Dr.Underhoods is awesome our vehicle needed a coil pack replaced and I called them they had me bring it to them even though they were busy they worked my vehicle in and I had it back in about an hour and a half. They are my go to guys for vehicle repairs. The guys there are always very friendly and courteous to me. Thank you for the awesome service.

These guys are so great the were respectful and they treated my car like it was a queen. Which she is lol. She runs great had a small problem called them they fixed it next day. Would have been same day but I am bed bound pretty much I am one legged.

Just amazing work every time, so happy to have found a mechanic I trust. I would have my car towed to them even if I moved towns.Fairest price of anyone in town. I was new to the area about a year ago, my car was having acceleration issues. I took my car to mckennys (or whatever they're called) and they quoted me $1450 to fix the problem! I definitely did have that kind of money! I saw all the great reviews for Doctor under the hood here and on their Facebook and decided to give them a call for a second opinion they had me in and out in a day and for only around $500!They even fixed small attachments that were unrelated to my visit, for free and didn't even mention they fixed it, I wasn't billed, they just fixed it out of the kindness of their hearts. I only noticed checking my oil a week later, it was a peg that had been broken for a couple years.I've taken my car to them ever since and always recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic, for real I turn into a spokespersonThanks y'all! You take good care of this community with honest and affordable work.Should have written this review sooner.

This auto shop is the best. Very knowledgeable staff, reasonable pricing, and professional service. If your car needs fixing, I highly recommend you to bring it to the Doctor right away.

Dr Underwood is very helpful and very quick, if there's any problem with your vehicle I'm positive they can fix it. I've been dealing with them for years and haven't had a problem that couldn't be fixed dealing with them. I recommend this business to anyone

On a road trip (moving) from AZ to NC. We got to this halfway point, Fort Smith. Engine light came on. We took it to these guys and they had it fixed in only an hour. Fair prices, quick, and efficient. We are back on the road, headed to our new home - all thanks to Doctor Underhood mechanics. We also loved the boss of the place - a sweet kitty!

I have had my vehicle here 3 times. Told them what it was doing and they couldn t get it to replicate it . The engine light would come and go intermittently and it was always off when I took it to them. They said not to worry they could pull the history and see what was wrong. Still wasn t able to fix it and said we think it s a vacuum leak, but we can t find it . They then said we had an oil leak and needed a gasket replaced (I ve never noticed an oil leak). They fixed that (how convenient, that wasn t covered under warranty and the part was $15 and labor was $190). Get the vehicle back, STILL HAVING THE SAME ISSUE! So I (having absolutely ZERO mechanical knowledge) spent 10 minutes on Google and YouTube and figured out the problem. $135 part and 10 minutes of labor, I had it fixed. I wouldn t take a bicycle to these people for repair.

Got a good sized gash in my tire today, barely made to the gas station across the road from them. Walked over and they were more than happy to help me! Thank God I broke down where I did! They changed my tire out for me at no cost. I will definitely keep them in mind for future business!

They checked out my vehicle and were honest with me. They could have done a $600 job that wouldn't have fixed my entire problem, but instead they told me my transmission was likely the problem, and that I should get that checked first rather than accrue a significant bill that might not even help me. 5 stars for honesty... It's a rare thing these days.

I had received an "guestimate"from them over the phone about an oil leak.They had told me it sounded like about a seven hundred dollar plus job. We had to have the car, so we took it in. When I called to say we would be there in a few minutes to pay, they told me " I hit the jackpot on oil leaks". When I asked why, they informed me that instead of being the super expensive leak, it was something that only cost 20 bucks!!! We were fully expecting to pay at least 600 and possibly more. They could've taken full advantage of the fact that we were expecting the higher price and were already on our way to pay them, but they did not.

They were very personable, nice and very helpful. They ran diagnostics on my car and they didn't pressure me into having anything done that didn't need it. Highly recommend this shop! I will definitely be coming back if I ever have problems with my car again!

110% reccommend these folks!!! Called on a Tuesday because my AC quit working in my truck (not a good thing in Arkansas summer) and they got me in and fixed by Thursday same week for a reasonable $!! Super friendly and helpful staff as well!!

Go here with eyes wide open. I went here a few times and was happy with the work. Then took my wifes car for a timing chain and oil leak. Timing chain seems fine. When they reinstalled the valve cover, they put the gasket on with no silicone at the corners (finally found out for sure about 8 months later from a different shop). Still leaking, i took it back telling them the top of the motor was still leaking, probably valve cover gasket. they said no its the vtc solenoid. i said "really? cause you fixed that too". any case, they put another vtc solenoid in. still leaking like mad. now, 18 months later i change the oil pan gasket myself. i find NO OIL PAN GASKET. Just silicone. So its hard to trust any mechanic shop. this place is no exception. They have the ability and potential to do great work. they also have the potential to do shoddy work, then claim the issue is something else

They had my car for four days. We told them what part we thought needed replaced but they wouldn't do it unless they were positive... So they test drove my car for three days. Finally decide we were right about the part and tell us it'll be ready for pick up day four. Go to pick it up and they say new part broke and they can't find a replacement anywhere so they just put the broken piece back on. No car for almost a week and It's still broken. At least they didn't charge us. Got my car back on Empty, though. Won't go back.
