Great service!!! Super knowledgeable mechanics, I had a terrible oil leak on my Dodge Journey..I was referred to Phoenix Avenue Tire and I was not disappointed. Eric was super friendly. Jacob did the work on my vehicle and it was done quick and efficiently! He even walked me through what he did and why it was done. They will have my continued buisness. I highly recommend them!!

I usually do not do reviews, however this one is definitely worth doing one!I was recommended from a friend to try this place out because I needed an alignment done! I am glad I went here, I called and made a schedule which was so easy compared to other places! It only took them an hour to do the alignment, and I can say I definitely needed it because I can tell a huge difference when I am driving now. Everyone was wonderful! I especially appreciate Tyler for reaching out after to make sure that everything was working and running. You don t find much businesses that care about their customers but I can say Phoenix Tires truly care about their customer! I will definitely be back and recommend this place to everyone !plus the pricing was reasonable for the alignment didn t charge me a arm and a leg! Good Job to everyone out there!

Phoenix avenue tire and Auto is an amazing place to take your vehicle to. I've had a couple things done there, they are honest they do thorough inspections which actually helped me prevent further damage to my truck and the rates are reasonable, fast and friendly service. I trust them with my Ford F-150.

Eric helped me with explaining what tires I needed and gave the website to look on my own. All questions were answered. He explained all pricing and there was no pressure to buy. Great experience and they have my business for all car needs.

The new owners are great. I was very impressed since the last time I was there. They got me great price on 10 ply tires. No body could beat the price they gave me.

They took my truck in at the appointment and put on a new tire and aligned it up and had it back to me within an hour. Truck drives straight and smooth now. Very courte people

Friendly with quality service and great prices. I went in for tires and had my 2 year old with me. They were welcoming and made my toddler feel safe to be there. My family has been coming here for many years and we will continue to come here for many more.

Needed work done on the steering of my Ram. They got me in the same morning and got it fixed the same day. Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. They kept me informed of everything that was going on with regular updates. Highly recommend this place.

I ve had both front end repairs and new tires both purchased from these guys. GREAT service, reasonable pricing, and outstanding follow up. Being personable and actually doing follow up to assure you are satisfied goes a long way. Excellent service.

I need to rant for just a minute.Most of you will not understand this, or care about what just happened.But those of you in this area do not, I repeat . Do not ever use Phoenix Tire, on Phoenix Ave. in Fort Smith. Arkansas!We needed two new tires on my car.Now mind you this place is under new management, and they are so unprofessional.Yesterday, we dropped my car offTo have the tires on the front replace. Frontend aligned, and the back tires rotated.It was to cost right at 500. Dollars.They were to call us at 2:00 to come get it! We called them at 3:00.They did not aline the frontend and they put the new tires on the back. Absolutely nothing was done as discussed.The guy we dealt with yesterday was not there, and the young guns there were so rude, and hateful.Of course Rodney was upset, and left me standing there, thinking I was right behind him.As he drove off, he threw the paper work out the window since nothing was done correctly!This tall kid starts yelling at me for beinfg disrespectful for throwing the paper work out of Rodneys window, like I had anything to do with it.Needless to say he got right in my face yelling about respect, or lack there of. I said don t get in my face, we just paid for a job that was not done as agreed!His response was Boohoo It went from bad to worse, and while I can fight my own battles, Rodney left me there with no paperwork to make my point, or a gun to protect myself, as I felt very threatened Right now we have 20 new tires on all our vehicles purchased from this place.It s not a stretch to say we WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN FOR ANYTHING.New management sucks! I hope they treat future business, with better respect, and do what was agreed upon. Or better yet lose any future business and don t make it! Boohoo!

Great people with great professional service. Didn't feel like they were trying to scam me out of paying more for what was actually needed like most repair shops. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends! The guy that helped me was Tyler. But everyone was nice and seemed like they really enjoyed their job. Peace

Had air conditioner repair work done after another local automotive center hit me for over $1, 800 in repairs and didn't fix a thing. Tie in the gang were honest, and walk me through every step of the process. And save me a lot of money from what I've been quoted at the other place.

Great service. Prior to realignment, Eric warned me about the possibility of having to replace rear camber control arms due to the way Hondas are built which would have been another $700+. Turns out we didn't need them replaced, but I appreciate the honesty up front.

Had my damaged tire replaced and all my tires filled with air in under 30 minutes without an appointment. They even put my spare back nicely in the trunk. Attendant at the front was very nice and professional. Pricing was well worth the work they were able to do when I was in a pinch. Will be recommending to anyone that needs a tire service.

I can t say enough kind things about Phoenix Avenue Tire and Auto. My cars stalled on me while my dad was in the hospital with a heart attack. It was after hours so I made an appointment online and received a text message within a few minutes. My appointment wasn t until Friday but they were able to look at and repair my vehicle on Thursday. Everyone I encountered was so friendly and helpful.
