Jennifer was the sales person who helped us both times we came here to look for a car. She was excellent. Kind and truly cared about finding my son a car at the price we needed. Highly recommend anyone to ask for Jennifer if you happen to come to Breeden.

I ordered a part from mopar and it came from this dealership. The parts manager that only works Monday through Friday didn t get my part out when I ordered it with plenty of time for it to be shipped out the same day. The website even showed I had an hour to place the order for it to be shipped that same day. The site shows 4 day shipping, because the parts manager didn t do her job I now have no way to drive my small children to school because I will have to wait over a week for the part to come in. I called Saturday having ordered the part Friday and was told there is no manager working and I would have to wait till Monday to speak with someone. Incompetence at its finest.

Traveling cross country I had a power failure, Googled Ram dealerships, and Breeden popped up. With not many other options, I found them, explained my problem, and within an hour, they had me back on the road, problem fixed for a very reasonable price. That kind of care, concern, and consideration is hard to find these days. I highly recommend Breeden as the best dealership service department I have ever dealt with. I'll buy my next truck from them for that reason alone. Thank you SO much for helping me and my doggo get back home safely.

Friendly, prompt and courteous service. Even when they are very busy, they take time to thoroughly explain any opportunities found in the inspection process. They also let you know about any upcoming promotions on tires and other routine maintenance bargains.

Really nice people. Ray handled all the details and information on the exact truck I was interested in. The financial department handled all the paperwork. Smooth and easy transaction. Even provided transportation from the airport. Would definitely recommend these guys.

Breeden Dodge was great on there prices, this dealership doesn t mark there vehicles up 20k like most others! Ask for Julio in sales he will definitely take care of all your needs. My experience was great!

All I can say is I will never take my car back. Same issue 3x in a row within a little under 2 yrs. Limp mode, crank no start. Changed this, rewired that, needs this. Engine light cleared, but returned within a week. 4th time, same issue thought I need to try someone else. 2hrs later I get a call and it's fixed. I've been w/o a car for a month just bc I didn't want to take it back here. When they do ha e my car it's always like 2 weeks. That would be okay if they FIXEDmy issue. It was a bandaid fix. Very disappointed, bc I've always used the dealer bc I figured they'd know best. I was wrong!!! I just found a new service spot I will be using from now on. No more dealer for me!!

Ok, I can honestly say that I have never written a bad review before. I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee 2009 year. I took it to this dealership thinking they work with Jeeps so they should be able to fix the leak I was seeing. In February 2022 I spent around $3000 to replace my radiator per their recommendation and a few other items. I then noticed after waiting two weeks to get my Jeep back that it was still leaking. I took it back, and they said I needed to replace a few more hoses which cost me an additional $800. I paid that and took it home and noticed a weird water movement noise happening while driving. In addition, I noticed my radiator fluid was draining faster than usual so I took it in again. The manager said their team did not put the hoses on right. He personally fixed it and said it was good now. This is now March. I start getting a headache because of a weird smell and called them back right before Spring break. I wasn t able to bring it in until after Spring break and had my husband take it for me. He took several pictures of it to show the dealership because it was still obviously leaking. They then said the cap for the radiator was broken and not working so they replaced that. It is now April. My Jeep is STILL leaking fluids. I ve spent around $4000 and my Jeep is worse than before I took it to this dealership. I m now having to call them again because my husband showed me that it is still leaking today. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! I am sad to give anyone a bad review. But this is several months and too much money. I m now worried that I ll have to take it to another place to spend more money to fix whatever they messed up. The pictures are from today.

I don t usually leave reviews but after how we were treated yet again by the service department I couldn t let it go.Dropped off my 2018 RAM 2500 with the 6.4 Hemi at 7am (first ones there) to get an issue with the gauge cluster and touch screen checked (touch screen had already been replaced by them) and hopefully fixed. Don t get me started on the other issue (ABS system) I was still waiting over a year for the parts to come in which they said were on order wrong! My husband tried to get ahold of them throughout the day for a status and no one answered. I called and then was put on hold for 15 minutes.At 4pm they still hadn t gotten to it. Service Manager was dismissive and very disrespectful. If you want an excuse this is the place to come.We left with nothing resolved but one thing is certain we won t be back. Not wise to insult an ARMY veteran with over 22+ years of service. I have seen their responses to other negative reviews and it is crystal clear they don t value their customers or have a clue what customer service is.

Had my Jeep wrangler towed to Breeden from another local mechanic shop after they tried to tell me I needed a new engine on my Jeep. I knew better since I keep the vechicle in top top shape. Turns out I just needed some fuse work done and they tested the engine after repairs and everything checked out ok. So thankful I didn t listen to the first mechanic and have my engine with less than 80,000 miles replaced. Also Breeden got me done and kept me informed I m a reasonable timely manner. I will bring my Jeep back for future repairs and save myself time and money.

Sebastian went above and beyond what I could ever imagine someone doing for a customer. He went back and forth with my insurance and made sure everything got covered. Will be returning, and definitely working with Sebastian again!

Can t ask for a better dealership and better people! A recall came in while they were working on a recall and they got her fixed at the same time! Only complaint would be after hours you have to leave vehicle at front gate.

Great experience. Service crew was very friendly and a delight to work with. I was promised my vehicle would be ready and not only were they able to do that but they completed the service a day ahead of schedule. The crew even offered to wait past closing as I was running a little behind. Definitely would do business with the crew again!

Bought a 2016 Chrysler 200s a few days ago. 5/28/20? I think it was .and so far it's been great!!.test drove a couple of cars and found this car which I wasn't sure if I liked or not but after a good deal and few test drives I absolutely fell in love with it and over the last week I have absolutely fell in love with it more and so glad I found it and got it from them. glad they offer a very good warranty!.. hopeing my experience is as good later in the future so I will keep my reviews updated on everything that happens.. :):)..stay tuned!! ..ok....finally talked to right guy ..takeing care of me now..so looking forward to hearing my car quiet again!

The Service Department is top notch! I am in from out of town and was having major problems with my pickup. We got the vehicle into Breeden and they took a look at it. The Service personnel really took care of us, the Service Manager is a super nice guy and very knowledgeable, and our wait (although short) was very pleasant.

Thank you for the professional service that was provided when I brought my van in to test the auxiliary battery.I was kept in the loop when my vehicle was being tested and notified of how long it would approximately take. I was offered food and water and I really appreciated the extra attention to make me feel comfortable.
