We use the Rogers avenue location at least once a day for our repair shop. I m always super happy when Kaden, Ashley, Nicole or Jeff answer the phone because I can be unsure of what exactly my husband is looking for and they talk to him enough that they can usually figure it out for me without having to go ask him a million questions while he is working. They all need high fives! (Maybe a raise too) wink wink

The night that I came in it was a rainy and stormy night and I was broken down on my bicycle I was thinking who could ever help me? when I realized that O'Reilly's had a loan a tool program and I thought to myself why were they only loan tools to people with cars why wouldn't they loan some person with a bicycle and when I went in the store I was met by a man named Zachary and this man was a very kind and he was a gentleman and listen to my problems and gave me the tools that he thought would help me the most well after 15 minutes I had figured out what was wrong with my bike and what I need to fix it he also found me the correct bolts that I needed to replace to make my bike work correctly again then he sold me the bolts to my bike and I drove away a very happy customer now I may have only contributed $5 to O'Reilly's but they treated me like I had given them the kingdom

I visited the store yesterday evening for a battery check. I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed assistance. My battery was determined to be bad. I asked if they could install for me. The gentleman helping me sought out assistance as he was unfamiliar with the process involved with my particular vehicle. Enter Tyler. He was super knowledgeable and explained the process to me as well as the other employee. He took over and had me back on the road in a total of 30 minutes. I will add that it was below 30 degrees and he did this without wearing a coat. Great service friendly staff and I was super impressed.

Went in there about 1-2 months ago to pick up the oil cap I ordered. The cap didn't fit but not the reason for the post nor 1 star. I always use O'Reilly's for my parts. Like always lol. But at this location in specific, I got rude service from the manager after a friendly greeting. I did know the individual from high school, kindly asked if he remembered me and got rudeness from there on until I left the store. Won't be back to that one even though it's the closest one to where I live. I recommend using the O'Reilly's on Grand. Those guys are always nice, spark up conversations with me even when I'm just looking at oil.

This store allowed a guy to return a part that was in their computer in my name only....which I had purchased 2 days prior...and gave him my money back allowing him to steal from me......should never happen. Nobody should have access to my parts in their system but me....period

Unfortunately, my battery decided that it served its purpose, at the worst possible time. Hilton just finished dialysis; it was almost 5 p.m.; had to have it jumped by Woodruff; book it to O'REILLY. They went beyond the call to see if they could find a mechanic that was still working...no luck. So, they replaced my battery. Sure you say, just drop it in. A Ford Escape is not that easy. It's behind the fire wall. Had to undo a lot of stuff, put it back together and get a charger on the car as not to mess up the electronics and computer, so that, it would run right. It was after 6 p.m. by the time, the young gentleman finished. So proud of them that helped us out. O'REILLY'S is the best! Thank you for all that you all did .

Needed new wipers - also installed right before a winter storm. I had the misfortune of having one of the employees pick out the most expensive they had - (place both upside down on the counter so it wouldn't be known) start to ring it up - then go out & put them on. All this without a good morning. Was super surprised the set cost me $30. The rest of the employees were very nice.Work on your communication skills! Don't take advantage of a woman who uses your store

I was visiting from out of state and I ordered a special order filter to pick up. The filter came in early and store staff were quick and eager to help me with the other items I needed.

I came in not know what I needed. I knew I needed oil and that it was called 5W-30 but that was it. They helped me figure out how much I needed and when they saw me struggling flawlessly with my car they came out and offered help. I had the best experience.

Asked the service counter for replacement bulb and asked if they could replace. Guy comes outside looks at it says No Problem.after 5 minutes of him trying to figure it put he calls the other guy out and he gives an even worst effort looks at me and say We'll I can't get it... smh

THESE people are SO helpful! IT'S comforting to know we LADIES can depend on the NOT ONLY informative but physical staff without paying high mechanical PRICES!!! I for one am VERY appreciative....SO THANK-YOU

Unprofessional, I was told my rotors would be done within an hour... I call back 3 hours later and they just started working on them because they forgot . Unreliable service especially since they raised their prices($20 was $15). Very inconsiderate of customers time.

Brian is the most proffesinal, accurate, informatable & helpful,O' Reilly employee I've ever delt with! I never have to make return trips over wrong parts... what an excellent young man! We appreciate doing buisness with O'Reillys once again... hopefully he will be here a long time!
