I bought my sons go kart in December 2022 for Christmas. Well Christmas Day he gets it & what do you know the thing won t start. I called & the only thing they could say was well did you put gas in it? So after a few days my dad got it running. After that the wheel fell off as he was riding. The next time it broke down the manifold cracked & after that the seat fell off. All these things were annoying but fixable. Then yesterday the back end completely snapped in half while he was driving! (Pictures below) & what do you know the sorry company won t do anything about it. $1,600 for a go kart that only lasted 6 months. So before you buy anything from these people think twice because you re more than likely gonna have nothing but problems!

I picked up my scooter yesterday and they told me to come back today and get my title I went all the way up there and I live an hour and 30 minutes away and they do not have and now they're wanting me to come back Monday

I got a kp mini 150 from here at the beginning of summer 2022 and rode it untill 2023 at around 40k miles and sold it. (Everything worked still)American Lifan kp mini 150 is so much fun.Durable dependable and fun and affordable what else could you ask for? (Buy lots of tires)

Stay the hell away from this place! Horrible customer service. Very bad quality dirt bikes. My sons bike keeps breaking. They take forever to fix anything and when they get tired of you bringing the bike in to get fixed, all the sudden it s no longer under warranty followed by a whole bunch of excuses of why it s no longer their problem to fix. Save yourself a headache and take your money elsewhere!!! This place should NOT be in business!

I needed a budget scooter to get me from A to B. I got a 49cc linhai Chinese scooter and I must say although it s a little slow it has not given me any problems thus far. They was friendly fast and to the point I was in and out in 30 minutes. I would recommend if your needing something reliable and cheap.

I cannot give this location in NWA mall or the location in Fort Smith Mall (same owner) any more than a one star review. I went into the shop on fathter's day (NWA Mall) and noticed a good looking used ATV on the showroom floor. I talked to the man working the shop (which turned out to be the owner) and he confirmed with me the ATV had been gone through and everything worked perfectly. Since it s in the mall, you can t really test drive and so I believe what the guy told me about the condition of the used ATV. He also gave me the free 1 year warranty. We live in fort smith and he said he would have the ATV delivered on Tuesday. When the item arrived on Wed I went to pick it up and the manager of the fort smith store then told me all the things that were wrong with the ATV. He said it had gas in the oil and he had just replaced the carburetor. He also noticed the kick start was just missing from the ATV and that the lights were not working. I was a little disappointed that my daughter and I drove all the way over with a trailer to find out it wasn t ready. The manager/mechanic told me that if I left it there, he would fix all those things on Thursday. My daughter and I had made plans to ride Friday evening and so I told him I would leave it and pick it up Friday. When Friday came, we again went to pick it up and nothing had been done. They guy working the shop that day said the mechanic that told me he would fix it, had been working the last two days in the NWA mall location. He also told me it has been leaking oil on the shop floor. Since we already had plans, I told them I would take it for the evening and bring it back to get those items fixed on Monday.That evening after an hour of riding, we found out that there was even more wrong with the ATV. The electric start would only work about half of the time. Since the ATV was for a 12 year old, a faulty starter and missing the manual kick start is a terrible situation for a child. The ATV wouldn t stay running on idle. As soon as we stopped giving it gas, it died. On monday, we hauled it back into the shop. The mechanic was still not in the shop so I left the ATV and a note laying out all the things that we found wrong. The employee working the store gave me the mechanics cell number and the cell of the owner in NWA mall. I texted both numbers laying out the issues and asking that since what the owner told me was not true, I would prefer and agree to giving them back the broken ATV and applying the purchase price to a new one. It s a week and a half later and I have not heard from the shop or the owner. The ATV is still in their shop. Fortunately I bought the ATV on my credit card and have since turned it over to the CC company to handle this dispute. Dealing with these guys has been one of the biggest hassles I have ever had to deal with regarding a seemingly simple purchase.

Was not happy with the place bought two four wheelers and keep having problems n when. Itook them back kept geting run around n each time geting it back problem was never fixed

They can sell them mopeds but they don't know how to work on them I recommend not even going to them for a brand new one moped or scooter

On two separate occasions I went into this store looking for an atv. Unfortunately I was not greeted or helped in any way (There was one other customer in the store). I will be taking my business elsewhere.
