DISHONEST DEALERI been doing the oil changes at J pauley Toyota for 6 years now. Both cars.Well one time I noticed that the cover on top of the engine was missing. Now the only place the a take my truck to get oil changes is Toyota.About a month ago I got under my Highlander and noticed that the part that cover the oil filter was missing and.So I went to talk to them to see if they can replace the missing part. Well they say they order the part but it s been a while now and I haven t heard from them. they took the covers off my car and truck just to make it convenient for them to do the oil changes faster.So disappointed in their work.Get under your car to see if your car is missing some parts or cover.Never taking my car there again.I guess to them money is more important than honesty.Before you post a good review go under your car to see if you parts still there.

I dropped in with no reservation and they got me on my way in a timely manner. Have always done a gret job with my 4Runner.

Had an appointment on Saturday morning for regular service. I dropped it off at 8am and they called at 8:30am. Excellent service.

Honestly, you can't beat Toyota when it comes to service and friendly employees! And as a bonus they have wonderful coffee to pass the time!!

I couldn't afford to have them replace a head gasket on a 2016 Prius so I did it myself with the help of YouTube. After the new gasket was installed I had a check engine light on. Instead of tearing through the engine again to see what I missed I decided to let the service shop do a diagnostic and within a few hours I got a call from the shop that a sensor was not plugged in. This saved me some time and money. Dropping off was good, picking up was good. Staff was friendly. Got good vibes from the service shop.

Their service people found the problem and repaired it in a timely manner. However a failed alternator at 133000 miles does not meet my expectations.

Showed up 15 minutes early; they started the tire rotations, oil changes and general inspection before my appt time. I paid before it was done and on the road in less than an hour! Ample waiting room space for COVID-19 precautions and fair pricing. Great job

This wasn't the best experience we've been having w our local Toyota dealership. If you don't know how the "maintenance" is done this is not the appropriate solution for any required services. If you can learn more about your Toyota and the issue at hand at ANY other dealership that alone says it all. If you're just a die hard Toyota services person who has the cash to literally blow their great for you. If you don't want to throw your hard earned money into the scams and deceit your best interest is to get your needs met by the local Nissan dealership right past the Toyota dealership and they will be more than happy to help provide any additional info or assistance needed!

Staff was very accommodating and professional. Very pleasant. I was there for 2 yr / 25,000 mile routine oil change and preventative maintenance. Quick efficient service. Highly recommend JPauley Toyota and service department.

Took my wife's vehicle in for a manufacturer-covered paint inspection/correction. The service advisor was fairly rude and condescending, and they were not wearing masks despite being around customers.
