Today, was my first experience with Jiffy Lube. I was met by Mr. Pastor when I arrived to check in. I told him I just needed an oil change and tire rotation. He got me set up quickly. During our conversation, I mentioned that I had a coolant line that had been leaking a small amount due to a hose clamp issue that I was unable to correct. He grabbed a tool and had it fixed before my vehicle even rolled into the bay. They got me fixed up and on my way quickly. Great service!

Best customer service in town. Took my Tahoe in for service and Virgil Still and Mike Pastor were able to fix all the problems the dealership could not find. We've been back many times and management has always been incredible, willing to listen and fix all issues. I highly recommend this facility

Excellent service and wonderful staff!! I came in for an oil change and was greeted and helped immediately. The service was very quick and they even allowed me to bring in my own oil and filter. Taylor and Brice helped me out and they were both very kind and knowledgeable. Brice also alerted me to an oil leak issue with my vehicle and explained the issue in detail. Overall it was a very easy and great experience, and I will definitely be returning to this location in the future!

Pastor was beyond kind helping me fix a nail in my tire issue. I was honest and told him I had a hour before an appointment he made sure I made it on time. Thank you so much Pastor for helping me today and I hope you have a lovely one!! You all are always so awesome.

Excellent service! I called a few different places about changing my headlight and no one would do it on short notice because the air filter needs to be removed but they got me in and out in no time!

I always have a good experience at Jiffy Lube they definitely go above and beyond. The employees are always professional and deliver excellent customer service. They keep their restrooms clean and the waiting room.

Awesome employees! I arrived asking what time they closed knowing it could be soon. They said it was ok they could change the oil. I then asked what time they closed cause I didn't want to keep them late, being I work at a place where people love to walk in 5 mins till close. The employees there insisted it was fine and took care of everything well and efficiently!

I recently had my car serviced by the great people at the Jiffy Lube in Fort Smith. Not only was my service quality, it was timely as well. I could not have asked for a better experience. Taylor, was very helpful as well as the rest of the staff! I will most definitely be coming back in the future!

Brad, Brice and the team of professionals at Jiffy Lube are very professional and well knowledgeable when it comes to any troubles that I may be having with my vehicle. We actually have a fleet account setup with this location and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you guy's for all that you do on the daily.

The service at the JiffyLube here in town was some of the best I've had among locations in Arkansas. Friendly staff who don't talk down to you for having questions. Overall a great experience and I recommend them for oil changes in Fort Smith.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

The techs and staff at this Jiffy Lube on Phoenix are the most caring and helpful people. I have had to come here several times for emergency tire fixes over the last few years and they always get the job done right the first time and always treat my with kindness. Thank you team!

I will not use the Jiffy Lube at this location ever again as this is the second time they have not completed a service that I had asked to be performed. Then when paying I was blatantly lied to about the service being completed.1/10/2023: I asked for an oil change as well as a tire rotation on my vehicle in which the representative acknowledged when I pulled in. Prior to leaving the lot I made a mark on the drivers rear wheel to make sure the tires were in fact rotated; see picture.When walking out after payment I noticed the wheel was in the same location. I asked the employee if the tire rotation was completed in which he replied yes. He claimed it was completed, but but they didn't charge me and that I was good to go. I told him the tires were not rotated as I seen the mark and he back tracked on his word.I left as this was the exact same issue that happened with our other vehicle.I did contact the district manager Richard Minnick and received a return call with in an hour.

These guys were great. I couldn t get anyone to change a fuel filter in fort smith, after 5 stops these guys took care of it no issues. Very good job and friendly. I highly recommend this location over all in fort smith.

I had a very pleasant experience at Jiffy Lube yesterday Taylor was very helpful and informative while explaining the service that would be done. Also Kaleb and Bradley were very kind a professional while servicing my vehicle! Very clean facility with coffee and cold water while you wait in the AC. Overall quick and easy process with friendly people dedicated to helping you "leave worry behind".Service: Oil change

I ve been to Jiffy Lube dozens of times in different locations and the service has always been great. I went to this location a couple years ago and it was also great.Today I went and things were definitely different since the last time I went. They had me stay in my hot vehicle instead of go inside. I paid for the signature service, but they said I declined the window washing and floor cleaning. It obvious they chose not to do that because they made me stay in my vehicle. The invoice said they checked my wipers, which they did not.The whole experience is not like it used to be. Do all locations make you stay in your car now?

My new favorite spot to go!! Quick in and out service. Everyone there was so nice. The waiting area is nice and clean. Complimentary coffee and water while you wait. 5 stars hands down!
