Came into this not knowing if any outcome was possible. Gave Harry Robinson a call yesterday. Spoke with Aileen,awesome customer service by the way. She sent me the link with the inventory and got me started on my journey.Came in 04/11 and spoke with Creek. I told him my interest and the rest was history. Want to give a big thank you to the both of them on helping me purchase my first vehicle. Excited and nervous all at once. Very good group of people here.

Great experience with Derek & Joe today! It was extremely refreshing to end the day with a deal* Drove home in the exact vehicle I wanted; this is my 3rd SUV purchase from Harry Robinson & they have always been able to make it happen!! After dealing with 3 other dealerships prior to my stop back at Harry Robinson, I can not recommend them enough!!! Derek was great with my kids as well, from rides on the golf carts to giving them toy balls to play with and take home :) I must add, they also have an enclosed playroom (with a door) that was amazing for my toddler!!!! Not having to chase him around made a HuGE difference in my car buying process. Thank you both for making my car buying process quick, pleasant & getting the deal to where I needed! So thankful and happy to have the Yukon I wanted for our family.

I just recently bought a new 2024 GMC Sierra from Harry Robinson GMC. Everyone that I interacted with along the way was a pleasure to work with. Everything was upfront and clear, and the staff was low pressure, polite, and very helpful, which is not the normal dealership experience. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire transaction. Our recent experience in purchasing a dually from Harry Robinson GMC was so awesome, we had to share! From the first phone call with Tamara, it was evident that she was truly excited to help! Her communication was top notch and she quickly verified that the truck we located was actually in stock. Early the next morning, we left Canton, Texas to head to Fort Smith, Arkansas! Upon arrival, we were greeted by Brent and made to feel right at home. The dealership is beautiful and inviting! There is an atmosphere of teamwork throughout all phases of the purchase process and everyone was extremely professional. The trade-in and new purchase negotiations with Joey were handled fairly and smoothly! Mike, in finance, was also informative and made sure we knew what to expect, especially being out of state buyers! Lastly, we were given a full demonstration of all the bells and whistles by Adriana, which was so helpful! We were in and out quickly due to the dealership s organization - truly a well-oiled machine!Oh, and back to Tamara, she wanted me to text her when we got home! Who does that? We highly recommend Harry Robinson GMC and we will be back!!

Scratches and grease all over the passenger bumper cap and fender. Missing valve stem caps. Had to realign the rear duals so I could add air since they didn t pay attention to where the valve stem was. I use this truck to make my living. DOT can write me up for a violation on a missing valve stem caps. Not being able to add air to my duals cause somebody didn t pay attention is just poor judgment. And the scratches is just no respect.

Harry Robinson was our first stop during our truck shopping experience, and it was our only stop. Chico met us outside in the blistering cold and was there to answer any of our questions. He was very patient and honest with us. After finding the truck for us, James handled our finances. He made the finance portion quick, painless, and fun with great conversation! Finally, Adrianna gave us a very detailed run down of our new truck while setting up our OnStar. All we can say is Wow! Thank you all for the great experience.

Was in a tight spot and really wanted to trade in our vehicle. My grandfather, who has been loyal to a dealership down the street, took me to see his "friend". They wouldn't even talk to me because I said I had zero down. Wouldn't even run our credit. Disappointed, I was headed home but decided to pop into Harry Robinson. Told them my situation, told them what I wanted to pay, and they showed me two vehicles they felt they could get me into. Chose the one we liked and were driving off the lot a short time later. We were very satisfied. The funny part of it is we called my grandfather and told him how seamless the whole process was and he was floored. He assumed he was getting the best treatment at his dealership down the road. The very next day he went to Harry Robinson and got into a new vehicle. Even though "his" dealership said there wasn't a way to do it. Thank you guys!

all my questions were answered sometimes the salesman had to go get the correct answer which is very important not to give answers that may not be factual. The salesman Chad helped us a lot and Joey was great at explaining our options and what GMC would do for us when we purchased a vehicle from them. The whole experience was Excellent.

Harry Robinson made getting a new Acadia a great experience. Michael, Aileen, and Chris made choosing the right vehicle a seamless process. I received a more than fair deal for my trade in. There were no markup fees that so many are charging these days. Mike Hesson made the financing part quick and painless. Adriana explained the features perfectly and answered my questions easily. I had a whole team available for all of my concerns.

