Trust them with an oil change at most. Just make sure they put your cap and skid plate back... I took my '03 Mustang GT premium (FORESHADOWING- *almost perfect body* -FORESHADOWING) to them for a pretty big job, some high dollar work and I was recommended to them. Not only did they not do the work, they damaged the rear bumper of my car, and had time to drive my car, but NOT pull it into a bay, or communicate with the customer? At the most basic level? I was scheduled for work that Jerry and Mike told me would take a couple days. So I drop the car off on Monday and order some last minute parts. The parts arrive not even 2 days later making it midday Wednesday at this point. I get no call for the rest of the week to only call them with ample time on Friday for them to tell me to call on Monday. So now I call Monday and Jerry tells me they haven't even touched it, they HOPE for some time this week. So I tell them I'll pick it up the next day. The car is backed in (close to the wall) not pulled in like I had it. A GOUGE/scratches on the rear bumper, plus a change on the odometer. My odometer does mileage to the decimal, look it up. So don't tell me 'it must have been at the change of a mile'. That place is a horror story that I have already saved people from on the local forms. Do what you want. Not to mention he steals and o2 extension harness of mine. I ordered 2 incase one was faulty. (Im working with an aftermarket supplier and I didn't want any mistakes.) Maybe he thinks I wouldn't notice, or he didn't know I ordered 2. But THAT is the integrity of this man in a nutshell. A $54 part..

First time using these guys did a good job on first half. Ran my gas out of my vehicle while working on it then charged me to put more gas in it. When it was picked up it was on empty. Told me it would be X -amount of dollars for a part plus a little extra for labor (to plug is a new wiring harness for heater. Labor ended up being more than what the part cost was (part was $250.00

Took my car here for a claim for carvana. They were very professional and talked me through the process. They did a great job keeping me informed, and the work on my truck was top-notch.

I will never use this service again. I dropped my car off to have the ac serviced and an oil change. Paid my 220 dollars and now my blower is making a massive noise and the speed adjustment no longer functions. It worked fine before I dropped it off. Now they want me to pay the another 175 to fix something that was not broken before they worked on it. Sorry I will find someone else.Service: A/C installation & repair

I'm very happy with their service. I brought my car in with no idea what was wrong. They explained everything that needed to be fixed and explained the charges. The price I paid was the same as the quote. This company is highly suggested.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

We're new to the area, I always try and search out a good shop early on. I've used Mike's Auto on two separate occasions in the last two weeks and I'm very pleased with their work, their pricing and are a very friendly group of guys to work with. This is the worst place ever hi hi cost. Poor workman ship .cost.me $1900. Nothing was fixed. My air worked but needed. A little charge now it don't work at all and I can't afford to. Take it back to this guy

Worst experience I've had not once but twice!I took my truck in for 3 things, abs light on, check engine light and AC not blowing cold.First mistake was saying it was no hurry, 3 weeks later I get a call stating it's ready, I rush down to get it, pay bill and leave, I stop to get something to drink and I an informed my turn signal assembly is laying on my bumper, ok innocent mistake someone must have bumped it, I'll call and let them know when I get home, halfway home ABS light pops on the less then 10 minutes later AC is blowing hot again! I call I'm not happy but trying to be understanding, they say oh well bring it in, i ask how looking this time because i can't leave it 3 weeks again. I'm told well we are busy but will get to it, so back my truck goes, a week later...ok all fixed, pick ot up 20 minutes later AC quits and 40 minutes later turn signal assembly falls out, they just jammed it back in never even attempted to fix the clips they brokeCalled again and was informed to bring it back againI asked is it getting fixed right this time because I've about had it, the mechanic informs me " our mechanics been jumping in it everytime we need to run a errand and the AC worked!!Ok hold up....you been using my customized Chevy truck as a errand truck???I WOULDN'T RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE, I WONT TAKE MY TRUCK THERE AGAIN AND WILL BE SUING THEM FOR THE DAMAGES TO MY TURN SIGNAL ASSEMBLY AND HOPEFULLY THE REPAIR BILL TO FINALLY GET AC FIXED.

Mike really helped me out by replacing rubber portion of air conditioner hose. New rubber is stronger and more resilient than factory, and only 25% of the cost for replacement part.

They didn't mention my car had to sit there for "3 or 4 days" before they could even look at it! The lady is very sweet but the men are rude.

I left my truck there all day. an ac diagnosis was only suppose to be a couple of hours.they didn't call with any updates or estimates.bottom line is nothing was accomplished and a whole day wasted.
