I bought my dream truck this year, 2023 Denali HD brand new. I hit a pothole and knocked my alignment out. Trucks had zero issues. I take it here because of the name on the building, Jim Grizzle . I picked my truck up and it was pulling harder to the left then when I dropped it off, also my steering wheel is now cockeyed. The Service guy proceeded to argue with me instead of hear me out. I wouldn t recommend them to anyone that s driving a newer vehicle, maybe and old farm truck but not something with ANY value!!! Jim doesn t work there anymore, the customer service has been thrown out the window!!!

They were fantastic!! I had to have my dog with me due to him just having surgery. They let him come with me. I was in by 730 and out by 9. I had an alignment and an oil change done. Everything turner out great. I appreciate their hospitality.

Would definitely recommend. Albeit I only had an alignment done, I know my way around a vehicle more than the average joe, though I am not not an expert or ASE certified.Took it in for a concerning noise I was hearing, sort of a soft chirping from near the front wheels. The tech, Phil, flat out told me "nothing you need to worry about kid, we can hardly recreate it and when we did, nothing of concern showed up." Explained to me they did a thorough test-drive and inspection, went through all the areas he checked.That to me says something about a shop's integrity. I don't much care for a stealership telling me "oh you need *insert list of parts*" when I know good and well I don't. How you gonna tell me I need my rotors resurfaced when I just installed OEM rotors? How you gonna say I need new wheel bearings when there's no play in the hub, and you didn't bother to put a heat gun or mechanic's stethoscope on it, much less check or feel for vibrations, hell even just listen to it while driving?It's things like that I can appreciate. Don't much care for an upseller. Certainly don't care for lazy diagnostic attempts either. The post-alignment specs were solid too, so there's that.

Being recently widowed I found myself not knowing the basic needs of maintenance to my vehicle. I was referred to Jim Grizzle on Towson Avenue by hi another party. I was so happy i did go to this place because right from the start, Jackie made me feel like i had gone there for years. He explained to me what was going to on with the work being done and also exactly how much the maintenance work was going to cost. Also, Jackie is not a high pressure sales person. I was going to purchase new tires because i thought my vehicle needed them but Jackie told me the one i already had on the vehicle did not need to be replaced yet. I totally appreciated his honesty. All of the other people at Jim Grizzle on Towson Ave were just as helpful too. They do honest and absolutely wonderful work here. Everyone who goes here to have work done on their vehicles can be proud to say that Jim Grizzle on Towson takes care of my vehicles.

Salesman didn't try to pick my pocket. I needed a set of tires, and he offered what he considered the shop's best deal. No complaints. Used Grizzle for years.

Sent me a prompt quote for my sm truck. About $60 for an oil change, filter, fluids topped, and rotation. Was able to get in the same morning. Work was prompt, everyone is professional, and the waiting room is comfortable. My only critique is there wasn t a water faucet in the waiting room, only a vending machine to purchase water. I m from out of town, so going to a new shop is always somewhat of a risk, but I m happy with the service! Would use again.

Recently had to replace the tires on my Chevrolet 3500HD - I went to Jim Grizzle at the recommendation of a friend and was very happy with the service. The tires were installed quickly and filled with nitrogen at my request. They even went above and beyond and cleaned my truck's wheels making them look fantastic. Thanks for the great service and support.

Went in Friday to get a low tire checked out on a new Jeep Cherokee. Tire was replaced with a new one and was sold to me at cost. They were very professional and friendly here. Clean place.

Let me tell you Jim Grizzle does it all not just tires they fix everything. They treat everyone great and honest. I needed a ride to pick up my other car and got to ride in the bosses brand new Lexus.SO MADE MY DAY. I have now pick up my Jeep and I have everything just like new. AND I HAVE WIND SHELD SPRAYERS YEA YAHOO IM SO HAPPY. THANK YOU FOR GIVING ME PIECE OF MIND THAT WHEN I HAVE A PROBLEM I KNOW YOUR THERE AND PRICE IS GOOD AND FAIR.

