Mike is awesome and always super friendly. He makes sure your car is in excellent running shape and if anything needs to be done he goes the extra mile to make sure it s done. We have gone to him for years and never had an issue. I know if I have any issues I can call him up and he will take a look at it for me. I have never had a mechanic as caring as him and his team.

I would leave more than five stars if I could! The entire staff at Midas is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I trust Midas with my car.

With the holiday special on tires they made it seem like a good buy then required a front end alignment. Not like I needed one but was like well ok never hurts and paid over 100 dollars for the alignment. After they replace a full set of tires and attempt an alignment my trucks camber has been so bad that it's forced me to go somewhere else to get better service where my truck will drive straight and not drag me into a ditch. Not only that they had left one valve cap off and left one tire with 20 less psi than others. Service was bleak and needs to take better care of customers not just take advantage of people for being the newest shop on the block.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PRICE GOUGE. False $24.95 oil change cost double. State labor rate is $100. Midas charge $120. Also, because I use CarShield, the repair estimate more than doubled. 1,600 to 4,000. Well, I had no where to pull that kind of money from. That left me stuck and still at their mercy....1 star for Midas being excellent at their HUSTLE.

I was not sure how quick they could do an oil change. Bc I was on my lunch break. I had a tune up next week. So they did it fast and honored my coupon. Just the oil change. I didnt need a complete inspection. They did great.

Disappointed that I was way overcharged above what I was quoted on the phone and used their Black Friday coupon on 3 different vehicles and still no where near what coupon advertised it would be! Will find somewhere cheaper for basic oil change next time

The new location is great. Roger's Ave is a nightmare, but the Massard area has no congestion. Might be an odd thing to notice, but the restroom is thoughtful. All in all, it was a much more comfortable place. The guys do good work as well.

First time I have ever been there as of today. I had to make an appointment yesterday for today for they were so busy.I walked in and my eyes deceived me when I checked in. This place used to be professional before the move. They've had more owners than the average Arkansan can count. This place will rip you off and literally charge you for the lube. Coupons are a JOKE . USE FIRESTONE!!!

The wait room and restroom was very clean, the service was great. But what impressed me, was someone car was getting fixed, brake line messed up. The tech could have easily said needed replaced and charged, but he called and admitted he could not tell if from age car or the previous service job, so he said he fix and not charge. That is running business by example. I will definitely give them my business and recommend.Service: Oil change

They did an amazing job and were fantastic to work with! They had several suggestions, were very clear with pricing and the steps to help me get back on the road safely!Ron and Josh both looked at my vehicle before they even got it in the shop and talked me through it all right there in the parking lot!
