My vehicle was towed and was not in my name. I was told I could not get it out. That's understandable. My issue was that I was not allowed to get my belongings and tools which I needed for work. I was told I couldn't pay to get it out but I could pay to get my stuff out at 300 plus dollars. I have one year old twins and just wanted my stuff so I could provide for my family. Have fun explaining to God that you hindered and man by keeping his tools so he couldn't provide for his family. Just tell him you was just doing your job

My mom's car had battery issues and AAA service call driver came quickly, he was courteous and knowledgeable. Suggested to make appt at Greg's which I did. They were fantastic. Their shop is very clean and organized. They explained what needed to be done to fix the problem and the price when completed was very reasonable. Highly recommend. Thanks

AAA recommend and I will never use them again as well. I told Greg's Too that this is my daily driver vehicle and I am on disability so needed help figurin this out. I broke down a few miles from their shop and they said it would be $8 a mile to tow it. I live over a hundred miles away so I could surely get it fixed cheaper. I had only blown a radiator hose, so no big deal. They said my radiator had also blown and somehow could not find it to show me after it had been removed. I then had to mysteriously replace my starter as well. They said they noticed small things that they could fix as a courtesy as well which did not happen. I paid for a radiator with electric fan that I did not get. I spent nearly $1,500 to have it repaired. After finishing repairs they told me that they needed more money to fix it properly and I should probably have my daily driver towed as far as I need to go. My vehicle is still leaking coolant. My supposedly rebuilt starter malfunctioned and I broke down 30 miles after leaving the shop. I called and spoke with manager and then the owner as well and was told I could pay to have it towed back to shop and then pay again to have it inspected and repaired once more. I could have bought another vehicle cheaper. They act like they are goin ta help you out, only to deceive and take advantage. Not good people.. Me and my wife were stuck fer hours in cold rain as a result. Another shop charged me less than $500 to fix and replace what Greg's Too had done. Radiator Greg's Too had used did not even fit my vehicle. Had clamps holdin it in.

Fort Smith, Arkansas - Greg s Too sent tow-master Chris on a 2.5 hour drive around 112 miles to Wickes, Arkansas to drive me back 2.5 hours & about 112 miles to their super shop in Fort Smith. Evan was my inside guy at Greg s Too ... Evan had to push on AAA for me, as they didn t want to pay for such a long roundtrip tow ... thanks to Evan AAA eventually approved it.I thank the pARTy Gods for their help, because Greg s Too was perfect - super staff team at the counter & mechanics in the pit (especially Evan & Chris).A team of Greg s Too staff were in constant motion servicing a rotation of customers coming and going in the few hours a was at Greg s .I am from Virginia Beach, Virginia & driving to Denver, Colorado and Team Greg s Too knew that.Since Saturday is OFF day for Greg s (& many Arkansas businesses), Team Greg doubled their efforts, so I would not have to wait until Monday to put Flo under the wrench.Team Greg s Too beat the clock and after road test & by 4:15pm (in about 2.5 hours) Flo was ready again headed to Denver.The price was amazing - $269! Included diagnostic inspection, replacing a coil, replacing blown out spark plug and repairing repair spark plug socket. Greg s Too even did a road test drive.I thank the Greg s Too Team - you are all great!!! Awesome job. I'm from out of town and experienced some front suspension issues. I was recommended by a friend to drop it off for them to work on it. They not only has awesome customer service and mechanics but something that is very valuable to all people.....Honesty. The most disingenuous and sleazy shop in town with terrible customer service to boot beware, &take your money elsewhere!!**edited only to add this laughable response from the owner does not address my issue with the wrong info provided by your unprofessional staff member and even the manager being rude & laughing about the situation. All the way to the bank huh? Seems like y all are still having trouble even understanding the issue so not quite sure why you re commenting with irrelevant information except to try to save face.Oh & since I always had to wait an inordinate amount of time for service I often heard the entire staff talking trash about the clientele coming thru at Greg s.. &You re welcome for the new material from my experience there.ANYWAYI had wonderful quick service at Wilson s towing with this issue, &can t recommend them enough!!& Vic s tires is another great non sleazy option here in town:)

Had an appt and I called to see if I could get in earlier and it was no problem.. they have accommodated me twice at just a moments notice. Great staff there.. very friendly..

