Mike (manager) has taken the time to go above and beyond to make sure the issue with my steering wheel on my Hyundai Sonata got taken care of. The waiting time without my car was only a few days.Unfortunately, in the past I've never had a good experience with the dealership and their customer service needs a lot of work, but Mike has made me believe that he is trying his best to make improvements.I appreciate when management actually listens to the customer and not brush them off. Mike did that and I was grateful for that.

I had a positive experience at Crain Hyundai during my recent car service. The staff was courteous and professional, and the process was efficient. The waiting area was comfortable, and I appreciated the updates on my service. However, I was slightly disappointed that the car wash, which was previously included, is no longer offered. Nevertheless, I would still recommend Crain Hyundai for their excellent service.

We bought a 2019 Buick Encore for our daughter from the salesman Nathan Kelly. He told us when we bought it that his shop had accidentally broken the windshield wipers when doing their inspection and that they had already ordered the part. They said the part would arrive within 2 weeks. They listed on our contract that it was a part they were responsible for fixing so we thought they would be honest about it. We bought the car in December its now April and they have nothing but excuses every time we call.At this point I am going to just try and get the issue fixed at our own shop and send their corporate office the bill and go from there. I'm sure anyone can get the part faster than 5 months.

Crain Hyundai has been amazing to work with. John Henslee was our salesman and he went above and beyond to assist us. We purchased a 2024 Hyundai Elantra and couldn t be happier. All the finance department was also amazing to work with. We will definitely be returning customers if we ever need another vehicle.

Edit included below: Sales department is good. Service, not so much. Communication lacks severely as does prompt service. It has for a while now. Today though: I know appointments are first as I was reminded today but a car being towed in early morning for a different issue on their oil change scheduled appointment day (Tuesday morning) shouldn't negate at least being communicated to about the car instead of me calling three days later (Mid-day Friday) of hearing nothing, being passed around and finally overhearing someone say "You tell her!" then being told "Nobody has looked at your vehicle yet. Appointments come first. I don't know when your car will even be looked at or fixed."Customers who are simply calling for the first time in days to check on the status of their vehicle shouldn't be treated like that.Edited to add: My husband informed me that they spoke to him a couple of days ago and were courteous to him but said nothing beyond the oil change had been done yet. Why was I spoken rudely to today then and told nothing has been done yet? I'm usually the one who handles all the maintenance while he's at work.

The service was truly 5 star.I knew the model I wanted.I stopped in at 9:30 to test drive. By 11:30 I had signed the paperwork to purchase. Sebastian and Jesse took great care in showing me the vehicle, during the test drive, and during the signing.

Ok. Here goes. I found 2 vehicles I was interested in used on line. Drove by to see them. Found about 15 guys waiting at the doors to attack. Was guided totally away from the vehicles I came to see. Never did see them. Instead was shown 3 other things. I left. More online research brought me back to Crain and I ended up buying one of the used vehicles I was originally looking for. But, since I live 50+ miles away, the first trip was a total waste of time. This next a not so good taste in my mouth. Had I not been very specific in what I was looking for, I would have totally chosen another dealer. Felt the epitome of used car salesmen reputation in this experience. Was not pleasant.

The guys here were top notch! Fantastic experience. They didn t have the exact car I wanted on the lot, but they had one at the dealership in about two hours. They were gracious enough to stay past closing time to get it ready and go over all the features! I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Great people!

This place is the best! They got me the car I was looking at online & didn't try to pressure into buying more than I needed & the perks that come with the car are completely worth it. Plus they really worked with me without all the back & forth. Adam Welch was a great salesman who told me everything I needed to know. I chose a car online, set an appointment & left with that same car, that's great customer service of you ask me!

My visit for recommended maintenance on my 2015 Hyundai went very well. Arrived early but was able to leave car for my later appt time. We had a great experience at this dealership! Justin was our sales rep. He took the time to explain every detail about the car we were interested in. We did purchase a Sanota from them! Friendly staff all around. Highly recommended.

They were being helpful until they realized I wasn t doing in house financing. After they realized I wasn t, they started changing their attitude. I was promised certain things would get fixed but said they d have to order the material and I could take it back later. I was dumb enough to not get this signed on paper. Noone reached out and I kept texting and calling the manager and salesman, whom kept giving me the runaround or would just leave me on read. Once I finally got connected to the person who would be fixing my car, I was scheduled and when I took it in, I was told I had to pay out of pocket and denied what we had agreed to. Salesman said they had taken a loss with my car and the managers were already mad i sold it to you and so they couldn t pay more for it to be fixed. They claimed they discounted my car but I literally paid the advertised price it had had for a couple of months with no additional discounts. As a first time buyer and after discussing with more experienced customers, I regret not getting this signed on paper. When I picked up the car, the gas tank was not filled and the car was supposed to be cleaned inside but the floor was full of dirt. I was also told it d be gassed up and cleaned. Another disappointment that I should have spoken up about.Make sure to read what you sign. After looking back through multiple pages, they state that what a salesman promises you IS NOT VALID unless signed.

