I was having trouble changing out a bulb on my Chrysler 200 and another auto parts store employee had told me I was going to have to YouTube it. I went to the Grand Avenue AutoZone and the manager, Carlos McDaniel, came outside changed the bulb in like 2 seconds and put on my new windshield wipers I had just purchased. He insisted that I sit in my car because it was cold and rainy. He was so helpful and accommodating. I'll never visit another parts store again if it's not his store!!! Thank you so much for your help!!

I m here listing my own personal experience with this Auto Zone on Grand Ave Ft Smith Ar .head guy named Jason Morales is the most rudest thang on earth!! I had to exchange a fuel pump 3x ending up with still being sold a bad fuel pump,, he did exchange it 3x at this point this needs to be addressed with your parts guy or company I would think!! So went to oreily bought fuel pump and lord beholds it works! My car is now running!!! Auto zone didn t warrant their parts! He wouldn t even refund my money!!!! So until someone with dignity and some pride can run it don t go to buy any parts!

Came in store asked for a car part lady worker there decided to raise her voice and tell me she didn t have that part I told her I called a hour ago she said she doesn t know anybody that talked with me proceeds to ask me if the guy on the phone was Hispanic or white like her I said Hispanic. She just shurgs her shoulders and while a Hispanic employee is was helping me she yelled at him and me that the part wasn t going to be delivered same day until tomorrow. Overall was poor customer service and if she is a manager or supervisor she needs to be released from her position.

My battery died today, so I got a jump and headed to AutoZone on Grand Avenue. Monica C. was very helpful and assisted me in selecting the best battery for my requirements. And then she installed the new battery for me! Thanks Monica C., employees like you are why AutoZone is my go-to for auto needs.

Great customer service! I showed up near closing time but Jacob G. was more than happy to help change my battery. He was able to change it in 5 minutes. O Reily had said they couldn t change my battery. Jacob converted me into a loyal Autozone customer!

This place is absolute garbage. The commercial department is amazing however. Brian goes above and beyond for his clients and makes every transaction worth while. As for the store itself, terrible. The manager Steven does NOT care for his employees and only looks out for himself. Will cheat his way to the top and lie to get there. If you need to go to auto zone for anything besides commercial business I would recommend any other store in town.

I've been to this location a few times and they are always friendly and helpful. Today, Patrick K. switched out our battery and even fixed another tiny problem while he was at it. In the hot sun, in the hot parking lot, WITH his mask on the whole time. The employees deserve a covered area for when they assist customers when replacing items.

I went in yesterday for a new battery. I d called in advance and they assured me they had the parts in stock before I ever left my house. When I got there, Amber helped me out with it and finished replacing my battery in like 15 minutes! She also took her time explaining which options I had when purchasing. I really appreciated her help!! Thanks so much

It would be way better if the people who worked in this location would treat people decent. They often ignored me in our conversation and spoke over me. I will not ever buy anything from them again.

Staff was very kind and acnologable. They know their vehicles, and are willing to help with windshield wipers being put on for free. They know their jobs and know what parts to look for. I haven't had this customer service from any other parts store!!!!! Definitely A+++++ service!!! Keep up the excellent work!

They need employees bad, I went in for bracket screws and stood there for almost an hour. Then on top of that, I understand that they help with installing light bulbs an fuses but when you have 7 customers in line with only one other employee helping. I don't think it would hurt to ask if possible to help more customers before going outside, especially when I heard the lady say she had it taken apart to be able to just plug the new bulb in. Needless to say I left buying nothing I went in for and still had to go to Orielly's, which I knew I should've done in the first place an I will continue to be a loyal customer to Orielly's.

I came in because my car had been dead and needed a new battery. First battery I got from Walmart and that only lasted a day and car went dead again. I went to AutoZone so they could test the battery and alternator. I bought a new battery and the alternator test came back good. My car still wouldn't turn on though. I went back to autozone to have them see if they could determine the problem. Carlos, one of the employees there came out and looked at my car checked the battery and found that my terminal was loose and exchanged my battery for a brand new one when he could have just charged it. He made sure my terminals were on tight whenever he told us to try it it turned on no problem.My car is running strong now. He even helped us getting our windshield wipers working again and gave me some good car advice. Thank you so much Carlos you were great and we will definitely be back!

The staff here is knowledgeable and helpful. I am always greeted and feel welcome in their store. When I need help with something, which I often do, they are quick to assist me to the fullest of their ability.

Some are like talking to a mechanic. Some aren't. I dont get it this person has worked there over 2 years. Probably 5 years & wasnt able to bring a part up on computer. The other employee was , I guess on break. So I wasted 50$ on a part.

Ask for Kelvin!! I chose to make my purchase here because he was the most friendly on the phone that I spoke to in the area. He was exceptionally helpful in my purchase and deserves recognition.

We spoke with Ellie I believe was her name. Ahirt black hair. And she was hateful towards helping us find the part we needed. We had come to auto zone because they were cheaper. And she was down right hateful towards us. We will NOT visit this store again.

Was given the wrong part for a car that I explained what I needed and what it was for. This isn't the first time I've had to go back and exchange. Staff was nice and returned part without any problem.

Very good service at this one. Was in Ft.Smith for a school competition for our daughter, car started acting up. The manager pulled the codes and help with the parts. Will go back there to say thank you.
