Had a great experience with Tony in sales and Harold in finance. It took a while; I was there for probably 3 hours getting through the trade in, filling out forms, and waiting for the car to get detailed. But I did receive great service. Highly recommend this dealership.

Dishonest dealer I been doing the oil changes at J pauley Toyota for 6 years now. Both cars.Well one time I noticed that the cover on top of the engine on my truck was missing. Now the only place the a take my truck to get oil changes is Toyota.About a month ago I got under my Highlander and noticed that the part that cover the oil filter was missing too.So I went to talk to them to see if they can replace the missing part. Well they say they order the part but it s been a while now and I haven t heard from them. I know they take covers off car or trucks just to make it convenient for them to do the oil changes faster. So disappointed in their work.Get under your car to see if your car is missing some parts or cover.Never taking my car there again.I guess to them money is more important than honesty. Money is more important than to treat their customers well. F u j. Pauley.

My husband and I buy 2-4 cars per year and this is by far the most honest dealership we have dealt with. We were on our way to a different dealership today but ended up buying a 2024 4Runner from J. Pauley instead. Negations over the phone were easy and we received the trade price we asked for. Not a single person was pushy and they gave us ample time to make decisions. Would highly recommend!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST IN FORT SMITH! Heather in service was so helpful. I was in Fort Smith working and received bad gas from a local gas station. She took pictures for me of the trash that accompanied the water from my tank! I wish I had the mechanics name because he was AWESOME! Thank you J. Pauley Toyota!

I had a semi emergency wile out of town with our Highlander. Heather with the service dept got us what we needed ordered and installed and back on the road. The dealership was professional, courteous and accommodating!!! Cannot say enough good things about this business!!!

Much more pleasant this time around. Everyone was courteous and the service was quick. There was still a bit of a traffic jam at the desks of the customer service people as you walk in the door after dropping off the car. It would be nice if your representatives would acknowledge the people waiting at the desk, a quick reassurance that they would be waited on shortly, and not keep the customers guessing as to what was going on. Having said that, I was very pleased overall.

I had a great experience working with Adam at J. Pauley Toyota. My husband and I drove from Bentonville to Fort Smith because you just can t beat the price J. Pauley had to offer. Adam was so helpful and extremely patient with us. He even showed us the 2024 Venza which had us super interested. Working with Adam would have left this review with 5 stars. This brings me to April 3 when I went back to J. Pauley s to decide if I really wanted the 2024 Venza or not. Adam had the day off, so when I arrived he greeted me and explained that he was going to put me with a different sales person because of his day off. That was totally fine by me, he introduced me to Jackie the sales woman and said I would be in good hands. Well Jackie took me to the Venza and allowed me to look it over and play with inside features while she made a copy of my Drivers License. When she came back with my license I just told her I wanted to do a highway test drive since the last time I didn t drive on the highway with the Venza. She was okay with that and went back inside for something again. I had my children with me (both in car seats) and when she came back she was about to get in and said okay let s go. I kindly told her I needed my children s car seats so she allowed me to pull the car around and put them in. When I got the seats in and the children in the car Jackie came back and we were ready to go. As we were about to pull off Jackie told me that we needed to make this quick she had other clients who were waiting for her that she was also helping. Honestly I should of just got out of the car and stopped because at that point I was turned off from the sale, but because I had made the effort to get the car seats in the car I continued with the test drive. While doing the drive we started talking about numbers which I was okay with because my husband and I were serious about the car. When working with Adam I was told we could possibly make an offer on the vehicle. I told Jackie about that conversation and told her the offer my husband and I had discussed and felt like was an appropriate offer. She immediately told me it wasn t possible and that what ever price Adam told me was the price no offers could be made. She then told me I m practically driving a Lexus and that s the reason it s the price it is. She said maybe I would like looking at the RAV4 instead because it would suit me and my price budget better. Honestly I was offended by this. I had tried to drop the conversation about price and she continued to tell me how the car I was driving was practically a Lexus and I should just look at RAV4. I also had asked if I could play with the infotainment center to get a better feel of it and how it worked. She told me no because you have to use an app to set your phone up. I understood and didn t press the matter further. I will say if that is the case for every customer and they cannot interact with the radio and info center Toyota may need to rethink that. I don t want to purchase a car if I can t try everything out and that infotainment center is pretty important to me.When we got back I looked at the RAV4 so I could end the experience on a more positive note before leaving. When I left I called my husband immediately and said I was done (I spent maybe an hour to hour and a half) testing the cars and I no longer wanted the Venza. The car is beautiful and had all the features I wanted, but because of Jackie and the way she treated me I was totally turned off from the sale.

