Went in here to get oil and a oil filter. The kid working the register had absolutely no idea what he was doing. He's yelling for help from the other guy in the back for help and he either wouldnt respond or gave sorry answers. He pulled up the list of products then proceeded to play with a roll of price stickers without even scrolling to let me see anything else. I asked if I could just use the mouse and look myself. While I was doing this he started telling me about how his girlfriend wouldn't stop messaging him. After about 10 mins of this, I ended up just turning around and walking out. Went down the street to O'Reilly, and they got me in and out in 2 minutes.

Cars battery was dead and they tested it for free and had reasonable prices for replacing it. Austin was great, very personable, and swapped out our battery for no extra charge. We will coming here from now on!

I love this place as well it's nice to be able to walk into the store and people know what they're talking about. And they can actually help you. I hope they paid them guys good. They have to know a lot to work there and be able to deal with all kinds of people.

On my hubby's account but I was having a hard day then my car broke down darn starter Mr. Austin was wonderful thank God they still have great people to work because it wouldn't have got fixed if this gentleman and his coworker hadn't helped me thank you Austin much appreciated sir!!

The visit here was easy, however It did take a minute to get my stuff. The computers were having issues which led to it taking much longer than usual. The gentleman that helped me was helpful, but he wasn't charismatic at all, still a helpful guy though.

My BFF went up there to have a test ran on her car after waiting to be helped the test couldn't even be done coz the battery had died so when asking to to help take battery out the guy proceeded to say well it raining and it was asked him if he give us the tool to borrow to do it herself he had attitude but he did go take it out after charged we went back to get it and NOT ONE OF THEM OFFERED TO EVEN HELP ... ALL MEN WORKING

The staff here is amazing. Always so helpful. It was refreshing today to have such good customer service. Good service is becoming more rare and I always seem to find it here.

My company Extermco Pest Control has an account here. They always make it easy to find anything and I have never had a problem at the cash register when it s time to charge (some do have issues) They will also install your battery, windshield wipers and I m sure a few other things. They are across the street from O rilley auto parts. Definitely try Advanced first. They have multiple locations and can get it done for you.

Went here yesterday, had to buy some ac coolant. Asked the younger gentleman on if I should leave my car running while putting it in and the older gentleman said yes. Well I went back in because I was just needing advice and he said the instructions should be on the can. Well duh I knew that but I figured that you sell enough you would know the answer. Won t be back here, I will take my business elsewhere.

First time here. Me and wife had good experience. I needed supplies for my buisness. I was able to find everything I needed and they were having a sale on the products I needed. Friendly staff.

These guys seem to be more intelligent than the other stores locally. They also seem very interested in helping you. It's always a pleasure to visit this chain. I will keep returning for sure.

Excellent store with excellent attentive staff. I was so happy when the guy came out to check my car window. It had bern down & wouldnt go up. A mechanic said I needed to buy an power window motor at $185.00 + $95.00 in labor costs.Advanced Auto Parts guy checked the window & said it was just the switch because the drivers unit worked all the other windows fine.... just a problem with drivers window.Gave a good price on the part & was extremely helpful!!

Best customer service experience I have ever had. Steve and Royce who works at the zero street, Fort Smith, AR location went out of their way to assist me with my brake caliper pin. They were very knowledgeable and resolve my issue without any hesitation. Thank you and I appreciate you guys helping me out.

Friendly staff. Clean nice store. Staff is not very knowledgable, but they usually have what you need. The rewards system they have is a rediculous mess, and only goes by store location aparently. If you shop at a certain location, those rewards do not carry over to a seperate location. Like if you shopped in your home town and then tried to use your rewards in another town, it would not work. Mindboggling I know. But if you need a quick quart of oil, they are there for you.

There customer service needs some serious work!!! Pablo basically accused us of stealing a 16.00 part after just dropped over $500 from your company bro!!! Not cool!!! Worst experience ever!!!

I've used this store several times and every time, I got quick , polite , and accurate service. I recommend you check them out when you need a part , and the prices and quality of materials are fair.

I returned an alternator, which I never even removed from box. The counter dude inspected it. Then said it's been installed. It had not. He pointed to a factory made indentation with no paint errors and said this was done during an install. I tried to explain my position and why I had erroneously purchased it. He just said, "I can't tell." I proceeded something like, "i can't fakking believe I am being treated like this in my favorite parts store." Then he counted out my money while mumbling under his breath. Then handed my money all wadded up. I apologized for having cussed and furthered my stance that I wasn't a liar and had not even taken it out the box. He just muttered some bs and acted as if I was some scam artist that would install an alternator, then remove it and return it for the same money I had given. I mean, what would I benefit from wasting time?I used to send everyone there, but not anymore.

Had what I thought was a bad battery. Folks at Advanced checked it and verified the problem. Got a good replacement and installed it for me on site. Appreciated!