Greg has done work on my cars since 2010. I have taken 6 vehicles there in that time frame. One being a big piece of junk, one being brand new, and everything in between! He s fixed them all, the first time, every time. No one else is allowed to touch our vehicles.

I had a flat tire at work and no way to change it. I called for a tow and Elmer showed up quickly. He was very friendly and professional. I have had to have tows before and spent hours waiting. I cannot thank Elmer enough for his quick response to my situation and getting me and my car to the dealership quickly. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I always take my car to Tulsa for service. A relative told me about Greg's Too. Larry was very informative and told me they could service my Mercedes. Larry is number 1 in customer service and I am so happy that I was referred to Greg's Too. No more Tulsa for me!!! Thanks for the wonderful experience. I will return!!

I was passing through the area and had a tire blow out on the interstate. The gentleman that arrived was very professional and helpful. The spare was quickly put on. He was also concerned enough about another tire that needed replaced, that he made sure I arrived safely to the tire shop who could assist further. Great service from phone call for assistance to getting me back safely on the road!! Thank you all

We had a vacation coming up and a few days before our trip our air conditioner went out! Florida in July with no air and several kids in the van would have been terrible !! The professional staff took the time to explain the situation and then proceeded to diligently make several calls and arrange for quick shipping of the part. They were able to get everything fixed and in working order in time for our vacation! A big THANK YOU to the entire staff at Greg's too. These guys truly are the best in town! I highly recommend

Greg's is among the best of the best customer service and pricing in the area. You'll get a friendly experience and always know you have qualified people doing the work on your car. I would highly recommend going here for any of your car's mechanical or towing needs.

I have been with Greggs Too for over Two years now. w interlock device. Shawn is really a great guy. He does his very best to make the unfortunate experience as painless as possible. Very professional him and his crew.

I had to replace a head gasket, timing chain, water pump and radiator on our 2004 4runner. I am very pleased with the quality work there team did. I was treated very professionally and will use them for my vehicles work in the future. They showed the reason all parts were needed and I could their recommendations not only fix problems, but also saved me potential problems in the future. GREAT TEAM.

Brought my car in to this shop and they were very friendly, quick to diagnose and help me. I had an issue with the ignition coil boot. Bill was very knowledgeable and honest. Broke down on Sunday, and through AAA, I got a tow from them. The gentleman who came and got me was kind and was very professional. The following morning, got a phone call about what they found wrong, told me the cost and got everything repaired in a few hours. Walked into the shop to pick up my vehicle and everyone was very nice and pleasant.Fast, friendly and very painless.Thank you guys. I appreciate and will look forward to doing business with you again.

I ve used Greg s Too for years to maintain my vehicles. I ve always had reliable, friendly, and prompt service. I ve even called them while on the road when an emergency arose and they were able to diagnose my car, talked to the out of town mechanic, and refunded the part that was still under warranty. Great guys, great service!

Really like these guys!!! Have had 2 different vehicles in their shop and both times I felt like they didn t give me a FAIR price, they gave me a GOOD price!!! They re honest and are not looking to screw your over at every turn!!! Would definitely recommend these folk to others and will definitely be back!!!

I brought my truck here because it was dying. It turned out to be the alternator. They were going to charge me well over $400.00 to replace it. The part itself costs less than $100.00 and takes less than 30 minutes for an amatuer like me to change. They also charged me $90.00 just to look at it. While they seemed really friendly and professional the entire time.The price gouging here is ridiculous.

Alternator died while visiting AR this summer. They worked to resolve my issue as quickly as possible despite their high workload. We were on a bit of a time crunch as we're scheduled to go back home that weekend and this happened on a Thursday. They went the extra mile to work with the manufacturer of the faulty alternator to fax the documentation necessary to confirm that the part was still under warranty. We were home as scheduled and we are very appreciative of all of the work that Greg's guys did.

Truck broke down, AAA called Greg's Too to tow me , Corbin the driver called when in route with a ETA, he was on time very efficient and had a funny laid back I love my job attitude. He made a stressful situation have more laughs than a stand up comic bit. He gave great customer service and did a fantastic job. Thank you so much.

Very friendly staff. I had an issue with my passenger headlights and the service was great. I couldn't get the appointment the same day but was able to go in the next day and get it fixed. Highly recommend this place.
