Smooth easy process buying my first brand new baler. Logan was knowledgeable of the whole process and made the purchase super simple. Had a small issue during delivery that was handled in less that 24 hours, can't beat that kind of service.

Logan was incredible with our zero turn purchase! He was patient and answered all our questions. He was very knowledgeable of everything we asked. He was great with our two kids, as well! He made sure we knew how to contact him if we were to ever need him and went over all the paperwork. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase and will surely be going back to him when we need more equipment!

The purchase and delivery all were very professional and the new mowers JD S 220 is top notch just as you rely on John Deere to be P&K Ft Smith is always reliable for either sales or service and you know you re getting the best equipment available anywhere in John Deere

I love my new zero turn John Deere. Logan Tabor at P&K was very helpful and courteous and able to deliver the next day. I got nearly 20 years of service out of my last John Deere and hopefully 20 more from this one

I had a fantastic experience buying my first riding mower from Logan! When I called I fully expected a headache and a lot of time. Instead we handled the entire process over the phone in less than 15 minutes, with Logan suggesting the perfect mower for my needs and budget and giving me all of the important info. He was straightforward and knowledgeable of the products and services. And I absolutely love the mower I got, my wife commented I was acting like a kid at Christmas haha! P&K has really earned a long time customer with me.

We had a great experience with P&K Equipment at the Fort Smith location. Our salesman, Logan, was very helpful getting us setup with exactly what we needed, never once pushy, and took the time to work out the numbers for us multiple times until we found what we wanted for sure. It was a very painless, smooth transaction. He went above and beyond even after the sale to correct an issue for us with some missing lift arm pins on our box blade and got them to us ASAP. The service guys were great to work with getting things setup, installed, and sorted out on our equipment as well. I was also very appreciative of the service tech, Aaron Hitchcock, for taking the time to show me how to remove and install the backhoe attachment properly. He made sure I knew exactly what to do, and how to do it safely. Overall I was very impressed with the whole group and will most definitley be doing business with them again in the future.

Logan & the team at P&K Equipment were excellent to work with. Logan made the buying process a breeze. He answered all my questions and made sure I purchased the right size equipment for my property. The delivery driver (I don't recall his name) was accommodating to my schedule. My wife and I are already discussing what our next purchase will be from P&K.

I can t say enough how well the sale of my new equipment went. Logan went above and beyond to get me hooked up with the exact tractor and rotary cutter I was needing. Even after the sale, he continues to always answer questions and be available. Highly recommend Logan and P&K Fort Smith!!!

Logan Tabor was so helpful in assisting me in purchasing a zero turn 300 series John Deer. I have never experienced such a friendly, caring and fast service in my purchase. They did the paperwork, the delivery making my experience stress free. I did not even have to leave my home. I knew what I wanted and they took care of me. Thank you so much for all that you do. We love our mower.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.If I could leave a 0 stars I would for the following reasons.Went in to purchase a Sub Compact tractor with backhoe, front loader, and belly mower. Informed salesman I was willing to pay the full amount that day. When I asked the salesman if he would walk out to the tractor I was looking at to answer some questions he did not make any attempt to go outside. Instead he stayed at his desk. When asked about delivery, he stated it would add $280 to the charge. He would not reduce the amount except by $100 even though I was not using financing.I will say that this is not the way to represent a company or make a sale.

We've bought our tractor, implements, trailer, and a gator from Logan at P&K over the past two years. Logan is extremely friendly and helpful, and the reason we came back for the gator. We'd been in other places looking for tractors, including other John Deere dealerships, where I was treated like a nobody simply because I wasn't buying a $100,000 piece of equipment. Logan treated us like customers should be treated.
