe that and make money off me when they easily could have, they pulled it in, got it fixed, and wouldn't even let me pay.

Family and Locally Owned and Operated, they have the best prices in town, and the best customer service! Tony s Tires is best tire and mechanic shop in town!

I have never had roadside assistance show up THAT fast. It was midnight and he rolled out like it was the middle of the day and a usual day at work. Saved us from a possible huge disaster. Did a really great job. Was informative on the situation. Professional. Worked fast. 5 stars all day!

Got a blowout on the 4th of July . They were here in less than an hour! I was up and running in an hour after my blowout. I ve never gotten service this fast for a road side assistance issue let alone on a national holiday!

This place is great! Picked up a screw on the coldest crappiest day of the year so far and they pulled the bad tire and put my spare on in about 3 minutes and didn't charge me. I will definitely be back for my next set of tires after the snow melts. Very much appreciated. Everyone was super cool. Highly recommended.

Bought a suspension lift from a shop in town and they chose to use this place for the alignment. Couldn't recommend a worse tire shop. Lied about my alignment, wouldn't give me a printout of the trucks specs when I brought it back just fixed it. after the guy fixing it drove my truck in reverse with the pedal all the way to the floor I decided this place is a sham. Bad employees, bad manager, bad business in general. Would not recommend. 10 thumbs down.

Absolute life savers! My car had a tire blow out on the highway and they help get my car towed and they imported the tires and changed them within 2 days for so much less than the Dodge Dealership! I'm extremely grateful for Tony's!

I purchased a set of Goodyear DuraTrac's for my Jeep last week. I asked for an alignment as well. To my utter amazement, when I picked up the Jeep, they did not charge me for the alignment because it only needed a slight minor adjustment. They could have charged me for the service and I would have never known the difference. Service like that is unheard of these days. Honest and Trust is what builds a strong business. They won my trust.

There just aren t enough words to say how much we appreciate Jakob coming out on a Saturday afternoon and replacing our RV tire on the side of I-40. He made it look easy. What an amazing experience. We are grateful and Tony s Tire Service is absolutely First Class. Seriously the best ever. Saved us!!

This place is great. My family and I were traveling through Ft. Smith and I met the owner through a friend. Anthony was a super nice guy and his staff was very friendly. We needed our tires rotated and they did it quick. We found out they did oil changes and we needed that as well. They fit us in and got it done. They were so accommodating and went the extra mile for us. Highly recommend this place. Thanks Anthony! God bless.

Called a few days in advance for a quote and was told first come first serve. We pulled in friday late morning and we were out of there and on our way by about 3. Our RV is our home, so it is important to be quick as can be when it comes to shoving all 3 people and all 3 dogs into 1 car for a few hours. Thank you for making it quick and keeping us safe on the road.

Very helpful folks. My situation called for someone to come out I followed back to shop and done. Very pleased with the service. Saved me and my wife from a difficult situation and made it simple. Was work the service call fee and couldn't be happier to pay it. Thanks guys!!!

Very friendly and fast. Went above and beyond to get us back on the road after a blowout on the highway near closing time. Didn't have our tire in stock and went out to get it in town. From arrival to payment was probably 40 minutes. Highly recommend.

Stay away!!! Are keep your hand on your wallet, walk away when they start talking religion you going to get lied to.Worse recaps around will not stand behind them like they promised

Only place in Fort Smith I buy my tires. Nothing but good things to say. I once limped in at 4:59pm with a flat tire, they stayed overtime to get me taken care of and back on the road, even though I had a stripped the lug . Reasonable prices. Work is well done. Why try and save a dollar or two with the big chain stores who don't do the work right when you can go with a locally owned shop that does. Highly recommended.

Driving from OKC to Rogers my travel trailer shredded a tire. Pulled over and put on the spare. I got back on the road and made it almost to Fayettville before the other blew out. With no more spares and stranded on the side of the road I called multiple places and was unable to find anyone with the tire I needed. Thankfully Tony s Tire Service had two of them in stock. They drove out and got us back on the road. I am very grateful to them and their speed and service. If you are in the area and need assistance give them a call!

Headed to a family member's house for their birthday, I had a flat on my car. Jacob helped us out tremendously. In less than 5 minutes, my tire was changed. Jacob informed me that I needed to get a front end alignment and that my spare was starting to dry rot. Big thanks to Jacob for saving the day! We will be doing business with them for all our roadside and tire needs.

Wonderful, Christian owned, fair, good hearted workers! Known them my whole life. But honestly thought they were for commercial grade vehicles. They'll fix it all--related to tires. Went for a simple low tire, done!

I went here because I had a rental that needed servicing. They were friendly and nice but it took forever. They do not offer appointment slots to prevent this. I was there right at open and it took almost 2 hours for an oil change.

Friendly staff!! Only paid $15 to patch a tire and was in and out. Have to get there early in the morning unless you don't mind waiting! will be back for other work on my truck!

My buddy and I were broken down with a U-Haul on I-40. Tony(I'm assuming) passed us and assumed we needed help. He turned around before the work order even came through and pulled up moments after we got off the phone with U-Haul. He got us sorted out very quickly and back on the road. Thank you very much!

We had blowout on Sunday afternoon right outside Bobby Hooper Tunnel. Found Tony's online and called. They came out and replaced that tire and fixed our spare as that was the 1nd blowout we'd had that day. Made it to Alma and camped overnight. Monday morning we came and hade them replace the rest of tires. We were back on road before 10 AM. Great service and price was below what we'd gotten at home. Their business card will stay in our pickup and we definitely recommend them!! Nice bunch of guys who are on top of things!!

Byrd with Tony's Tire Service did an outstanding job putting new tires on our RV after we had a blowout on busy Interstate 40 after dark! It was a dangerous job, and he worked very hard to get us ready to roll again. Thank you Byrd and Tony's Tire Service.
