I have a 95 F-150 with 60,000 miles on it. Needed brakes at all four corners and a flush of the brake fluid. The rotors used had a manufacturer defect. They took care of the problem at no expense and my brakes are working great now.I would recommend them to others for similar service, and plan to use them again for other service when needed.Keep in mind that good service and quality has a price, but your safety is priceless.Keep up the good work and good customer service.

Firestone did a great job getting me in and out in a timely manner. They provided me with all the information I need to plan the next service for my truck as well as informing me about promotions and the timeline of those promotions so I could take advantage of those in the future.

I've been dealing with firestone for over 30 years not this location but everywhere I've lived. This location is just as great as all the rest. Very nice staff and very good work. They stand by there work always.

Went in for an oil change a few weeks ago and the attendant was so kind and helpful. I watched him as he provided the same urgency to each customer on the busy morning . I was very pleased with his kind service .

The computer said that they had my size of tire, but no luck. It was a last-minute decision to come here. Maybe, if I called ahead of time, it would have been better.

So my mother is 82 years old she has coverage with silver rock 2015 Lincoln MKC went in for a free oil change that we did not know at the time had expired meanwhile they made us wait there for 4 hours to change the oil and then they called silver Rock and found out that the oil change had expired don't worry 82 year old lady give us your $78 and everything will be okay now if you're talking with silver rock they told me that the facility is supposed to call them before they do any work in silver rocks name I called a month later and on the day of the oil change and both the managers got very rude choppy and hung up on me the lucky day didn't talk to my mother that way so beware

i have used firestone for some time for oil changes, tire rotation and even bought two new tires with them.the most recent one was December 11, 2023, on a vehicle that has 13,000 miles.it was an oil change.the car never had an issue and then now it says CHECK ENGINE on the dashboard.We are not car-savvy so i went ahead and called them and they said it was okay and they can scan it for us once we come in and when we did, they pointed us to AUTOZONE because they had a free check up there.so frustrating coz when finally AUTOZONE saw that oil control valve needs to be checked,went back to FIRESTONE, THE CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT FOR NOW and would charge $100 something for checking.they were the ones who did the oil change, this car never had an issue until they did.now they won't help.FRUSTRATING.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Firestone that I feel compelled to share. I scheduled a tire repair for 7am due to a nail in my tire. Recognizing that I might be running a bit late, I took the proactive step to call ahead and inform them. Despite my efforts, when I arrived just 5 minutes after 7am, I found myself waiting for almost an hour before they even started working on my vehicle. This unexpected delay not only inconvenienced me but also caused me to be late for work. I had hoped that my punctuality in scheduling the appointment and my communication about the delay would lead to a smoother process, but unfortunately, that was not the case. This experience has left me disappointed and frustrated, as I value efficient and respectful service from establishments like Firestone.

Had a flat the morning after having my tires rotated and balanced at Walmart. Took it in to Firestone for repair. The tech was unable to find a leak after and exhaustive search. The service manager no charged the ticket since a flat was not repaired.Much respect Firestone!That act of kindness earned my lifetime loyalty.

Scheduled an appointment with Firestone for 12PM on July 11th, 2023 for a simple Inspection and Tire RotationWe wouldn t be able to have it there by noon because of Church so we dropped it off the day before. So when I called today at 12:31PM to see how long it would be till my truck was ready I was told that it hadn t even been pulled into the bay yet because I had a line of people in front of me.So I asked why is there a line of people in front of me when I have an appointment. I was told it s because it is people who have bought stuff from them and other people waiting on inspections. So I said okay call me back when you have an updateI call again 2 hours later at 2:31PM and I am told my truck is just now being pulled into the bay to start its work.So then I mention again that I had an appointment for 12PM today and it s 2 and a half hours after that time and my truck is just now getting started this is ridiculous.Then he tells me that I did not mention the first time I called that I had an appointment for noon. But in fact when I called the first time I said my full name, what truck I had, my appointment time, and what I was needing doneI highly do not recommend using Firestone in Fort Smith or anywhere for that fact because from Texas to Arkansas the service is no different. They have terrible customer service and try to put blame on their customers.

I had made an appointment for Wednesday at noon. I showed up at 11:48 AM the manager of the store. Supposedly checked me in I asked him to put 4 tires on my truck instead of 2. He put that in the system I stepped outside to use the phone thinking that he was taking care of me. I waited 52 minutes and still.nothing was done. When I asked what the hold up? Was I was told that I was in the lineup and I said I made an appointment several days ago for noon. I've been here nearly an hour. I asked for my keys back and then I asked to speak to the manager. The man said I'm the manager he was the guy who checked me in when I walked in the door and he tried to blame it on me as. Though it was my fault that my truck wasn't back there. Are you kidding me the guy running that place needs To not be in a management position.

I dropped my car off at Firestone today and they had it for 3 hours. I was told that all four of my shocks were leaking badly and needed to be repaired immediately. I was quoted over two thousand dollars to replace all 4 . My car does not have shocks. Pretty sure I just got scammed.

