Had bald tires and needed new tires ASAP. They ordered the tires I wanted and emailed a detailed quote which I appreciated (no surprises). They priced 4 BF Goodrich tires and alignment at a very fair and reasonable price. They got me in and out within a good amount of time. The lobby is a nice size and was clean and comfortable, with vending machines, water fountain, BATHROOM lol, and television- this made the 1.5-2hr wait not as dreadful as I was anticipating. It was quite relaxing in fact I got some work done while waiting. The team at the front desk was very polite, courteous, and assisted me with how I needed to finance my trucks needs. I ll be a regular now as I think I ve found my new Truck needs people. Thanks Jim Grizzle Tires on Rogers!

I just found my new service shop!! I've had the same issue with my car for about 2 yrs. I'd take my car to the dealer, bc they know best. So I thought... dealer woukd have my car 2 weeks and I'd get a bandaid fix. After the 4th time, the same issue, I figure I'd give Jim Gizzle a try. They fixed the issue within 3 hrs!!! What?!?!? The dealer could not figure out the issue? The staff was great and I will definitely be bragging on this group on Rogers Ave. They are my heroes!! Thank you so much and as for pricing, let's just say I was ready to pay 3x the amount. I'll be going her for ALL my upkeep on my 300 from now on!!

I was out of town here, and was 2 hours from heading up north in snow. My tires were worn inside, oil needed changed. These guys really went 100% for me. Pulled my truck right in. They started my oil change while some ran and picked up my tires. Put those on, got my truck aligned and had me out the door. Also these guys tires were about 50$ cheaper than discount. Thanks guys you really made our trip safe!

Good prices, friendly, knowledgeable staff, fast service. I'm from out of town and caught a nail in my tire. They patched it and rotated my tires at my request, and had me back on the road in an hour. If i have any tire needs on any return trip. I'll definitely be stopping here again.

Rick has been my go to guy for over 15 years. The quality of service I receive there is top notch. My last repair was a warranty replacement and I had zero issues.

I've had several encounters with Grizzle Tire and had only positive interaction. Good folks who do go out of their way for the customer. Personal experience with a slot key. No complaints.

Amazing customer service! They really listen to what you have to say and acknowledge your concerns. They are very thorough in their work and really try to get you the best deal when you have to have major maintenance. They work quickly. I've never gotten new tires for a better deal than what I received here.

I made the mistake of going to fire stone tire because I was literally in the mall parking lot where my daughter had a flat tire. at 3 pm in the afternoon, they couldn t do my repair until tomorrow ! I went to Jim grizzle at 3:15 I was out of there with my repair in 20 minutes great customer service and great prices they re very nice I ll never make that mistake again. There s a reason why I get all my work ( and family) done and Jim grizzle!

Emailed last week to get a quote on a lift for my Jeep. Got a Super quick response with 2 options and suggestions with a detailed quote. Scheduled an appointment by email and dropped it off Tuesday. Communication before, during and after was amazing and I am very pleased with the work and value of the product and service. A refreshing experience for sure! THANKS Jim Grizzle Tire!

I called this morning hoping to get my car in before a business trip. Surprisingly I was told to bring it right in and they would get to it today. I dropped it off and we discussed my concerns and what I thought might need to be fixed (alignment and maybe brakes). Less than an hour later I got a call my vehicle was ready to be picked up and everything was done. I was shocked it would be ready so quickly with the work I thought had to be done. They let me know that they checked all of my complaints and the only thing I actually needed was proper tire inflation and a rotation. Ladies, this is why I will be a repeat customer. They could have done that alignment or replaced those brakes (or not done them and charged me) after fixing the real issue and I probably wouldn t have been much wiser. Especially with how much better my car drives. I appreciate their honest work and service!

Went in for an alignment and oil change. They couldn't do the alignment and tried to up charge me a job for new tie rods over 1000 dollars(went to a differentshop and they aligned it with no problems) not to mention all the other things they tried to up charge me for. I requested a full synthetic Mobile 1 oil change no problems here other than they use their in house "premium" oil filter instead of a mobile 1 oil filter to go with the mobile 1 oil they put in my vehicle.

Went in for an alignment, was greeted nicely by the ppl working the front desk.They had me in and out quickly but I still experienced my car pulling to the right slightly, they tweaked a few settings and had me out quickly once again and this time the vehicle drove as close to perfect as I could imagine a 17 year old car could.They didnt try to upsell me on any parts that I didn't need unlike another local shop on Phoenix ave.that tried to.I hate asking shops to take another look at things once completed but they were completely ok with it and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently, they seem like they really know what's going on.I would definitely come back if I require any more work that I'm not able to do myself, you might pay a few dollars more for their service than some other local shops but these guys seem honest ,fair, and knowledgeable, try them out!

Looking for tires at a reasonable price , looked at all the so called big names and came across Jim Grizzlies shop in fort Smith, large variety and best price of all the others. I will get my next set of tires from them from this point on. BTW, when I came in it was a Friday night with only two or three guys in the back with all racks full of vehicles. Before I knew it . My truck was done.

One of the only tire shops open on Saturday they got me in out no screwing around did the job build me set me on my way in a reasonable amount of time these guys are always professional and very awesome to try and deal with a good time was had by all

I have to comment on this business and preferably the Towson Ave store, not from a first time customer but one of probably 22yrs. I've made many many purchases over the decades. Here's the deal, if you have a bad experience talk to the main person there. In 22yrs or so I've had very few issues but some workers are new at times or they make a mistake. A tire shop will correct what's wrong if they're in the wrong. Now, I'm a 22yr customer and I think my opinion matters. Like I said, I've bought many wheels and tires there and I honestly can't think of any negative issues. They would get 10 stars if I had the option!

Got a new brake job and rotors and front end alignment own my 2016 Nissan Altima at Jim grizzle tire on Rogers . They did and excellent job on my car it drives and rides like it did when I brought it new.Thanks Jim Grizzle

I called around like everyone looking for the best price on tires, and before it was all said and done these guys had found me exactly what I was looking for and saved me $500! Im so glad I called them! Im adding and extra 5 stars to this review too!!! ***** Cause their a 10!!! Thank you guys!!!
