Family and I went by to check a Pilot out, we were greeted by Eric Flores. He did a great job, he was honest noting he was newer but would find out any info I needed. Eric Flores and Kiefer Lang worked up a great deal, great communication, hassle free, no pressure on anything which is what my wife and I enjoyed. We had a bad experience with the service dept. in the past but these two made up for it and went above and beyond to make sure we got taken care of. I appreciate you both and Floyd Traylor Honda for a truly great customer service experience. To the finance gentleman that offered the warranties, thank you for your professionalism.

I went in a few days ago to get a key fob done on a car that I had for a good number of years. I was in the market of looking for a newer car, but wasn't sure if I was ready to purchase one quite yet. I have the money and credit, but it was going to do some convincing on me to make the move so soon considering that I had my other car paid off for a few years. I decided to just browse the selection of cars while I was waiting and spotted a few that caught my eye. A sales team member by the name of Justin Jarvis spotted me looking at some cars and introduced himself. I gave him a general idea of what I was looking for, but he also offered some good suggestions on cars and some newer features that I had no idea that was even on newer vehicles. He was very informative with the features that we talked about, and even demonstrated how they worked with the vehicle in a hands on setting. It can be pretty easy to intimidate me with sales pitches, but he never came across overbearing which happens with a lot of sales people in this type of industry. He worked out a good deal with me that I was willing to work with and instead of walking with just a fob for a car, I walked away with a brand new car. In addition to the positive experience I had with this team member and the deal that we reached, he also went above and beyond and gave me ways to stay in touch if I needed assistance or had any questions in the future. That is more than what any sales member has done and I dealt two other dealerships in the past. That makes me feel comfortable that I have someone to rely on if my vehicle has a problem in the future. I am really impressed with the car that I got so far, and if I ever were to do another deal with this dealership in the future, I will work with Justin again. For anyone out there looking for a vehicle, ask for Justin Jarvis to help you find what you are looking for.

Five stars! My recent car buying experience at Floyd Traylor Honda in Fort Smith, AR was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give huge props to my salesperson, Mark McCoy. From the moment I walked in, Mark's friendly personality and genuine enthusiasm put me at ease. He wasn't pushy or salesy, but incredibly knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. He answered all my questions thoroughly.I ultimately decided on a beautiful 2022 4Runner, and Mark guided me through the entire process seamlessly. He helped me find the perfect financing options and made sure I understood all the paperwork.The whole team was friendly and helpful, the dealership was clean and welcoming, and I never felt pressured or rushed. Mark McCoy and his team really went above and beyond to make my car buying experience enjoyable and stress-free. I would highly recommend him and Floyd Traylor Honda to anyone looking for a new car!

Very dissatisfied with my overall experience. It started with the sales lady who answered the phone; although she was very friendly, she knew absolutely nothing about the vehicle I was inquiring about. I then talked to a sales manager who just wanted to hurry me off the phone. After being told the vehicle was in superb condition and making a deal over the phone, I drove four hours to look, with full intent of buying the vehicle. After a 4-5 mile test drive, the vehicle had overheated, a dash light came on and was leaking coolant in multiple spots. When taking the keys back in to the lady I d dealt with and told her the abundance of issues, no one showed one bit of remorse. A couple of staff members then waited at the door until we pulled away to come outside to look the vehicle I had just drove.So, I never talked to anyone with any knowledge about that particular vehicle, the vehicle was misrepresented, and no one seemed to have any remorse or care about what had happened and left very dissatisfied. I would not go back.

I had a great experience buying a 2023 Honda Passport at Floyd Traylor Honda. Kevin was awesome to deal with and was not pushy at all. It was the fastest, easist car buying experience I have ever had. We were literally in and out in an hour.

This is the 3rd Honda I have purchased from Floyd Traylor in 3 years. Cody Solsebee is the greatest. He always makes it so easy to buy from everytime. My wife loves her 2023 Accord Sport-L Hybrid that we purchased in March. Almost 6 months later and 8000 miles no issues. I will continue to buy and trade from here. No dealer mark ups and they offer the best trade in value. Thanks!

Went in to complain about the car wash being broke AGAIN. I was treated worse than any business has ever treated me. I guess complaints are not at all welcome there. They have lost a customer as I will NEVER go back again. They have no idea what I am able to do legally. They will soon find out. I'm not threatening anything or anyone. I do everything legally. This part is to respond to their response to my review. I didn't threaten anyone. I have never threatened anyone with violence in my life. I was ONLY in the service department and there was only employees there. No applause on my way out. I was asked to leave and I did. Their entire response was all lies. I was not trespassed. The way that works is;-: If you are asked to leave a business and refuse, then you can be trespassed. I will be contacting the Fort Smith police department and if they lied to say that I threatened anyone, I believe that's a law suit. If they LIE some more, more to follow.

I want to give a big shout out to this Honda Dealership, I had my eye on a couple cars around the area but happened to stop at this dealership first. CJ one of the friendliest sales people I ever met approached me and asked me what I was looking for. We were able to run my credit and find a beautiful car that I took home. CJ and the Manager there went above and beyond what any other dealership has ever done for me. So I truly appreciate all there help, and highly recommend this dealership. If there is a way they can help, they will do everything they can ! Thanks again guys, would give 10 stars if I could ! Love my Honda Fit !

I would tell you that the staff was amazing, but I want to be honest with my review. So I can only say that the sales staff, Shane Durham, was amazing. He handled everything and I didn't have any interaction with the other staff, which was AMAZING! So far my 2021 Honda CR-V SE has been amazing, but lets be honest even a Ford is impressive for the first 57 miles! I will update the review after I have my first service.