My car is 2 1/2 years old with 31K miles and said it was time for servicing so I showed up at appointment. They told me it would be $93 because although under 3 years and under 36K miles, they said I d already had the 4 services included with purchase. I had only scheduled when the car told me like service needed-329 miles , so I asked for the dates of previous services. There were only 3 in the system, each 7500 miles apart. They said their system didn t automatically list oil changes from all dealerships. I can see how that could be, but if not, then why would it show one was used if service provided at other dealerships doesn t register in their system? I also mentioned that I don t enjoy getting oil changes enough to spend an hour or two sitting in a dealership when it s not necessary. I will say that of the 4 people I spoke to, although their explanations were unsatisfactory, the 3 men were very patient and professional . Only one woman didn t really show personal skills good for working with the public. The men explained that someone could ve entered a number wrong when servicing a different car and it showed up on my car s record, but they were unable to do anything if the system said my car was ineligible. I find it impossible to believe that a manager doesn t have the authority to override a $93 charge rather than give a potential future customer the benefit of belief when the data clearly corroborates their explanation. But they d prefer to lose $thousands in future sales from that customer and friends - bad business policy. On the other hand, Lance at Morgan Hyundai in Shreveport is the most helpful, on-call, personable salesman 2 1/2 years after a sale, always quick to answer my questions and happy to help with anything I don t understand how to reset, etc. I much prefer my tax dollars to stay local, but it s worth one drive for that kind of professionalism!UPDATE: I called Cavanaugh Hyundai of Hot Springs. Cory, the service manager, checked the details I had reported to Crain Hyundai at Fort Smith yesterday. He was able to verify that although I had brought my car in for an oil change and they had checked it in on the system, when I got a call to pick up my friend from the emergency room, I had to leave before the service was done. He had not removed it from the system but quickly and graciously did so today so that I can now qualify for the 4th free service under my contract. The customer may not always be right, but she was this time! Crain of Little Rock was GREAT to work with when I took my car there once before. It s only Ft.Smith I ve had trouble with.

My Husband and I were traveling for our 29th Anniversary. We encountered a loss of electrical/connectivity. The staff in the Parts and Service department was welcoming and attentive to our situation. We were in and out within an hour. Thank you Crain Hyundai!

Do not trust their service checks when buying a vehicle. They will fix minor issues and leave the big issues to you as a surprise. Bought my car 1/8 and still haven t received paperwork to get tag and were told to just come in and get a new paper tag when this one expires ummmm . Don t think it works that way. I already had to buy 4 new tires which were illegally unsafe.

We recently purchased a new automobile. We worked with salesman Nathan Kelly, and he was well-informed about what he was selling, stayed in contact with status updates, and was very good to work with. Everyone we came in contact with was welcoming, helpful, and professional.

The lady at the service desk wasn t friendly at all. She acted like we were in her way. Didn t even acknowledge us standing in front of the counter when We dropped the car off. When we picked up wasn t any better. One of the ladies came up there and helped us. I wasn t pleased with the ladies attitude at all. Finally a gentleman helped us pay out. I will not be back if that the way she is still working the counter. All the service to that car has been done there since new. She was very unprofessional in my eyes. I don t know her name because if I remember correctly she never spoke to us. If I return and she s working the counter I will turn and walk out. Very disappointed.

Horrible experience. Had a scheduled appointment. Was told would take 45 mins. After 2 hours they finally told us they double booked us & after 3 hours they finally got us done. Just to get home to an oil life notification that hadn t been reset. Also had to go back to get a new sticker bc they put the wrong mileage .. 1500 instead of 7500. After being there all day, having to go back several times with many problems they did nothing to resolve

I have purchased many vehicles in my 70 years. Our purchase of this 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe was actually fun. I am a difficult customer and Mason Stinett up to the general manager were SUPER with which to deal !

Bought a 23 Durango with 4,000 miles. 100,000 mile warranty and gap. 46 days later, radio went black and when it finally came back on, it wouldn t go off. After turning it off and getting out and locking.. radio keptPlaying and screen stayed on for over 30 minutes. Drove it to dealership and was told couldn t be seen for another 9 days because their brand new inventory needs to be checked first. And also that I would have to pay $100 for it to the be looked at. So I guess I ll let my battery die from music and screen staying on after car being turned off. Then I ll have to pay for that too!

Had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. They took my car back promptly and service was completed in less than an hour. Savanah was an excellent service advisor.
