Employee was willing to listen to an unrelated issue apart my original visit. This was my first visit. I was gifted a gift card for an oil change and am highly considering switching from my current provider. Back to the fact that the employee not only listened to my unrelated issue, he ended up popping the hood and advising me. As a matter of fact, when I called to make the appointment the gentleman that answered also offered advice and personal suggestions to fit my situation.As soon as the oil change and inspections were done I received an itemized quote including pictures of other inspections and their solutions.Highly recommend this group!

They made quick and efficient work of an engine swap! Didn't take long at all to resurrect my wife's jeep! And they even fixed the air conditioner! Everyone there was especially nice and huge shout out to Tanner Davis for keeping me informed and working hard on it 10 out of 10 will go back for my other vehicles!

I always have a great experience when I take my car to Meineke. I've been going there for so long, they know me by name. Everyone is always so nice and polite. I've recommended some of my friends to go there and they're still going as well. Awesome people and environment.

Everyone was was very nice. They worked with me regarding financing the cost of repairs. Will use them again as the need of needed repair that may come up in the future. Thanks again. The young man drove me home and picked me up the next day was friendly and courteous!

This crew is a top notch customer oriented team that is as honest as the day is long! Thanks for taking great care of auto care needs. I must say that the whole shop is the nicest shop I ve seen. Very well thought out and some good conversation pieces in the garage area too.

The staff was very helpful in not only texting me the problems found along with photos, but also explaining what exactly they found and invoicing me the amount of work and price to repair. They went beyond customer service in helping me with other options and made me and my wife feel like we mattered. Thank you.

I love the people at the shop. I only ever have one complaint. I think the guys in the shop are trained salespeople as well as people who work on the vehicles. Seems like every oil change there is supposedly something else wrong with the truck! The thing is I never see these people. I am sent a text message that I am to click on to get the report ! No way am I able to question them or discuss the situation. Other than the mechanical issues that are presented I have great service from the shop.

I went in for a scheduled appointment. They left me waiting for 3 hrs. I asked them about my brakes, this is what I went in for. They instead told me everything else that was wrong with the car, which I didn t ask for. I went back to the garage area 2 x to see what was taking so long, and I kept saying let me know what you re doing. They did not until it was time to pay, nothing was actually done to my car after 3 hrs of waiting. I would not recommend them to anyone!!!

I was able to set an appointment for the next day to get my tires rotated. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes and as always the service is great. 10/10 every time. They told me it would take about 45 minutes to get something done and, through not fault of theirs, ended up taking longer (delivery guys never showed). I had made an appointment that I really needed to get to and they saw how stressed I was about it and just asked "where is it, one of us will take you." My family has known these guys for a while, so even if most people aren't comfortable with that, they will go above and beyond to help you.They also have great Senses of humor and are all around great people!

Great customer service. I called for an appt to have my ac and a wheel alignment. They got me right in and service were completed while I waited in the lounge. Didn't take long at all. My car is running better than it had in a long time. Definitely a repeat customer.

My wife and I brought my Nissan Frontier in for a rear brake job and come to find out it didn't need a brake job but they did find other issues and had me rolling in a timely manner, we appreciate their honesty and not working on something that didn't need to be. Prices were fair and service was excellent and painless, we will continue to bring my truck back for any service issues.

My car randomly started having issues, got me in that same morning. Figured out the issue, got the appointment the next day. These guys are SO nice, professional, and got the job done. I ll definitely be coming back for any other problem!

Had my car for 3 days straight and all they did was give me an oil change when I asked them to do a diagnosis on the car. They weren t listening to me so I had to get my moms husband to handle it for me because they treated me awful being a women they acted as if I didn t know anything about my car. Kept my car for an entire other week and finally said what was wrong with it and then charged me 213 dollars for them doing an oil change

They are the best always above and beyond. They replaced the alternator and notified me of the tierod a hose did a wheel alignment fluids rotation. I m new to Arkansas never had I met young men that hold values taught. It s such a rarity these days I m a senior citizen ex military. These young men have integrity respect and honorability. I had my universal joint (ujoint) replaced with driveshaft balanced with warranty and fast service I dropped my truck off right before they closed and got an updated via text my truck was ready 9:29am I don t think they was even open yet and my truck was already fixed and cheaper than I was first quoted I ve been looking for a auto repair shop I could trust to do repairs on my vehicles lady s and gens meineke at 4515 Towson avenue fort smith ar. is where you better take your vehicle if you want it repaired right I ve found my new mechanics at meineke make them yours too Don ya Richardson p.s here is a picture of their next project for me

If you want your vehicle serviced & done right at a very reasonable price visit Meineke. Also, if you purchase a vehicle from Wrath Auto your first oil change is free. I found this out Friday and it was so helpful to me being a struggling single mother I didn't really have the money to service my vehicle but it had to be done. The very nice gentleman informed me when I picked up my vehicle that I did not owe them anything. I was so thankful for that and my car drives like a new vehicle after getting the oil changed and tires rotated.
