Very professional and great service. Took my car in to get the water pump and AC fixed, along with an alignment and new tires. He gave me a good quote for it all and I Told him my price I couldn t go over. He ended up finding way more wrong with my car, and fixed it all without going over my price. And charged just a tad more then the quote I got! Which I was very satisfied with! My car is running good as new and I got some super cold AC And to top it off he communicated daily with updates and had it all done within a week! Will definitely be going back if I need help!

Robert and his crew at The Car Clinic are experienced, honest, and very fair. The Car Clinic has serviced three of my vehicles dealing with everything from oil changes to custom aftermarket work. This is the ONLY mechanic service in the area that I would trust to do maintenance on my MINI Cooper S. It can be difficult to find someone experienced and willing to put in the work for a MINI, but Robert has taken fine care of my car, been very honest and straightforward with required maintenance and pricing for repairs. This team has been nothing but genuine and answers every questions I may have, even showing me how to properly check my oil level in my car. Their expertise and hard work is unmatched. Great customer service. Owners are second to none. Very open and honest with the customer with what they need and/or what they will need in the future. As a customer myself, I have always been able to walk in, talk to the owners about what my car is doing or what I want to do with my car. They will always do what they can to assist me. Have been going to Robert at The Car Clinic for years. The only person in Fort Smith that I trust with all my cars. Have brought all of my family's cars to him for any repair or maintenance that is needed. He is well trusted and an amazing person. Will tell you straight up if something is wrong with your vehicle and will not give you the run around like other shops will. I called on a Monday morning around 10 AM and asked them how much it would cost to install a new headlight bulb in my Toyota Tacoma. The person who had answered the phone asked me to hold while he looked up the cost of the bulb. After a minute or so they came back on the phone and told me that it would cost $15 to replace the bulb. I had already priced the bulb at both WalMart and a local parts store and knew that it would cost me around $13 to buy just the bulb so I thought that $15 for the bulb installed was a great bargain. I asked when they could get to it and they told me any time that afternoon after 1 PM.I arrived at The Car Clinic around 1:30 PM and when I pulled into the parking lot I paused as the parking area was quite full and I saw that I could park in between the two large doors going into the garage. By the time that I parked a man was standing just in front of my vehicle. I got out of my truck and saw that he was holding the bulb. He told me that I could just wait in my truck as he would have it installed shortly. Within 5 minutes he had it installed and when I asked he said I owed him $15. He was very nice and friendly and I left very pleased with having found someone to repair my truck promptly for a very fair price. Highly recommended.

Car Clinic does great work. Bobby built me a custom exhaust that sounds great and did a fine job swapping engines in my son's Honda. The JDM engine runs like a sewing machine.
