Why are the workers there always the same type of person. Very boring and plain. Kinda like normal SpongeBob from that episode where he was all smooth and boring. They're like that. Also. I wish they could have found me a cheaper starter than 140$ like dayummm you can't order something cheaper? but they ok tho

Bit slow to get helped, and that guy and I had some communication problems so he was not very helpful. Not entirely his fault as I struggled a bit to find the right words to describe what I needed. Car Part Lingo is a language I could use some tutoring in.

Great service and will get you the correct parts. Called auto zone and was told they would have to order all the parts I needed. Called oreilly auto parts and they had almost everything in stock. They got my headlight in the next day.

I've been going to O'Reilly Auto Parts for years now, and I'm always impressed with how helpful and friendly the staff are. They always have the parts I need, and if they don't have it in stock, they can order it overnight and there's no charge for it. I appreciate their commitment to providing customers with the parts they need in a timely manner. I highly recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts for all your auto part needs.

Worst Oreylis I have ever been, won't price match local competition and by the way, asking for parts is like pulling teeth, I don't even know why are these guys on business...Just go to132, they will take care of you on that location. Any issues or warranty recalls just go to 132 9601 in Rogers Ave..best customer service in ft smith. But the grand location sucks.I've always hated coming to this location But it's the closest to my parents home, and it hasn't been the 1st, 2nd or even 3rd. It is always been the same customer service.For any needs I have always used 132 location, and they have always showed the best customer service and they have always honored the life time warranty...again, if you didn't feel satisfied don't get upset, just call 132 location off 9601 rogers and they'll take care of you.

Have always gotten fast really helped here. Robin takes great care of me anytime I need anything. Will always give this place top priority and first pick when I go Auto parts shopping.

Excellent costumer service Mr Garrett from store # 104 over Grand ave FT Smith AR, went above and beyond to help me with some electrical fuses for my vehicle I really appreciated the great service, commitment and professionalism.

Grrrreat customer service I was there a few hours but time flys when an employee is an old schoolmate... Mario was above and beyond with communication, service and professionalism and the asst. mgnr. was really nice and a extremely big help informing me what was wrong with my battery I recommend u go here for all services that they offer and if ur military/veteran they give awesome discounts #share

Our headlight was out so we stopped by the Grand Avenue location in Fort Smith. We didn't have any tools since we are from out of town but Carlos changed it out for us!! Thank you so much!!!

Okay listen now. Listen. Hear me? Hear me? Okay, these folks do some video magic. For real tho. My feet have been to every damn paint store this side of the last paint store 8 visited. And not a one of them could get the right paint for my 98 GMC 4x4 Extended Cap Sierra Z71 XLT. With a 2 inch lift, AT 285/75/16s, go anywhere truck. I was about to just paint the SOB, Kevlar Ryno. How the hell ya spell Ryno. Oh

Be very cautious of any mechanic this store recommends. The one recommended to me broke an ignition switch and steering column cover...promised to fix his mistake...then disappeared with my part and money

I very much appreciate the help I received from a very kind, professional, and knowledgeable young man! He checked fuses and headlight bulbs, gave several options for replacement bulbs, and then installed them for me.

My wife purchased a windshield wiper motor from them today. It came from Cardone remanufacturing. The part itself was a Boshe motor. The part was wrong for my year make and model. I took it in about 10 minutes ago and the assistant manager told me that the part I brought in was not the part he sold my wife. I had the receipts and everything. He refused to give me my money back. Then a sales associate who's name was Mustafa, called me a liar and accused me of switching out parts which made absolutely zero sense considering the part was a brand new Boshe wiper motor. With staff like that, I will NEVER shop there again!!!

I called this store 4 times from June 29th 4 PM to Yesterday 1PM and they flat denied that they sold a Ford 250 factory taillight to the man who committed a 3 vehicle hit and run and left the scene on June 29th. When in fact they did sale the taillight to the hit and run driver on June 29th just 2 hours before I called them and just hours after the 3 vehicle hit and run he committed. This store should be more helpful.

My husband went to the o Reillys on grand Avenue in Fort Smith Arkansas tonight the night manager was very rude to him and Argued with him about the part he was buying then told him that if he opened it he couldn t return it then turned around and made him empty his pockets because he thought he was stealing we do so much business in that store but I don t think we re ever gonna go back there again

Very helpful tech that tested our battery, alternator and starter BEFORE we wasted $200 on a battery. We had it towed back to Fayetteville. Thanks guys.
