I was involved in a motor vehicle accident about 2 months ago, and this dealership's towing truck showed up (although I did not request them) and took my car since it was not running at the time of the accident. The next day, I was able to locate my vehicle, which had been towed to their dealership. When I went back to retrieve my belongings that were inside the car at the time of the accident, everything was gone!I asked them about my missing items, and they said they didn't know, suggesting they might have flown out of the doors. However, my vehicle's door was closed and jammed shut. I had to contact the police department to file a report on my stolen items. The workers and owner of this dealership are a joke, acting like thieves who think they can get away with anything. It's clear they don't understand the seriousness of mishandling people's personal property. I will ensure that this place is shut down and their license is revoked. They need to be held accountable for their actions.

Bought a Honda Accord, told me it would be safe and reliable, they replace battery, lied about it being new, it broke down 7 times in less than 3 months til i told them to come get it. They also called my references when I was not even late, were rude, and refuse to work with you if you need to change payment dates. DO NOT EVER USE THIS DEALER, THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED!!!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER LOT. They sell you lemon cars with aftermarket parts and the paint quality is cheap(chips off easily). Communication does not come with this lot. It takes multiple calls for someone to answer and when they do it s a lady with an attitude that won t resolve anything. They illegally repo your car when you try to solve problems caused by THEIR END. Then they demand $3000+ in fees to claim your car. If you are looking for a car, I d advise staying away from this lot ,dirty practices are used here and they will only set you back physically, mentally, and financially in the long run.

Bought a truck starting messing up the next day. Have had truck in shop 4 times in not even 5 months. And fix other things my self. Truck has definitely been in a wreck before but said it hasn't. When bought the truck they check the engine light and said it was something minor than I take to O'Reilly to have it checked and it was a long list of things wrong not one

Do not trust this dealership. The owner damaged my car in a hit and run using a vehicle that is STILL listed for sale on the company's website.

Hmm I wonder how many people with bad complaints just didn t pay there bills. I have never had a problem with them. From the salesman to the actual account people. They work with you as long as you pay your bill and keep in contact when things arise. I love my car and I d definitely recommend these people

I got my 03 Ford mustang from here I loved it. I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for I gave my price range and he found me the perfect car and they really worked with me they took $100 off just so I can afford to buy it cash on the spot. I will be buying two more cars from this lot I appreciate the love and concern that they showed from my family and they have the cutest mascot guard dog.

Beware ... They stole my cars back on new years... They filed faulse reports at fort Smith police station saying i broke in . I have a clean record im 40... They sent 2 women to repo my cars they jumped me and tased me . ( I still got tazer) people in Paris ark saw. Im taking to police dept on them now and the BBB of ark. ( look it up theres more reports) Better Business Bureau of fort Smith ark) Please be safe I would run from them. They cost me thousands and lied faulse police reports could of got me jail time.

Not only did they sell me a car that ran for 1 week, they took $3300 of mine, they also won't communicate with me, lady that answers the phone is extremely rude. This place should be OUT OF BUSINESS.... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. They lie, steal, and treat people horrible, a complete robbery!!!!!

I was really impressed with the salesman, Reynaldo. He was patient with us during our 3 days of back and forth looking at the vehicle we decided to purchase. The rest of their crew was outstanding, right on top of things and had us in our new ride within minutes. Thank you all for the new ride.

They lied from the beginning about the vehicle, in less than 1 month I had to put it in the shop. Cost me over $3,000.00 to repair. That's more than what I owed!! Now they are refusing to give me the title.

If you see this post and continue to buy a car from them you will forever remember this review. Do not walk.. RUN as fast as you can away from this place. You would be far better off without a car than to have one from here.

I bought a car from here about 5 years ago and I got a good deal on it. Paid it off and I still drive it. I still do all my business there. Chris has saved me and my kids several times. He has fixed things on our cars for a reasonable price and quickly. Thank you Sports and Imports for always having my back. When I'm ready for another car payment I will be buying it from here!

