Just wanted to think this company for their great service. They were so kind to bring me my tires from Springdale to Fort Smith and delivered them to my house. Everyone was so helpful and nice. I will be using them in the future. Thank guys for your help and you deserve a good review for your good service

I think this tire shop has the friendliest helpers! This morning I had to get one of my tires patched and the help really did a good job and seemed like he knew what he was doing. He found the tiny nail in my tire and took good care of my problem!

The light came on in my car that I had low tire pressure but didn't say which tire. So I stopped at 1st available place and asked them to check my tire's air pressure.They graciously did it with a smile.They were SO helpful.

Paid for a tire and came out to be flat my mom went there the next day to get it fixed for their mess up. And she got it fixed and wanted to charge her 5 bucks, there was a white guy there that told her that she didn t have to pay. She went home and next thing you know police was at her door, over a misunderstanding and 5 bucks. They need to get there work better and have better communication. Not so good customer service and not a good job fixing a tire problem that you caused!!! Wouldn t go here!!!

Darren patched my tire this morning. He was very courteous and helpful. He checked all my tires pressure and aired them up. THEN, he noticed that one of my hubcaps had been installed incorrectly. So he jacked up my car again, and installed it correctly!! Great customer service! Thank you Darren!!!

Horrible service...took them 30 minutes to get one tire off the rim it took them 45 minutes while it's 17 degrees outside didn't offer to let me sit in side they had a metal hammer hitting on my rim which something you shouldnt do on top of they have no sign saying cash only so I had to give them my ID and drive to get them cash off my card...so for me and my experience I would not recommend this place to anyone

I would never recommend this place they sell bad tires very hazardous not safe what so ever does not balance tires if they sell you a bad tire you have to pay to have it fixed or replaced. Says tires have warrantee but when you go back because it's bad they act like they never seen you before and you're lying and tell you to leave before they call the cops. PLEASE DON'T GO HERE. Especially if you transport children it's just not safe

Brung them 6 directional tires to put on they put all them tires on the same direction 3 where wrong directions 3 where right didnt even balance them either, I was in a rush & didnt check their work, these guys have poor experience with high end directional tires, ended up taking somewhere else to reinstall, I prolly wouldn't recommend if u have directional tires

went in to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. we leave, get up speed and truck starts shaking...we called them. nope didnt balance. told us we were s.o.l so we will never return there.

Service is not good and they mess your tires up.Bent my rim and wanted payment to fix the dent in my rim. Do not go here!!!!!

This place is absolutely horrible they ruined the guys wheel because they didn't know how to take a lug nut off and then closed the shop and left him there.