Went here for an oil change on my work truck yesterday and when I got back in my truck I noticed they had put the sticker with the next change mileage on it over the previous one, I know this is petty to complain about but that s pretty freaking lazy, today I noticed that the shield underneath my truck was hanging down with the bolts still in it and had to take it back. It was raining pretty good so they parked it as far away towards the mall so I would get wet. I definitely wouldn t return for service here, to be honest I don t think they even changed my oil or rotated my tires!

Recently I called and made an appointment to have an estimate for a coolant leak repair on a 2004 VW Passat 1.8T. I took car in on Sunday anticipating estimate on Monday based on conversation I had with employee. I was called around 11am that Monday and told they didn't have fitting to pressure test coolant system and I would need to take vehicle to VW dealership for repair. I was instantly annoyed. Really?? Take a 19yo car to dealership, not a chance! I can't believe Snap-on, Mac or Matco local tool truck could not provide fitting for pressure test. In my experience, I do understand some shops don't want to work on European vehicles. Just say so! Don't feed me some line about taking it to dealership. I took vehicle to family owned shop in small local town. I was given estimate for repair same day I took vehicle in. Parts arrived one day later. I'm now back on the road!

Sat on hold for over 30 mins just to be told they can possibly, maybe get my car in for an oil change, or it may have to stay overnight. Just them not being certain is enough for me to back off. I have always used Firestone and quite upset of the customer service I received this morning. Quite ridiculous. After my appointment Tuesday I may look elsewhere for my services.

Scheduled a second appt. Got there almost an hour early. Sat there. 25 minutes after my appt should have started while Dealing with 2 toddlers alone. I was told that they could not honor my appt for that evening. When asked why they said something came up. I asked if they'd honor my 1st appt for the next day(that was still scheduled) I was told no. They gave it to someone else since I was there for my appt. I was annoyed. I asked for the manager and they said he had left. And would not be back until Monday. I asked to he called. 10 days later still no call. I was told I'd get a discount if I came back the next day at 8 to "get worked in" I asked how much the discount would be and I was told "do I look like I know. That's the managers problem" I was annoyed and left. I never went back. I'm glad I didn't. I will not do business with Firestone of Fort Smith. Rude. Disrespect and not true to their word.

manager working today is a d***, very poor customer service skills. He was very hesitant to even walk over and look at my tire straight up said i can look but i cannot tell you anything for 3-4 hours so leave your car with me . YEA! l ll give you keys to my 2022 mclaren and leave . i think he is forgetting that they have several competitors in town now.i needed 4 new tires anyway so i asked him to just get me a quote on 4 tires instead if just the one i was having issues with. he gave me a quote almost twice the price from tire rack. Now a few months ago i took my amg gt to these guys and the nice gentleman working that day did price match but manager today told me hatefully well he shouldn t have dont it last time, i am the manager and im not going to do it, we are losing money . i turned around and walked out instead of having any further conversation with this guy.i wont let them touch my car even if they now offered everything for free.went to discount tire literally down the street and those guys talked to me in a professional way, respectfully, came out and looked at my tire and the issue i was having and they got me the tires for same price as tire rack. they didn t even have to price match because their price is already the same as the price on tire rack.just fyi, this is over $2000 worth of business firestone just lost. and that is just one of my several cars that may need future work.

Visited 9-21-22 Was the second time using Firestone and have no complaints. First time I was a walk in and they took me right away. This time I called ahead because I was having trouble ordering the tires online (said they wouldnt fit my truck) Tech on the phone cleared up the problem and set up the appointment. When I arrived I checked in and went to wait. While waiting a couple came in asking about getting service and were told it could be up to a 2hr wait. Since I had no place to go, I gave my appointment to them and decided to wait. Once the techs pulled their car in, they also pulled mine in. Service was finished on both vehicles and we left within 10 minutes of each other. I can only guess they pushed me ahead of a car that had been dropped and wouldnt be picked up until much later. All in all, Id say they made 2 customers happy and definitely earned my repeat business.Service: Tires

I had to wait 2 hours for a flat to be fixed. Only to find it, it could not be fixed. I asked for my spare or donut to be put on because I needed to get home. They didn't do either one. They left the tire with a hole on my vehicle for me to drive 45 minutes home with my baby in the car. I will never use this place again.

Understaffed. Had a 9 am appointment to put 4 new tires on. Was told it would only be about 1 or 2 hours. They finally got done at 4pm

A customer in line ahead got the tires that was hoping for that's okay I love to pause it for air filter cabin filter oil change and if that's a new air filter in my engine compartment I'll eat my old shortsI really starting to wish out to stay there and had them work my suspension and waited for the tires but as eager to get back to work and it probably took me a longer route because she still ain't right my impatience might have been my own demise

Good people there. Checked out the problem, didn't need a lot. Didn't charge me for things I didn't need. And didn't tell me things I didn't need!!! Good honest people!!! I'm glad to be apart of their family!!!

In July 2022, I had multiple things done to my Terrain including: oil change and tune up, new tires, new front and rear brakes, and an alignment. They were very professional, I arrived for appointment and my car was finished within a few hours. Everything they fixed or completed was done correctly. I recently went to the dealership I bought my vehicle from to have an oil change terrible experience. Firestone you definitely have my business! Thank you for keeping your word and holding up to what you promise!!!
