Jody's Auto Service is the place to take your vehicles. They are very professional, cutious, and will explain what is wrong with your vehicle. They will give you an estimated quote, and if it is going to be different, you are notified before any work is done. I like knowing how much I am paying I don't like surprises. They also have 24 HR. Wrecker/Towing Service which I have had to use, and you don't have to wait 2 to 3 hours for them to show up. If my dad was here he would say " they are good old boys". Meaning you can trust them and their work. Be sure to join the rewards program, it will save you money.

I trust the whole team with my car and they have always been amazing with helping me with any car issues I have.Mike and Robert have been awesome with my recent car problem and they always go above and beyond to help me, especially when I know nothing about cars.It makes me so happy to know that there's a mechanic shop that values their customers.

They so call fixes your car and when you go back after paying them too let them know the problem still exist, they want to make you an appt a week later when they should look and fix immediately since you have been paid. We're hoping to find me another reliable shop to get good work done but I'm irritated how they have handle this and I will not be dealing with them at all

Only problem I had is the representative didn't know what he was doing when it came to me making my payment! We tried using our credit card and the guy didn't know what he was doing and it got messed up

Update: After barely a week, my AC stopped blowing cold air. Took it for a checkup and they found a leak to which they said costs $200 to fix. I get that mistakes happen but a leak test should ve been done or something. Even if it was done why did it only last me 4-5 days?? I have been driving around the entire summer with no AC and I m in college, living on my own. I literally cannot drop $300-400 like it s nothing which is how much it was to get it fixed the first time so I just wasted that money.Went and got my ac fixed and they were so very friendly. I usually get nervous going into auto shops because I m a young woman driving a truck and fear I ll get ripped off or something but they were very accommodating and they let me know what they were fixing as they were fixing it and any issues that come up in the process! Also got my oil changed too. Great service, a tad expensive fixing the ac, (but I m in college so everything is expensive to me ), and quick! Will definitely be coming here from now on!Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

Took my truck in as it started running rough, waited a week for appointment. $800 and truck was returned running rougher than when I brought it in. Called to tell them and was told I could schedule another appointment over a week out and pay $108 for diagnostic. Wow, very disappointed and now broke.

My truck broke down. Once I got a hold of my roadside assistance they dispatched Jody's. An awesome man loaded up my truck. Pretty cool dude. I recommend because I've also used them in the past and I appreciate the professionalism.

Started taking the cars to Jodys based on a friends recommendation. They do free pick up and delivery and communicate well. We won't send our cars anywhere else now. Friendly people and fair prices. We recently used Jody's Auto Service in Fort Smith for their truck rental service through Penske.Even though they were busy the folks @ Jodys greeted us right away.Their facility is very clean and professional with many serve awards and certifications on display.Based on our experience and the work we saw going on, I'm sure they earned everyone one of them.We recomend Jody's Auto Service to anyone in need of auto services in and around the Fort Smith Arkansas area.Thank you.

Had a car stolen in Tulsa found in fort smith, police had it towed by Jody s. I want to say what incredible people they are!
