Very unsatisfied with their service. Had my tire changed. They left my spare in the trunk without putting it back where it should go. After I got in my car I found my spare tire in the trunk. I went back to ask and they said the coils are messed up so didn t put it back . Well, you should have informed me and showed it to me when at your shop. Not only they were rude but they failed to inform of the bad coil when I paid 140 to change my tire. It is your responsibility to show a customer when something is malfunctioning so that the customer doesn t think that you did it. This is common sense. You had me come back to ask you about something that you failed to inform me about when it s your job to do so!Very unprofessional. I ll never come back again!!!!

I went into STM a few days ago for an oil change. The tech offered to install my wipers for me. I really appreciated that. Tommy the counter guy was awesome as was Trent and Dwayne. The GM even came over and said hello. Great overall service. One of the Techs was a bit moody but aside from that I'll be going back and telling all my friends about them.

Have used this place for years good service had my wife take a car in for rotation and alignment and started shaking on the way for a oil change after rotation and alignment and when she stoped back by they just peeked under the car and said it was fine didn t even check it on a rack for regular vehicles or ailments may want to look around for another shop.

I absolutely love Southern Tire Mart! Amazing people and the best customer service! I am blessed to have Southern Tire Mart as my go-to tire shop! They have helped me a lot over the past year! They installed new brakes and tires on the front of the car after I had a scary experience with my brakes locking up. Thank you so much. And now, I just got tires from simpletire.com this week and chose them to install the tires and they installed them in no time! I will definitely recommend Southern Tire Mart! The best prices! They are amazing and honest! Honesty is so important and I am blessed to know them! Thank you so much and have a great day! Much love !!

Was having such a scary time each time I used my breaks. My car was shaking at sudden stops. As I was driving home a small dog crossed busy road I was able to stop suddenly and had no trouble at all. Honked till it got to safety. Then a car stopped suddenly in front of me at light. Again I would of hit them but breaks stopped me so fast it was a voided! Wow thanks guys for great job! Two events a voided in one day. Would recommend this place to friends and family! Shout out to my brother for recommending this place and for all you do to help me!

9700 271 IS WHERE THEY ARE I don't know who the hell marked them as closed at this location but they're most definitely NOT closed. They have been here for over 8 years. They do a great job of servicing our entire fleet. From our 16in to our 22.5in in stock at a great price!

Spend $1277.00 dollars there...semi truck left...tpms altering...went back Scott rudely told me well it was either working or not...I said it worked when it came in 30 minutes ago now it doesn't...tire was supposed to have 110lbs...left with 76lbs last time I use these people. Absolutely pathetic

I went into there shop just before Christmas bought 8 drive tires and 4 brand new wheels spent 5300.00 dollars was real happy.Then go in there today Jan 5th talked one of my buddy into stoping in there to go 2 trailer tires he was going to go to okc stm but I talked him into going to fort smith so I drive up there and ask them if they can take care of me on balancing my wife s tires in her suburban since I just spent 5k with them he says oh yea for sure right him up then charge me $70 wow that s taken care of me if you can t cut a deal just say so don t say yea then charge full rip off price sap I say well I won t be back he then says that s fine what that some customers service right there says if I give away service for free to everyone that spends 5 k we won t make any money well then just my rant Tom hope you make a million dollars

I advise everyone to stay far far away from this place. My driver had a flat tire and went here to get it replaced however we were told the tire would not need to be replaced only repaired. He went back on the road and 30 minutes later the same tire caught on fire. We called and told them what happened they came back out to replace the same tire and charged us a full service charge to do it. My driver continued on and the next morning he noticed the same tire was completely missing. I had him take photos and send it to the shop and they said oh it seems to be an axle issue and nothing to do with the tire at all. They want to claim no responsibility for anything to do with the issue and said my driver should not have called them to put on a tire and continue driving without figuring out the axle issue however that was never said when they were taking the money for the full service charge.This place is an ultimate scam company. It is unfortunate because we used them numerous times in the past but this a lesson learned and we will be staying far away going forward.

I called. They were closing in a few minutes but they waited on me. I was in and out quickly. They changed a tire and a rim for me in a few minutes. The techs were very knowledgeable and experienced especially with the small trailer tires. Many techs have problems with the little ones.

I was really happy to find out that Southern Tire Mart works on passenger cars and light trucks as well as 18 wheelers. They do alignments and oil changes too. The crew there is very professional and courteous. I was pleased to learn that the prices were some of the best in town and very fast service. I would recommend Southern Tire Mart to anyone who wants a good deal and likes to be appreciated for doing business with them.

So I checked all over town for tires that were a reasonable rate Southern tire Mart put four brand new ones on the ground car looks good with them and the prices were very inexpensive I was quite pleased at checkout time thanks Tom Mark keep up the good job people I'm glad I got to experience the hospitality you guys have

Took my truck in because all four of the New tires that were purchased from Southern Tire Mart has leaks or were losing air. Two hours after waiting in the waiting room I asked the person at the counter how long it was going to be. He rudely and loudly said " we don't fix flats for free and my truck was still were I parked it" I never asked for my flats to be fixed for free and the Audacity of the employees letting me set for two hours when I have deliveries to make and customers waiting on me and the fact they were brand new tires I purchased a week earlier from Southern Tire Mart made me very angry. I proceeded directly to Phoenix Avenue Tire and had the defective tired that would not seal on the rims properly taken off and disposed of. Then had a quality set of tires installed for about &120 cheaper than the defective Toyos that Southern Tire Mart put on the truck. Very dissapointed in the service and the way I was talked down to by the employee at the front counter. If I wasn't on the job and getting the tires put on a company truck I would have asked him to step outside. No one in customer service or anyone at any business should talk to a customer that way and what was worse the two hours of my time that were needlessly wasted. If he didn't want to fix the tires he shouldn't have taken the keys when I handed them to him. I never asked for it to be done for free

Very professional and fair price conidering I drive a 24 ft RV.I am very satisfied with the issue of the steering wheel wabeling at 50 m/hr.Balanced 2 front wheels and equalized the tire preasure of 6 tires all for $36.00.

Very efficient, welcoming people,and reasonable prices, and very knowledgeable mechanics. If you have a car problem they can fix it and there tires last some time! I suggest checking them out!!!

Saturday morning & a Flat....dead tire!! Nothing worse!!. Luckily this place was right down the street. I did stop & put air in to make it to their store. I asked if it could be repaired to do so... if not I'd buy a tire. They quickly found a hole & repaired it for about $17.00 and I was on my way fairly quickly. Awesome & friendly staff.

Would rate zero if I could. Brought car in for an alignment and everything worked. I didnt even make it off their lot and a cv axle broke.They failed to test drive after the alignment and now they wont take responsibility for breaking it. Rip off artists.

I took my vehicle in for an alignment, and these people said it would cost me $820.00 to replace my ball joints and brushing before they could align. FYI those parts cost $150.00.So I took my Jeep to a first mechanic in Muldrow and he said all there's nothing wrong all I needed was an alignment it was only $75.
