My daughter had her car fixed after some one side swiped her and these guys did an awesome job fixing and painting her car so when mine got hit i took mine there and another awesome job. They are great people to work with and got it done in a very timely manner. I have a 2015 terrain and they did such a good job matching the paint I can not tell it was done. Looks as good as it did when i bought it if not better . I highly recommend this body shop. I can not brag on them enough. Thank you staff at classic for a job very well done . I appreciate you all.

I wish I had gotten my car fixed at Classic Collision. Instead we went to Classic Touch on hwy 271 because they could get me in a lot quicker. I will not make that mistake again. 100% I recommend you choose Classic Collision- the level of service, professionalism, attention to detail, and NO EXCUSE work will keep you coming back again and again. The schedule is full because they do GOOD WORK. QUALITY OVER QUICKNESS!!

I was very impressed with Classic Collision. The insurance company of the person that hit me, required me to go to them for my estimate but I could go anywhere to get it fixed. I felt their professionalism so much that I decided to let them do the job even though I usually go somewhere else. They did everything as they promised at the time and date promised. The job was done very quickly and my car looks great. I am very happy and would recommend them 100%.Service: Body & Trim

They said it would take 3 or 4 days which they were correct. But if the are replacing bumpers make sure they hook everything up. I got home and realize the rear lights where never hook up. Yall got paid over 4k from insurance and did not complete the job. I hope to here from a manger asap. I had hit a deer back in October. Classic Collision Center was an option provided by my insurance company. I thought I'd give them a try and was very pleased with the service and quality of work!!!

Our truck received first class attention. The repaired area appears better than new. Seams fit perfectly, no gaps, perfect paint. Highly recommend them.

I have used them twice. Professional and prompt front office to include a walk in estimate that took less than 10 minutes. I dropped my truck off and was told it may take up to ten days. 4 1\2 business days later my vehicle was completed. The paint and bodywork is flawless, and I am picky! They even washed the entire truck, as well as vacuumed the entire interior.......they only worked on a small portion of the exterior door and bed side so they had no reason to vacuum the interior and clean the entire exterior other than this is simply the level of customer service they provide. Would recommend to all.

First of all, the staff are all very professional and thoughtful and my truck looks awesome. Thank all of yall for helping me through the process of explaining how the whole process works from the very beginning with the estimate, working with insurance company.Thank you so very much. All the employees I interacted with were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They were able to get me a quote immediately, did not go over the estimate, and actually completed the work early! I would highly recommend Classic and will certainly be using them again in the future!

Best reviews in Ft Smith... I dropped by with a simple issue on the bumper but complex for others. Took a few minutes to fix and I tried to pay. He wouldn't take it and he wasn't in a hurry so we talked. I got great vibes for the manager and a good down to earth person. This is hard to find today.

I will NOT be using this company again. Worst customer service. Owner became agitated and aggressive in a threatening manner due to being told we were unhappy with having to bring our vehicle in for the fourth time. I will not use a place that the owner makes me feel unsafe to be at. Also, their work was rushed and poor quality. Our vehicle was less than a year old and had less than 10k miles. They left a tool inside of the bumper that worked it's way down and protruded through an opening. The bumper had to be removed to get their tool back which we were happy about because they had previously put the bumper on crooked and it needed straightening.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Absolutely best auto body in town! Staff is amazing!When my wife's car was bet up in the hail storm and they told us it would be a couple months before they can complete the work, we still waited!I would have given 10 stars if I could.

Terrible - NEVER bring your vehicle to these crooks.My car was not repaired correctly, the paint used was the wrong colour and then began flaking off 7 months later! The owner became verbally abusive and refused to make any corrections whatsoever, then tacked on extra fees! I've never seen a more crooked and sorry group of people.

When I moved to Fort Smith about 15 years ago, I needed a vehicle repaired for hail damage and a friend referred me to Classic. Since then, I have use Clasdic for every vehicle that needed repair. Classic s workmanship is top-of-the-line and their staff is very friendly. I I am confident Clasdic Collision Center will take care of any vehicle body repair needs that you might have.

Tried to get an estimate on availability for hail damage on my vehicle. Spoke to a lady, she was very rude and wouldn t answer my questions. Told me I should just take my vehicle somewhere else

All repairs are placed under a warranty. They were very organized & communicated the status of my repair regularly. I felt very in the loop.

I found my go to body shop. I have a Mazda with Soul Red Paint. It is a difficult paint to match and they nailed it spot on!