I wanted a service company I could trust. But this place is definitely not the place for that if trust and knowledgeable service techs are what you are looking for.My Toyota was in a pretty serious accident, magically wasn't totalled out, and I was being screwed around by the collision center it was at before I took it to Toyota. I took it here because I expect the dealership to have the best of the best. I expect top, knowledgeable techs to diagnose and repair my vehicle. Instead, I get told my issue is three different issues. All three get fixed, thankfully at the cost of my insurance, yet the issue persists. Now insurance is topped out. They won't put anymore money into repairs. Now the trust that I, and my insurance company, put into Toyota's knowledge level is gone. They are simply playing a guessing game at the issue and are draining the pockets in the process.Toyota now says the car needs a new front differential. Mind you, I've been driving the vehicle for months with a bad differential because THEY said it was safe to do so. Now insurance won't touch the repairs because it is past the point of being able to relate this to the car accident. My pockets are drained. My insurance claim is topped out. And my vehicle is undrivable. All because their techs thought this very obvious issue was three other unrelated issues. Apparently when you ask them to diagnose a vehicle, it is TOO MUCH for them to pull a plug in the differential to check the fluids. Sparing those 15 seconds to do a thorough job is apparently too much to expect. Thorough is not in their vocabulary. If you want a place that just plays guessing games with your car and steals every penny possible from you in the process, this is the place for you.On a positive note, the service techs at the desk are very friendly. Austin is very nice and he followed through with calling me back, sending documents to insurance, and anything else that was needed. Austin gets a 5 star, but that is my only positive.

We recently purchased a used vehicle from J. Pauley Toyota. It was a great experience. We ve been burned in the past by car dealers, so we ve learned to be wary, but our experience at J. Pauley was great. The vehicle we inquired about was exactly as described/pictured in their online listings, and our sales rep (Adam Robertson) was very transparent and helpful. There were no hidden fees or add-ons, and we were given plenty of time to read through and make sure we understood everything before agreeing to it. Overall, as good a vehicle purchase experience as you can get. And we love our new car! Will definitely keep J. Pauley in mind for future vehicle purchases.

Bought used car and warranty from them. One year later, many issues with car. Brought in for repair. Took three days just to diagnose then 3 day scheduled repair now on day four with no time frame for completion. Assistant Service Manager assigned to my ticket does not communicate, does not return calls, acts as if he's doing me a favor by repairing it and complains about how difficult the repair job is. The promised loaner car turned into a Hertz rental with all the liability involved on me. Would not recommend J Pauley sales or service. Two weeks after they replaced tie end rod, entire axle assembly broke damaging the ball joints. When contacted in this emergency situation, the manager was a total jerk who said "if you get legal on me, I don't think I'm even going to talk to you". They treat women customers with total condescending disrespect. I plan to file an official dealer complaint against them. Frankly, have NEVER experienced anything like them from top management on down. DO NOT TRUST YOUR CAR TO THEM!!!

Very impressed with this dealership! Im originally from Conway, AR and got my car at the North Little Rock dealership. At both of those locations if I called to schedule service they would always be booked for a month or further out and then once I would get there it would usually be over an hour wait but at J. Pauley that is not the case. They were able to get me seen the same week I called and had my service done in less than 30 minutes! On top of that the employees were very nice and pleasant to work with. I look forward to more services in the future and I already know where I am going to shop first when I am ready to trade up.

One of the smoothest vehicle purchases I have experienced. I spoke with Tony and Logan via text/phone over the course of a week looking for a new Tacoma. Once one arrived that met my needs/wants, they quickly got it ready for me and notified me. They had everything ready for me to sign by the time I arrived and I was only on-site for 30 minutes. From Sales to Finance, this was a painless and easy process. Go see them for your next Toyota!

I am very picky when it comes to dealerships, mainly about the way the salesman acts towards making the sale. At J. Pauley I have been treated very kindly, allowed to look at and test drive whatever I have asked for without bombardment to hurry up and purchase the vehicle immediately afterwards. Keep it up guys!

I made an appointment for the 75000 mile service on my 2015 Lexus LX570. I arrived at the appointed time. The J Pauley service technicians performed the service, reviewed their work and findings with me. I was very pleased with my experience. A huge thanks to the J Pauley service folks.

Thank you J. Pauley Service Team!!!!! We were traveling through Arkansas when our Highlander's water pump broke. We had to have it fixed that day (on a Friday)!!! Chad at the service desk made no promises..... but our car was fixed in less than 6 hours and we were back on the road.Thank you Chad for squeezing us in and getting us back to Wisconsin (just in time for some snow).