Simply the worst buying experience I ve ever had. I m an optimist by nature but this cracked even my positive outlook.Our van was delayed almost two weeks and then we were held hostage for 3.5 hours waiting on paperwork-and that was paying cash! I finally had to leave so I wasn t late for an appointment.This was a missed opportunity for a repeat customer.Pros: The salesman was very responsive and the van is a smooth ride.

I had one of the worst buying experiences when they threatened to remove my deposit because I refused to sign the contract until the car arrives to the branch. What was even more concerning was that the financial manager failed to inform me about the factory warranty and attempted to push their own deals on me. This lack of transparency and the pressure to sign a contract under these circumstances is unacceptable, and didn t give in their lies not a single second. Dealing with kids is a waste of time.

This was my first time taking my Acura in to have some routine maintenance done. I would say it went pretty smoothly. When they were done and went over the vehicle check list, it had everything on it that I knew it needed. They did not try to up sale or push anything, it was all suggestive for what actually needed to be done. I very much appreciated the straightforwardness of this and will be more likely to bring it in for these items.

My daughter has a Honda Odyssey. We always take it here for service. We have had an off and on high pitched squeal from it thinking a door is open. We asked them to "pull the plug" on it....as it's making us crazy to drive like that. They wanted to replace all of the parts to the mechanical sliding door totaling well over $1,000. He wouldn't just disconnect it because he didn't want to be sued? For what? Vans never used to have that. We don't need it...or want it. We were there THREE HOURS! Not impressed! Still squealing!!!

I purchased my 2020 civic back at the beginning of 2020! And she was a dream! Time came that I desired more! Surely enough Kevin came through, and helped me get one of my dream cars! These guys are why I am a repeat customer! I got to the dealership at 4 and was driving my dream car home in less than an hour! We originally were going to buy a good used car for our daughter but when we started looking at some of the used prices in today's world we realized that for a few thousand more in some cases, we could just buy brand new.So after narrowing down some options, we decided that a new 2023 Honda HR-V Sport was what we wanted. We live in the Fayetteville, AR area so the first place we checked was Fayetteville Auto Park. Back in the somewhat distant past I had bought a few different vehicles from there so I figured that would be a good place to start. To my surprise, I quickly learned that the new HR-V's were highly desirable and we could expect to wait 2-3 months. We had prepared for that as our daughter s 16th birthday was about 6 months away....but what I was NOT prepared for was a forced market adjustment amounting to a $4000 markup on every single new Honda! I told the guy there was just no way I was going to pay any markup period. Sales guy was fine and I felt bad for him because I knew his hands were tied, but I knew I'd drive 500 miles away if I had to before I did any kind of a markup.....I draw the line there. I next checked Frank Fletcher Honda in Bentonville.......$5000 markup!I then stumbled across Floyd Traylor Honda in Fort Smith and right on their website they have in big bold letters "No Price Markups, Guaranteed". I was still skeptical so I decided to call them and figure out what the catch is. I called them and they transferred me to a salesman named Kevin Lovan. I sort of laid out what I listed in the previous paragraphs about other dealerships and asked him what the catch was. He was transparent and straight to the point that they were charging MSRP, plus the $139 doc fee (that all dealerships have always charged)....and that's it. I could hardly believe my ears. I told him I'd like to reserve one. He spent a few minutes going over what they had on order and when the approximate build dates were and he was able to locate us the exact color and trim we wanted (2023 2WD Urban Gray HR-V Sport). We put a $200 deposit on it (completely refundable and will apply to the payment when it comes in) that held it for me.Kevin was great to almost instantly respond to any text I ever sent. He kept me updated throughout the process. We decided to add a roof rack and he was great to order it and had it installed as soon as it came in. Since this was for my daughter and would be her first car, he also made sure to have a big red bow on it so we could take some pictures, which was a really nice touch.I was going to pay cash for about half of it and finance the rest. The last thing I was worried about was potentially the dealership trying to jack the interest rate up to make extra money on the back end (based on past experiences with other dealers). To cover myself, I had already gotten some interest quotes from my bank and local credit union. My credit is excellent so I knew I would have no issues there. Kevin told me they'd run it through Honda and a couple of their local banks to find me the best rate. Kevin called me a few minutes after running my credit and told me that Honda Financial in this case was the best deal, and my interest rate was the exact interest rate shown on Honda's website and significantly beat any of the local interest rates.It took about 5 minutes to sign all the paperwork (finance guy was also wonderful) and since Kevin was great to expedite and facilitate all of that before I even arrived, we did not have to stay at the dealership very long at all. From point A to point Z, this was the most professional, friendliest and FAIREST dealership I ve ever been to.I told them even though they are 1.5 hours away from me, in the future when covid/inventory concerns aren t an issue, I will remember that they did not try to gouge the customer during this time. I will always use them for any future Honda purchases. So if you're in the market for a new car, look Kevin up. He'll go to work for you and find you whatever you need.

Best car buying experience I ve ever had. No extra fees, communication was clear, and I actually chose a warranty that covers all oil changes for 5yrs/60 months. Signing of docs was electronic so super simple. Trey was professional and not pushy. Will buy from them again.

We weren t in the market for a new vehicle, Chris called us to offer to see if he could put us in a newer van that was nicer. He was very open and honest about the process and kept us informed along the process. The finance team Ray and Kiefer were very helpful and made us feel valued as much as Chris did. I am a true Honda fan have been a long time, this was our first buying experience at Floyd Traylor and it won t be our last!! I highly recommend if you are in the car market and want an honest team go see Chris Copp!!!
