Want to give a shout out to Philip! He went above and beyond to help me with changing my car battery and was very kind and friendly. Also want to thank Monica for her assistance! Definitely recommend the O'Reillys on Midland! Great staff!

The place was great! I got some help immediately and was greeted with a friendly associate. They helped me get exactly what I needed and I had the job done within a few hours. The tool lending is a big help, too!You can always bring the tool back when ready and move on with your day.I appreciate the help and knowledge the staff has. I will be back when I get back from my trip then made possible! Thanks everyone at O'Reilly!

Not really satisfied with the customer service here, the two men that were working on this day kind of ignored me and my mother-in-law when we stopped in to purchase a few things for my husband.Didn t ask if we needed help, didn t ask if we found everything OK, we wandered around the store looking for what exactly we needed and it took us quite a while when they could ve said something.I understand that they were checking people out and getting parts and answering phones but there was several times when we walked up to the counter to ask a question that they just basically ignored us. I will go across town to the other O Reillys where they treat women with more respect., The one on Rogers treats you just like everybody else and I love that about them

Terrible,, I'm very capable, but don't act like you wanna help me, but do everything wrong, cashier Philip drawer 4,,6/6/23@7:41am. I got though, I was the wrong color,,my opinion.. batteries for a key phob...

Young lady didn't seems to know what I was asking needed an Ac/Heater Blower for my car . Conversation lead to you all don't carry that type of blower . So I called Auto Zone they were very helpful

Was stressing about my air bags and couldn t find what was wrong with it . Vanel ( Assistant Manager) went above and beyond and figured out the problem . Thanks bro for not giving up on me

They are very helpful and have a large selection of parts for a variety of vehicles. Many parts have a lifetime replacement warranty. The prices are good and the workers are friendly. They can test your vehicle for many problems, such as battery and alternator issues, and have free loaner tools to help with a large variety of repairs. They are able to quickly get any parts that they may not have in stock.

I use O'Reilly's all the time for the most part the staff is very quick and friendly and helpful I'm finding the part you need. it's a fairly large store so they normally have it in stock if not they'll send you to the Rogers avenue store where they normally have about everything in stock. over the course the last few years I've spent a lot of money there and haven't regretted it since.

It's not bad it's a very typical autoparts store absolutely nothing wrong with it but nothing makes it draw me to it other than I live close by

Went there with what I thought was a leak in my radiator somewhere. The gentleman there proceeds to put the stuff to seal the leak in the reservoir instead of in the radiator. Had an appointment with a radiator shop the next day and they realized it. Never again!

Great customer service.... Manager recognized I needed help told me where I needed to go. Manager followed up a few minutes later to help me out. Could not find this part and was happy to tell me where I could find it. He didn't have to tell me that Home Depot carried it. Even thank me for coming in.

These guys at work here buster but to make sure you have what you need they're knowledgeable on how engines work and they know there stuff when it comes to parts stores cleaning and located in the convenient place way better parts and AutoZone check it out or your missing out

Best auto part store in Fort Smith is on Midland Blvd they are so friendly and nice. Juan Santillan is the best employee there he is very nice and friendly he deserves a raise

Fuel pump went out and they gave us the wrong part and the mechanic had to order us a new part. Had to wait three days to get our money back on our card. Over all nightmare. Would not recommend this location however the parts are the cheapest around.

This O'Reilly's on midland Blvd always treats there customers with respect and always willing to help eny customer, also if they don't have your part then they check their other stores for you and if not they will order it for you. This is the only O'Reilly store that I use now.

Staff is always helpful. Going above and beyond to find car, truck or mower parts and what every else I am fixing. Don't go anywhere else in town.