Do not ever do business with these people they sell you cars that you have to go get work done on it they do not allow you to test drive it or check the car out before you purchase it they will never alert you about anything the customer service is beyond ridiculous they think they can bully you into trying to keep a car when you try to give it back.

Had a great experience at this dealership, most places you feel like they are out to just make money and not put you in the vehicle you want. The owners here put me in the vehicle I wanted at a fair and decent price, and made me feel like I was important. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family for the best vehicle purchase experience ever.

these folks will schist you into buying a salvage vehicle without properly disclosing the information as per the guidelines issued by the state of Arkansas. Buyer beware of these crooks! wish i could give negative stars. They will also tell you that if you have any issues, that they can work on it and work with you. This is a tremendous lie as after my sons car almost killed him do to electrical issues from being totaled and the car shutting off and locking up on the interstate, they told us that there is nothing they can do. Terrible business people that will not honor there word and twist and hide important info.

Never do business with these people they will sell you cars that you have to buy to just go get work done on they do not allow you to test drive the car they don t allow you to look at the car or examine it before you purchase they will try to bully you out of your money

I make real good money working in Texas. But because of my x. My credit sucks. Shopped all over trying to get a challenger. But no one would finance it too me. Chris had no problem putting me in the car i wanted. And fixed every thing on it as asked. Today as i made my payment. I finally got to shake his hand and thank him for keeping his word. Can't wait to pay this one off. And buy another one. :)

Shortly after I got the car my check engine light was on I took it to O Reilly s they told me they turned the check engine light off just to sell it and told me it would roughly cost me 3000 to fix when the down payment was 1500 the oil even needed to be changed they did not even allow me to test drive it showed me pictures and said I can drive the car when I purchase it

I thought this was a great company and even bigger to everyone about them. But here recently I've wouldn't send my worse enemy to them. They illegally repossessed my car. I was not behind on my car or anything. But they came and took my car and said I was behind on my payments. I know you may be in dire need of a car but don't go through these people. They will take you for anything they can

Very helpful and great personalities working there, they want your business and make sure they do what they can to make you drive away satisfied. Only thing, is the mechanics are not on their game all the way. Need to make sure they do the required work before pulling out or else they won't do it and you'll find out a few miles down the road when your vehicle is smoking... Stay on top of those wrenchmonkees. Other than that, I was pleased

Great group of people in the office, but as far as some of their vehicles goes they can need quite a bit of work and are priced way above market value. I purchased a car and the next day had to replace the battery, the purge valve solenoid, one tire, the lining on the roof, and the check engine light came on after 2 days. Not every pleased with it after paying 1000 down and a total price of 10k for an 08 with 138k miles. Not all of their vehicles are this way I assume. Be sure to have your own mechanic check it out before purchasing. That's the reason that at first this was a 2 star review. But they did work with me on the first payment since I had to spend $$$ fixing the issues. So i gave them a 3rd star for that

I lost my mother in December. Shortly after that i lost everything, and was living out of her car which she left me. I had everything I own, including my mother's ashes in the car. I had a warrent for not being able to pay a fine for expired tags. I was arrested and my mom's car was towed to Sports and Imports.The car was towed Saturday night. They were closed Sunday. Because of the snow they were then closed Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. I called every day and only reached them on Thursday. At first they wanted to charge me for all of those days they were closed. About 1000$. Then they found out the car is still in my mom's name. They decided they were going to keep the car. Because they knew she was dead, her ashes in the back seat, and there was nothing I could do about it. I had to beg to be able to get my mom's ashes back. They so graciously allowed me to get my belongings. Because they knew the car and the stuff was mine. But they kept my dead mother's car.TL;DR the owner used my mom's death as a way to steal her car from me. Almost didn't let me retrieve her ashes.

DO NOT TRUST THESE CROOKS!!! My friend bought a truck from these people.. with the last of his money after moving here.. he needed transportation to get to work... The day after he bought it the drive axle dropped out...less than 24 hours.. iand transmission fluid was leaking out of the transfer box.. when he called in they said the truck was sold as is refused to do anything for him even though it was the next day...... I wish I could give them zero Stars....
