Called to get a quote.. took no time to get fixed. Appointment was at 8am I got there early they had it done in 30mins. Would recommend to anyone! (I hit a huge Goose)

I called and they put a new windshield on the same day. I waited for 30 minutes in their waiting room and they even transferred my parking stickers to the new windshield without me asking. They have pretty much any windshield available. The owner is the nicest guy and is very personable. He charged less than every other shop I called, along with having the windshield in stock. The quality was perfect. The trim and lane assist sensor look amazing. The quality of work makes it look like the factory windshield. I will live and die by this windshield shop. Also wiped down everything which made my car smell like it was just detailed. Very happy I called.Services: Installation, Auto windshield replacement

High quality and speedy service! When I called for the quote, the business owner kindly gave me the appointment immediately with a very competitive and transparent quote. The whole replacement of windshield took only 20 minutes and now my car glass looks brand new again. The shop is truly a gem in Fort Smith. Highly recommended.

Mr. Lee and his staff are awesome!!!! They got my windshield changed on 20 minutes. He's a very nice man. And he's very friendly. They did a very good job and he stands by his work.

Lee was amazing. My windshield was busted out yesterday (Thursday) at about 3pm. After some calling around it was looking like it would cost at least $300 and we wouldn't be able to get it replaced until Monday. I have to drive to work on the weekends so that was gonna be a not good time. A place in poteau recommended Auto Glass connection so I gave him a call. He said he would have the windshield in by tomorrow morning at 7:30 and he would take care of it. So that was good news. Then when I asked how much I was astounded when he quoted me $175. I said theirs no way. But thought what the heck. So I met him this morning. I arrived early (about 7:10am) and he was in his office ready to work. Google said he wasn't open till 8am. I gave him the key and he said have a seat and I'll take care of it. And guess what. He did. I highly recommend Mr. Lee. Great customer service. My windshield wasn't even broken for more than 24 hours. Fast and affordable and quality. He told me to come back if I have any issues and waved the sales tax. I wanted to wait a while before I gave a review to see how my window held up. It s been probably over a month now since it s been replaced and I have not had any problems. No whistles, leaks, or cracks. The owner was extremely nice and reasonable. He allowed me to check the satisfaction of the window after the installation before paying. He offered a lifetime replacement warranty for any leaks and a limited warranty for stress cracks. I d recommend him any day before I send you to Safelite or big company. Expect to pay double at those other places. These guys even moved my oil sticker from my old windshield to my new one!

Gave the best quote. Glass the next day and an hour earlier than advertised hours. Took 25 minutes and looks good

Took my 2009 F150 with need for windshield replacement. Mr. Le and his crew took care of it right away. I would recommend you go there if you need any autoglass work.

Above and beyond! Back in April 2023 I had my windshield replaced. Great price and great work! I had an issue with the exterior trim coming off on both sides during a long trip. I took it back to them and they took care of me. I will forever take all my vehicles and recommend Auto Glass Connection for glass replacement. I had heard from a number of people that this guy was the best and cheapest in town so I took a chance and the day I got my windshield replaced it was raining outside and I had a long drive to Mountain Home Arkansas that afternoon, it only took about 30 minutes to replace my windshield and when I got ready to pay the nice gentleman told me to go to the bank and get cash because if I paid with a card he would have to charge me about another $20.00 in taxes, I went and got his money and took off on my trip in the rain, not once did it even try to leak and I have had no problems at all, I will definitely be back if I ever need another windshield or glass replacementServices: Auto windshield repair, Installation

This place is the best and fastest repair place around. Their prices were really good so I was worried. We'll there was no reason to worry they did a really professional job and it was fast. I didn't have a lot of time because I did it on my lunch break. The guy changed out my back window and I still had time to eat. I will definitely be taking all my trucks to them!!

Very fast and courteous. Told me to bring my truck in around 7am, had it there by 6:50am and was done and leaving by 7:30am. If I ever need auto glass work again I will definitely call them. Oh and prices where very reasonable.

Mr. Lee has now done 8 windows for me. Windshields, back glass and now side windows. Always so very happy with there work and there service. He beats anyone's price and the install is very fast. The one and only time I had an issue with a windshield they installed with out question he told me to come back and they would take care of it, and they did! Highly recommend

I have gone to Mr. Lee's shop for three new windshields for three different cars in the past couple of years, and he is always the cheapest option around. Moreover, he's always the quickest option around. I looked into some of the other guys that deliver or work by appointment, and every other company I called wanted to schedule me for a minimum of 4 days after my call. Mr. Lee always gets me in within 24 hours of when I call him. If he doesn't have the right glass, he finds it and gets to his shop first thing the next morning. On top of that, I usually barely have time to unlock my phone, open an app, and start attempting to distract myself from the wait before he comes in and says, "okay, you're good to go!" To add even more incentive, now they deliver too!! So if you're too busy to go to him, he will send his best guy to you. They are all so polite and very proficient in their craft. I'm not exaggerating when I say I'll never go anywhere else ever again. The most expensive windshield replacement was on my wife's 2010 Toyota Rav4, and that only cost me $150. Every other place I looked was going to be double that amount, at least!! I called him on a Monday, and on Tuesday morning, I was at his shop, even though he had to order the right glass to fit my wife's car. I was there for all of half an hour, and that was only because there were 2 cars ahead of me, and then I was on my way again. It's been a month since then, and I have thoroughly inspected every inch of that glass. Not only is it flawless, but there are no leaks. I took it to the car wash after the windshield had been on for less than 2 days, I sprayed water on every single edge, but not a single drop made it inside. These guys are really the best around. I promise you that if you'll give them a chance, you won't regret it, and you'll never go anywhere else again.

Excellent service. Mr. Lee was very knowledgeable, helpful and treated me like an ol friend. His employees are A #1. My van wouldn't start when I got ready to leave. The guys went above and beyond their job description and gave me a jump. Can't thank those guys enough.

These guys said they'd be done in 30 minutes, but was done in 20 minutes. Outstanding service, very professional, very reasonably priced, and my windshield looks great. I highly recommend!!!

Lee is amazing! Called ahead to ensure they would have the glass for my vehicle. They had it come in the very next day and they were done within a couple of hours. No hassle. Friendly, fast. Went here based off of reviews. The service was super fast and it wasn't over priced. However you get what you pay for. I have had to bring the car back already once due to it not being sealed properly and the rain storm we got yesterday 8/30 showed the car leaks water now from the top seal. I'm going to have to either take it back here again or go somewhere else and see if they could fix it. And the guy who owns this shop is really rude especially when it comes to this shop fixing their own mistakes. Even after taking it back and having it redone it still has problems.