I just picked up my Cadillac from the folks at Jim Grizzle. I had some work done on it today, and have been using Jim Grizzle on Towson Ave for several years now. I can honestly say they are the best people in their industry serving the River Valley. Not only for tires and brakes, but other auto issues as well. The entire staff are always so nice, courteous and friendly. Brian and Jacky have always been such a pleasure to deal with, and their knowledge and quality of work is second to none. Such nice guys. Most importantly... in an industry that often times gets questioned about integrity; these people have loads of it. Their honesty and integrity in their field truly sets them apart from any other place I've been. Truly kind, honest, great prices, and quality work....what else could anyone ask for?! If your on Google looking for a quality, honest, reliable mechanic.... do yourself a favor and go to Jim Grizzle!

These guys squeezed me in at the last minute for a brake job that I needed to be done the same day. They were fair and friendly. I know they've been here a long time, and that says something too. Keep doing what you're doing.

I've been going here since around 1997. The Grizzles have always been very nice and the others in the office too. Through all of those years, wheels, tires, and employees I've never had a single issue. The best tire shop in town and I've got about 24yrs experience dealing with them.

Service seems to be going downhill. Took my truck in to install shocks at 7:30 hoping to get it back by noon. Went back at 4 and still not ready.

HORRIBLE!!! I would give no stars if possible. I went a couple of months ago to get my car fixed. They charged me $300 only to get my car back the same way. I went back 3 times that same day to claim that my car was in the same condition. I was frustrated and angry. I went to a different tire shop and they got me fixed up quickly for a better price. NEVER going here again. And I DON'T recommend you going here to waste your time and money on HORRIBLE service.

Excellent Service!!! My wheel was leaking from when I hit a curb, they were able to quickly repair the leak by remounting the tire and applying bead sealer. The job was so small and quick they didn't charge me anything even though I insisted. I know I will be coming back again the next time I need service.

They seem like Good folk, but will rob you blind by charging way too much! Plus I didn't have half the trouble I am now before going to their business? Stay Away, you have been warned!

We can't thank Jason & Tyler enough for the work they did on out class A motorhome over the last couple of days.Cheaper price in the end than what they originally quoted (even after having to buy a few unplanned parts.)We got our rig back in great condition and with everything accounted for even after it staying overnight at the Towson location.... And FAST work too. Thanks so very much. <3Highly recommended. We will be back.

First time being at jim grizzles, i needed new tires an alignment and oil change. They accidentally ordered the wrong size tires but had a solution to that in mimutes. I was expecting to be there for a few hours, but with all of that i was in and out in maybe an hour and a half. Highly recommend im telling all my friends and family to come here

I came for service 4 days in a row with my car making a rattling noise and the first they told it was my sway link still having the same problem then came back with the same problem then next they tell me it was struts still the problem wasn't fix and this is the 3rd time. Turn around and came back the 4th time and finally realize it was the control bar that were making the noise which I spent out right at 900.00 for all of this for things I didn't need. Then on top that I went somewhere else too get a second opinion to look at my car and to find out that things wasn't done correctly and when I turn around and went back to them they got offensive too be told that the work wasn't done right. So they thought maybe it needed a wheel balance and rotation and they did that and once I left there the vibration got worse. So I will not take my car back there again. With that being said took my car to get it rotated and balance somewhere else and too find out that you'll didn't balance my tires correctly they were 3 to 4oz off. Thank you for terrible service.

Amazing Customer Service!!! Called around 10am, they got my car in by 11am. It was done by 11:30a, & they dropped me off at the hospital where I was staying with my Mom & practically beat me back there with my car! Turner showed grace to me while chauffeuring me & bringing my car back. Jason helped me find exactly what I needed! Thank you guys!

Excellent service from a group of people who seem to actually care about satisfying their customer. Although the waiting times in the lobby can be boring, they offer coffee, cable and WiFi to help the time pass. I will certainly be going again for my automotive repairs.

Great customer service. Went in for one thing and found out I needed more work, but the mechanic actually showed me what needed to be done. I appreciated that!!
