John s auto is one of the few mechanic shops in town that are very honest and back up their work. I have been taking vehicles to them for years and have yet had a problem with my vehicles and if I do have a small issue they are there to make sure everything is resolved. I would recommend them to anyone, they work on anything with a motor. Give these guys a shoot and I promise you won t regret it.

Came in for an alignment. Mark (John's son) and the guys always do a great job at a fair price. I have known John for over 50 years, and though he may not be involved in the day-to-day operations anymore, he taught the next generation about good service and good customer relations.

They have always helped me with all of my car issues. They are nice, trustworthy and are good at what they do. They always manage to fix my car issues in a timely manner sometimes the same day!

had to go in to get my timing chain fixed on a 2012 chevy equinox. i've had this issue before, 4 years ago and had to pay over $2500 at a shop in russellville. Joel at Johns got it don't for less than $1,100 and it runs BEAUTIFULLY now. they got it done as quick as possible and were so kind. moved to the area a few years ago and haven't had to get any work done before now- and i'm glad i came here. not only will i be coming back for any future services needed but i'll be recommending them to anyone who will listen! i had been quoted well over $2,000 from the chevy dealership and i'm so glad i found Johns. they're good people and im super grateful to them!

Horrible Sound from Front End, Expecting the WorstA horrible grinding sound in the front end of my 2004 Toyota Sequoia with 375,656 miles on her had me call the guys over at John's Auto Center. I have to admit, I was expecting the worst of news. They put it up on the rack tore the front end down to check for where that horrible sound was coming from and the diagnosis was a rotor and brakes. They went far beyond Rotor and brakes to make sure nothing else was wrong.I told them to go ahead and fix the issue. I actually already knew how much it was going to cost, because John's Auto Center always provides a quote before starting work. After giving them the permission to start, just for fun, I called around town to ask other places how much they would charge for the same work. John's Auto Center was saved me at least 25% - 35% over every other quote.I just received my baby back. not only is she purring like a kitten again, she drove like a brand new SUV.Will I go back to John's Auto Center, you better believe it. These guys have been in business in the same place for well over 50 years and they are just getting better. Do I recommend John's Auto Center, absolutely.

I've been going to John's since 2017 for EVERYTHING car related. From ball joints to oil changes. They guys are super friendly and helpful, always fair priced and I've never had a bad experience.

I cannot say enough about John's auto..They are honest fair and reliable.. They have ALWAYS worked on any vehicle I own...I was stranded in Ft Smith and they towed my car and had it fixed in three days!! Again I cannot say enough good about the whole crew at John's auto.

They were affordable and had my Fiat 500x, fixed within a day. Very friendly guys who know their cars. Heck they can even fix a Fiat! Fix it again Tony!Because if you have a Fiat you are more likely needing to get it fixed all the time.Then these guys will be the best to fix it for ya!

Solid service for the 20+ years my family and I have been going there. Mark, Travis, Raymond, and the rest of his crew not only know what they're doing while saving you some money they're good people at that. I'll put my 5 star Google reviewer title on the line for that reputation. Your vehicle has an issue? This is the place to take it to.

This is a legacy five-star. We have used John's for years. The quality of the work surpasses any other shops in the area and their prices are as reasonable as prices can be these days. The service writers are always willing to work with us. Mark is as honest and honorable a man as exists outside my beloved Marine Corps. I promise that if you are not satisfied with the service you receive, Mark will go to great lengths to make sure you are happy. (Understand that he needs to make a profit to stay in business, so he won't give away his work for free. If you are reasonable, the folks af John's will be, too.)For this latest visit: Mark, there were a couple of things that slipped by the technicians on the Explorer. We will see about scheduling a time to get them done when I bring my car to you in a few weeks. I ve had my truck(other vehicles) repaired at John s for years and I ve never been disappointed. They are trusting and they stand by their work. Took my daughter's car in while she was home for Christmas and wasn't disappointed!! John's came highly recommended and their reviews looked great so I took in the car for some routine maintenance and an engine check. Something was off but I didn't know what. They checked everything out, called me with a very reasonable estimate and I was so impressed! This is an older car and they could have told me anything or tried to take advantage of the situation but that wasn't the case. Got the car in and out in the same day and she was able to get home on time. So incredibly helpful! My daughter had tire issues on a trip down there over 600 miles from home. Mark and Travis were beyond helpful in working with me over the phone to trouble shoot and then being available once the issue was discovered to fix the issue quickly before she had to make the trek back home. I owe these guys a HUGE thank you for getting her in so quickly and solving our issue so quickly so it did not impact her ability to get back home. So pleasant. So helpful. Much appreciated! I had an automobile emergency while traveling through Fort Smith from Kansas to Hot Springs this past September. I pulled into Johns Auto Center for an emergency repair. They gave me quick, professional auto service and sent me on my way within the hour! I am very thankful for their kind, professional care. I had a fuel line break yesterday. I was able to bring my car in this morning to be fixed. I was able to get my car back, fixed, this afternoon. I have NEVER brought a car to a mechanic and have it cost me less than the estimate given me. Not only were they able to fix my car for less than the estimate, but it was way less! They have made a lifetime customer of me. They are the greatest bunch of people there and they do great work! Thank you, all of you, at John's Auto!!!This is the ONLY car shop I will trust not only my car to but also my well being!

If you're needing work done on your vehicle? These guys are amazing!!! The few times over the 15 years that my truck needed some work they were spot on with everything. I RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE!!!! They are courteous, honest and you won't ever be surprised by a bill. They are always in contact if something else needs to be done so there are no surprise cost. Very reliable.

Came in to get a quote for new tires with balance and front end alignment. Gave me a price $300+ lower than other shops around, and told me he could do it as soon as the new tires came in. Job went quickly and smoothly, and Mike was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I began coming to John's Auto Center years ago at the recommendation of my dad and I guess father's really do know best! Mark and the team have always been upfront and honest. If they had a way of helping me save money they did so. I really feel they have the customer's best interest at heart. I have taken every vehicle I've owned to them and have never been disappointed. I am always greeted promptly and with a smile and their service is fast as well. Great group of guys that my family and I look forward to doing business with for many more years.

They are GREAT! Knowledgeable, friendly, fast, and fair! They offer you a ride if you need one, they get your car fixed quickly and don't try to get you to make unnecessary repairs and they are fairly priced. Johns Auto Center has always done a great job with my cars. I have been using them since I moved to Ft. Smith almost 3 years ago and they have worked on my Mini Cooper, Honda Odessy and Nissan 350Z. They have always been welcoming, professional and honest. Highly recommend!