First off, Ed is the most interruptive, rude and disrespectful supervisor I have ever had experience in working with. He should not be in the service department and should be looked into for his behavior as it seems to be a pattern with other customers as well. You don't hang up on people. You don't interrupt people when they're trying to speak. You don't fail to call them back when your mind was made. And you don't falsify events leading up to the situation. His sympathy or lack there of was nothing short of unprofessional and disgusting. Never in my life have i felt that disrespected.I've owned 8 toyotas throughout my life for a reason, and we currently own numerous vehicles made by Toyota (not for this reason)J polly Toyota has committed nothing short of a bad faith repair during the process of diagnosing our vehicle for a severely obvious whirling noise post accident. We were desperate for someone to trust and they took complete advantage of that. We already had another shop spend 4 months on the vehicle and couldn't figure out how to make it right. So far at J polly Theyve claimed it to be the tire (replaced)Theyve claimed it to be the steering stabilizer (replaced)Theyve claimed it to be the needle bearing (replaced) and when asked if it was safe to drive the service tech and mechanics words were you can drive it to florida and back on a bad needle bearing. We stressed this question and were assured that was the case. We were assured numerous times it was fine to drive, especially after waiting for WEEKS for the part they claimed to be not in stock. This guaranteed more damage within that time frame making it impossible to prove to insurance this was accident related, we also have proof this was non existent pre accident and will be providing that accordingly to the proper parties.Low and behold, it's the front differential (not a needle bearing). Its Amazing how numerous "service techs" were seemingly too incompetent to catch the real culprit when all they had to do was drain the differential fluid by removing a simple bolt. But that wasn't done, despite it being an obvious possible culprit. We were told they checked everything else when in fact that was a lie, we were told the needle bearing is a known toyota service bulletin and Chad guaranteed us it was the needle bearing, and it was safe to drive on, it was NOT the needle bearing and NOT safe to drive on.Ed's excuse was we replaced the cheaper parts first to see if it fixed it. (Which we never asked for) we wanted it fixed right (not to have cheap parts thrown at it like a guessing game). This wasn't properly diagnosed in the first place.Toyota also had notes from the beginning suggesting it was the differential as the noise changed when putting it in 4x4, thus eliminating rhe needle bearng.Yet insurance never got that diagnosis, and yet they replaced other parts first.Unacceptable negligence with no accountability to follow. We will not stop until this is rectified, and made right. We DESERVE and expect more.ALL WE WANT is to be heard and this to me made right.

Easy check-in for service. They were ready for my oil change appointment and had me in and out in less than an hour. No hassle at all, no suggestion for needless add-on items.

Always a great experience at J Pauley. J Pauley s Service Department is well managed, clean, and has the absolute most knowledgable and friendly staff. They try their best to get you out quickly and keep you posted on the progress of your vehicle s service. I have driven my 4Runner for 14 years and partly because Toyotas are incredible vehicles and the rest is good quality service in maintaining the life of my vehicle. Thank you again for a job well done!

We buy our vehicles from JPauley and the customer service is so bad in the service department. A couple of visits back the tech broke a couple of things during an oil change. One was the oil filter casing. He no longer works there so I am guessing we are not the only ones having a problem. The last time we were in the tech said our windshield washer reservoir cap was missing. No big issue. We figured it happened the time before. The man taking the money agreed and said he would get a part and call us. No problem. He never called. Today we come in and I was going to look at cars after we got this situated but the red headed woman in the service dept was so rude and mouthy. She was defensive and acted as though we were not being honest even after the other man remembered all of it. She doesn't wear a name tag , she has poor customer service , and we do not appreciate this when we always bring both of our Toyotas for every oil change and all services needed. Do better JPauley.

We had the best experience here, we worked with HB and I could not recommend a better salesman, the gentleman that did the financing was also excellent, HB is truly an asset to the company, he made us feel welcome, and completely at ease! Well done J. Pauly!

Mr. Henson was extremely helpful; a true no pressure salesman. Mr. Mings was great to work with as well. The ladies in the office had my paperwork ready the next day. I had an excellent buying experience!

J Pauley obtained our car from another problem that we had from a different car repair company. It took awhile to get my car back but so far she is running well. Like her old-self. We appreciate J Pauley's mechanic department for staying in contact with us and providing us with good customer service. Special shout out to Heather!

I dropped my car off for my 8:30 oil change appointment and they decided not to start until I got dropped back off at 10am. They told me it wasn't done yet because they work on people who are here waiting first. So what is the point on an appointment then? Now my daughter is crying in the lobby because she is missing her art class.

I highly recommend J. Pauley for purchasing a new vehicle. I worked with Tony and Howard and it was simply the most wonderful, stress free car buying experience I have ever had. Thank you J. Pauley Toyota in Fort Smith AR.

Paying 3.% with a credit card on a high dollar amount for repairs is really unfairI can see that for a few hundred. Also back in June I was told on the phone that my tire warranty was over even though I knew I had a few months left since I bought my tires in October The woman I spoke with in service insisted it was. When I came in this Thursday It was confirmed my tire warranty expired October 2.Too late now!! Now I am waiting for my cash/ check to get to you by mail to keep paying extra $80 just to not use my credit card. I do not live that near Fort Smith
