This place is "The place!!"The quality of work that is performed there is by far second to None!! the employees that work there are by far the most experienced and professional guys that I have ever had help me take care of my car! I felt like they took care of me like I was part of their family and I left fully confident that the services that were performed were done perfectly! I never knew that I could have had such a great experience getting my oil change done! I also want to give out a shout out to the store manager Jacob and both of the assistant managers Aaron and Maggie for doing such a great job!! Very fast service and I love the fact that I could stay in my car the whole time. They gave us complementary waters and the price was very good. I bought my own oil and filter ahead so I just paid a very fair labor cost.

The gentlemen who helped me were very polite and courteous. They got me in and out quickly while also doing their jobs correctly and efficiently. I will definitely be back for all of my oil changes

Fast, efficient and professional. Replaced oil plug and gasket, which had been stripped by last provider, not at Take 5. Checked air filter and topped off all fluids, plus checked and adjusted all tire pressures. All in less than 10 minutes, while we sat in comfort in our own car, sipping ice water they gave us. It's our home for future oil changes.

I got in really quick for oil change. These guys were really nice and on their game. They checked everything in record time and had me on my way. Will definitely be making this my regular stop for oil changes.

The workers seemed pretty arrogant for some reason. Even tho all they be doing is changing oil. Buuuuut the price was very agreeable and the service was fast. Also it's nice to not have to do anything except sit in my car.

Friendly service , alittle bit more expensive than some places , but for the convenience that you can drive by and just wait until there s no one in line and be in and out in 15-20 minutes, overall good value. And leave your window rolled down and you can hear them double checking each other to ensure it is done correctly

I had the coolant cleaning/replacement service done there yesterday (29/12/2024). It was quick and sure made a difference in the heating temperature output.The liquid that came out of the system was as black as dirty oil. Maggie was my primary tech and she was very efficient, knew what she was doing, and very courteous. She even gave my grouchy passenger a dog treat, after asking if it was OK.I would revisit this location again.

Prompt and professional service. I can t say enough about how quick and easy it was to get my oil changed. In and out in under 10 minutes. It was faster than the drive thru at Hardee s for breakfast that same day no exaggeration.

Aaron and Caden did the very best job for us . We are traveling from Southern California to NY when we realized we needed to get our Sprinter Van Serviced . We really appreciate their expertise with our vehicle and their general hospitality . They did a second to none job and they are very very appreciated

I recommend this place , always nice people and look out for me. They said up your tires or top off your oil and then as I wait, they wash my windshield. Good place to visit for your car needs.

Waited 20 minutes after being moved to a stall only to find out their extraction machine was down. If they'd have checked me in properly, they would've immediately been able to tell me they wouldn't be able to service my vehicle instead of wasting my time. The Lube down the road was 15 minutes in and out.

This place & staff were the most thorough & professional, ever! They checked everything, including an air filter that s located inside the glovebox! I bought my car new in 2013 & no one has ever checked or told me, there s one in there! It was completely filthy & full of leaves & debris! Now my AC blows full blast! Thank you so much, for being so helpful!

I love the customer service. Nate was very professional and knowledgeable about my car and it s needs. The prices are a little high but I like that they top me off aired my tires changed my air filter and windshield wipers. And all under 10 minutes. So the price was worth it . I give a 10 out of 10. I love this place. It s way faster, more professional, and friendlier than the other shop across town. If they don t have a part for my truck, they get one delivered. I have a diesel and the fact they do change fuel filters is a LIFE SAVER. I d prefer rain X brand wiper blades but the ones they offer seem quality and come with a six month warranty and I couldn t be happier about that. And they offer a free top off. Way too expensive. I should have just went to a regular dealership. Yeah it's half the time but definitely still not worth 95 bucks and they didn't even change my air filter (I told them not to cause I didn't need)

The people at this Take 5 shop are great , friendly . I recommend this shop. People are awesome. The one on Rogers Ave down from Walmart on zero. Great management

To be honest I saw a 20 dollar off coupon online .I showed up to a poorly staffed take 5 on zero street fort smith arkansas it was like 1:20 pm I had to be at work at 2:40...now the short dark headed fella came out brought me and the other car sitting there his circumstances...he could pull us in check our fluids airin the tire type stuff ...apparently only 2 of them work there and 1 of em decided to take a lunch break he hadn't had in weeks ...I paid 93 dollars w the coupon and it took every bit of an hour ...do better take 5 your little dude is 1 hell of an employee only reason you have my money is that dude being honest

I drove 20 miles to get here. They are closed. Not open during hours posted on google. Called. Not open during hours listed on their own phone. Consider updating or adhering.
