Exceeded any expectations I had! I was nervous about the repair despite the accident being minor and I was not at fault so the at fault drivers insurance was also very helpful and seemed to have great communication with AutoPlex.From the time I contacted them for repairs to pick up day, they were thorough and helpful!! They kept me updated via text and were done about a week before the expected date. My car was also cleaner than when I dropped it off. The staff are friendly and there to answer any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

As it stands right now I am completely disappointed with the work this place has done but more importantly I am discouraged by the lack of professionalism. Currently in the process of correcting the issues that I have with this place, but right now it s not going well. If they make things right I will update this post, otherwise I can t in good consciousness recommend using this place.Responding to whoever responded to my post. The Fort Smith office knows my complaints, my vehicle information and finally working towards a plan to resolve the issue. Thank you for your time. As soon as the complaints are cleared up I will give an update.My update will extend from my comments earlier today. The best I can do at this moment is to give a real life mention of a dissatisfied customer, it s up to the Fort Smith team turn this story from dissatisfaction to outstanding satisfaction which they have the ability and information to do so. No it s all about time and what they will do next. I believe that we all make mistakes and fumble in some areas, the take way from this is what they will do to make things right. The post can have a positive outlook for the business, customers who review it and of course the dissatisfied customer.Latest update ..10/20/23I am happy to say that although I am not a hundred percent satisfied. I will say that the manger did his best to listen to my complaints and address my issues in order to get them resolved. The one thing I didn t mention simply due to the fact that you can t win them all was they didn t get an area smoothed out once they did the final repair. I can t honestly say if I would recommend this place but I can however be honest with folks and say that if you decide to use this place in the future the manager does his best to make things right, to me that is more important than any mistake that are made as long it s not irreversible damages.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My husband's truck got pounded by hail and had extensive damage. AutoPlex did a fantastic job and made it look like new again. They also worked seamlessly with our insurance, making the whole process smooth and stress free. Highly recommend for body work and hail damage.
