Mr. M was very helpful at store 435 on Towson Avenue Fort Smith, AR. He not only helped me jump start my vehicle but he also gave me a hand and got dirty when my ac compressor fell apart. I dont think i have EVER experienced customer service like that, ever! I will say that from now on I'm going to start to get all my vehicle needs from Autozone. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

Shawn is a great guy!! Called and got a price for my battery, purchased it within minutes of entering the store and he even installed it for me in 10 mins tops!! Thank you Shawn and thank you Auto zone!

This AutoZone helped me out tremendously. They left me borrow tools that cost for free. Apparently all of my drained out of my car because my oil plug fell out of my car. The people inside came out and looked at my car and assisted the best they could. I have a skid plate beneath my car and it's low to ground so they could not see where the oil was coming from. They have great people working here that will actually help you.

Jessie went above and beyond to get me on the road again. My car battery is a hard find and Jessie made one work. She carried batteries til she got one that would work, even with a bad foot in a boot. Kudos to Jessie she's a great service worker.

Very friendly staff, excellent service. I highly recommend this location. I was searching for a very hard go find part, and while they didn't have the identical one, the young man hunted and found something almost identical (and it worked!).

The store manager Jose helped me get the correct lightbulb that I needed for my headlights. He went above and beyond to make sure that I had the correct one and even took a look at my vehicle. I really do appreciate the outstanding customer service that was provided to me and the attention to details. Thank you Jose and the rest of the staff! You all made me feel at ease and confident that if I have any car related questions I know that I can rely on the pro's to get the answers and solution!

I was running late for an event that was an hour away and would be driving home in the dark. I had been told that I had a taillight out and was frantic. Freddy (I believe his name was) looked at the light assembly and told me it would take ten minutes. When I told him I had five he ran in and grabbed his kit, unscrewed the assembly, ran in and grabbed the lights, changed them out, checked to see if they worked, and checked me out in 4 minutes. I was so thankful and beyond pleased! The service here is amazing and I would not go anywhere else! Freddy is my employee of the year.

Good parts, good price. Some staff do not have knowledge or good customer service skills. Don't bother with curbside/ in store pick up unless you don't mind going in and waiting in line like everyone else... also pay close attention or you will get skipped in line.

Zero ,lied. Waisted my time. Tore my car apart and came to get fan price matched like they told me they'll do yesterday. They won't honor it today therefore now my son misses another day of school. And the old Grey haired man was rude. If I cld leave zero it would be zero

Each team member took the time out to make sure that I understood the process of fixing my car and what was the best parts to use and how to use them. I will only go to this store from now on. Thanks guys for making me feel as if I was more than just a person or number but more like an individual that could trust what you were telling me.

The assistant manager(sorry I didn't get his name) was the best. He fixed my back passenger blinker and now it works great. I would recommend him for any job need on your vehicles. Thank you so much... the Mississippi Girl....

I absolutely LOVE THIS AutoZone on Towson Ave Fort Smith Arkansas! It is the best store ever and the GO-TO for all car things! All the people that work there are truly Amazing People and they go out of their way to make sure you are beyond happy! Thank you, Mr. Cleve and all the other amazing Employees that have saved me countless times!!!! They are the best!

This is a thieving company sells you new parts from there store then charges you for your own parts off vehicle when it's supposed to be a core charge you get back. Which is illegal to charge a customer for there own parts. I am a mechanic which has been doing business with them for 20yr but now I will be taking my business to someone thar don't charge customer for there old parts but actually give the core charge with out robbing people

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. I came in on a particularly cold day. The store was busy with many people trying to get their vehicle batteries tested. My battery was fine. I just needed more oil for my car. I think it has a slow leak from the plug but I'm too lazy to get it looked at and too dumb to fix it myself. Its just a lot easier to put a couple quarts in every few months. Thanks AutoZone!

It's nice to have a one stop auto supply and they this far have filled that bill. From tool loans which really saves time under your car, no matter under hood or under car. They also will print out your obd II for us that understand the information. Free battery checks and charged, they have even went outside to assist with installing parts. Top notch professionals.

Lack of communication and organization. I ordered and paid for special order gaskets. They never came in and it was not documented. After calling they could not find this order. Hopefully I can get a refund. My van was out of commission all that time.

We were traveling from coast to coast and had a check engine light come on. The guy came out, checked the vehicle, canceled the code, and explained what issues could cause it. Very pleasant and great store!

The people are always polite and helpful. There's only one guy who seems clueless every time I go. Either way, this location is muuuuch better than the Grand Ave. location employees. Lol

Ordered a part that was backordered and kept getting pushed back on the ship date. An associate helped me find a cheaper and faster solution. Saved me time and money. Very helpful.
