My van overheated and I was passing through from out of town. At first look they thought the radiator fan was broken and they could get a part the next day but one part they weren t going to be able to get until the next week. We had to be back home to teach. One mechanic realized it was the plug that was bad. That part they couldn t get fast. He built a new plug and had us on the road that afternoon. Took it to my mechanic when I got home for a scheduled replacement of brakes and had him look at it. He said the plug Jody s mechanic crafted was better than a factory one. Everyone there was so nice and they were homes and very good mechanics. Thank you so much!!

I called to make an appointment few days ago before today. I asked them if they had Honda oil. The guy on the phone said no. So I said I would bring my own. I got there and the guy at the desk said they would get to my car at 9. So I set in the waiting area that was provided. When the mechanic got done with the oil change he gave the keys to the front desk guy. The guy at the desk collected my money and I left to go get my car. When I opened the door there was white ashes all over the door, the seat, the steering wheel and part of the dash. I don't know what it was for sure but it looked like cigarette ash. So I decided to open the tailgate to my car to see if it was back there too. That's when I noticed the mechanic didn't use my oil. So I don't know what kind he put in my car. For all I know it could of been old oil or very cheap stuff because they don't ask what kind of oil you want. Who knows if they even changed my oil filter since they didn't do what I asked them to do.So I went back inside and told them what happened and the guy at the desk said they would take care of it. So I had to wait again. I was there for over an hour just to get my oil changed. They didn't even give me back my left over oil. They kept it. I don't know what happened today??? All I know is I'm not happy with what happened today. I've been trying to find a good place to have my oil changed. I've been to a few and not having any luck. I came here because they had good reviews. I don't know how with what happened to me today. I got my car back filthy and oil spilled all over the engine. I don't believe I will be going back there again. It's getting bad everywhere you go. It's like nobody cares anymore. So I guess I'm back to looking for another place.

These guys are great. All the shops in Paris said I needed a new/rebuilt transmission (at $5000+)(2018 Ford Escape). The folks at Jody s told me there is TSB on this issue. Flush and fill plus friction additive. Viola! Car drives like new again. $330. Definitely recommend Jody s; they are honest brokers, and do great work; very courteous as well

I can NOT recommend this place enough. Helped out two broke down hockey Mom's in a pinch on the way to Tennessee. They fixed us up and had us on our way in about 3 hours. They even skipped out on lunch. Adam and Cole were a life saver.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Were able to order parts and fix my vehicle all in the same day while keeping communication about the vehicle while it was being fixed! 10/10 recommend!

Great price, for the convenience. Phillip was very friendly, and answered all of my questions and concerns. They picked up my car while I was at work, and returned it, fixed, before I was off. I m very happy with the service Jody s provides me. The new tires and oil change makes my old ride run like new. I'm so happy I found this shop! They are honest and their prices are very reasonable. James is a great mechanic. He told me exactly was wrong with my car and worked with me when my parts were near impossible to find. He saved me from spending money on unnecessary work and fixed the actual problem. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their car. It's nice to find a shop that truly takes care of their customers! Everyone there was awesome! This used to be a good place, but their billing has become suspect and the care they used to take with my vehicle has disappeared. They tell you you're a valued customer, but my last visit there, they actually gave it back to me more broken than when I dropped it off. Not even going to try and get them to do it right, I've moved on. Buyer beware.

I needed a pulley and belt replaced. I made an appointment, and they made the repairs that day. I also threw them a curve by requesting help with another issue that day. No problem for them. Fair prices for quality work.

Went here because my car started smoking a little hoping they could figure out why and fix it. They couldn t figure out why and seemed to not believe me when I said it was smoking. Didn t fix the issue. Still charged me $100 to get my car back from them. So be aware they will charge you without even fixing the problem

It's hard to find a good place to get your car fixed and even just oil changes... They are friendly, honest, and they go above and beyond for you... They have done major work to my car all the way down to simple oil changes, they have a loyal customer to me and my family...