Let me reiterate how important that it is for a consumer to know his/her/their rights! We have purchased multiple vehicles from other states, and if anyone lives in the Arkansas/Oklahoma states, may I highly suggest you pay Harry Robbins Buick GMC a visit! A very big thank you to Tamara! Tamara was awesome to work with and very knowledgeable. Even though we decided to purchase a vehicle at another dealer, we had problems at said dealer. Long story short, the finance person messed up on the initial paperwork for our car purchase. We tried meeting up with him two different times and he did not show up to these meetings. He also threatened to have the vehicle taken away from us because he said we did not sign the "correct" paperwork. I reached out to Tamara and asked if this was a common practice. She referred me to contact the president of the company, explain what was going on and then ultimately reach out to the Department of Motor Vehicles in my state. We did file the complaint and won our case against the dealership. Had it not been for Tamara's guidance, I might have surrendered the vehicle and lost out on thousands of dollars. I feel the level of customer service and integrity was very high. Tamara put us, the customer, first. We will be back and encourage you to check them out!

I had tried to get an oil change for almost a month at another local car dealership since I have a Chevrolet. I left messages at this other dealership because no one "live" ever picked up the phone. Finally, I decided to go elsewhere. I called Harry Robinson since they can service Chevrolet vehicles. I spoke to "live" people, both the receptionist and service department. When I explained my predicament, the lady in the service department I spoke to got me in the same day! They were professional and did a great job. What the other dealership failed in, Harry Robinson excelled in! I will use them for my service needs from here out, and when ready to buy a new vehicle, I will give them the chance to sell one to me first. Sorry other car dealership - Harry Robinson has my business now!

I would personally like to take a moment to thank several people who made the purchase of my new Buick possible. I would like to thank Tamara for assisting me and also Chico and Joey for showing me the car and also Adriana for going over all the ins and outs and showing me how everything works on the vehicle. Dealerships in Texas were price gouging like crazy (I m looking at you and your $20k markup Covert GMC in Austin), so I called around until I found a dealership who wasn t charging crazy over sticker. Spoke on the phone with Michael who was super helpful, very direct about their required $750 5-year paint and cloth coverage (I ll happily pay that), and helped me find a Denali Ultimate that was on the way to the Harry Robinson dealership. I put down a (non-refundable) deposit, which I was nervous about but Michael gave me all the documentation I needed to make me feel comfortable that it was legitimate.I then got connected with Johnny, the sales rep who handled the rest of the sale. Between Michael and Johnny, I was in near constant communication with the dealership until my truck was delivered, and they gave me plenty of notice to make the 7 hour drive to Fort Smith.Upon my arrival, I was greeted and welcomed by a whole team of folks at Harry Robinson, who made me feel welcomed until Johnny arrived for his shift (bad planning on my part). I only waited 15 min before Johnny arrived and we got the paperwork rolling.My trade in went smoother than I could have asked for, no pressuring sales tactics to upgrade warranties (they offered but didn t push harder when I said no).Next I met with Saralinna who got me setup with the MyGMC app, OnStar, and gave me a thorough walkthrough of the truck s features. She was patient with my questions and happy to repeat herself when I missed something.All in all, I ve honestly never had a better dealership experience. Thanks Michael, Johnny, and Saralinna!

Called to set an appointment for a oil change and tire rotation for 12/14/23. Asked about how long that this particular service would take. The lady who took my call told me about 30 to 45 minutes so I scheduled my schedule around this approximation. Well, the appointment was 3 pm and I ended up leaving around 440 pm. Not only did it take well past what I was told, the technician servicing my 2020 GMC pickup had a tool in his pocket which caused a deep scratch on my driver side passenger door when he went into the drivers seat. Alexis Brown told me that she would call to set the appointment up to get the deep scratch fixed. No call from Alexis. Two days later I had to call to get something setup with someone else besides customer support. Brung my truck in Tuesday 12/26/23 to have the deep scratch fixed. Dropped truck off at 8am and got a call around 1130 am saying the truck was ready. Upon close examination I could still see the deep scratch and it appeared that a marker was used to match my black paint color. Workmanship was well below my expectation for repair. That day again Alexis Brown was called over to evaluate and told me she would set something up immediately and would give me a call that day to schedule to bring my truck in once again. Today is 12/28/23 and I have heard nothing from Alexis or a Harry Robinson rep. Horrible first impression and experience. Please fix my truck. I would want nothing else than to pick it up like I left it.

Over all the whole experience was great! Gave us the best advice as new car owners and wasn't pushy!!
