These guys are awesome. Had a driver that went exploring off-road in a loaded semi and they came to the rescue at midnight. I was expecting for a hefty bill but they were very reasonable. Not like some other crooked towing companies that want to rip you off.

!! We do not recommend this service !! We had our Freightliner truck serviced due to a coolant leak, and the radiator was replaced. The prices indicated over the phone were significantly different from those indicated on the receipt and doubled. After the repair we encountered another problem with low coolant levels. We stopped at another service center and found that the coolant sensor was not reconnected. This negligence of White Motor employees resulted in additional expenses for us.

Pulled me out no problems! They were fast getting to me and very straight forward with instructions and the service guy fixed my air leak in a hurry! I can get my load delivered still today! Thank you for you're service!

Five stars isn t enough for the good folks at White. We were headed home to CA after visiting relatives on the East coast, pulling our brand new travel trailer. We had stopped for fuel about 35 miles west of Memphis and were just merging back onto I-40W when the front axle of the trailer separated from the rest of the suspension. (See pictures.) Fortunately, the trailer remained manageable. We limped down to the next exit and parked in a truly disgusting pullout, lots of trash and human waste. We called AAA only to be informed that the roadside assistance plan we had covered our truck but not the trailer. They did however give us the telephone number for White and that s when things started getting better. After doing a little remote diagnosis via texted photos and phone calls, service manager Kendall sent driver Joey out to rescue us. He loaded our entire rig, F-250 and trailer together, onto the largest flat-bed tow truck I ve ever seen and took us back to the White yard. It was of course Friday and well after dark by that time, so we were going to have to wait until Monday for parts and service. White let us stay in our trailer in their yard. Monday AM they put the whole trailer up on blocks, removed the suspension, and hauled it over to Custom Spring and Trailer in Memphis for repair. Both axles, all four leaf springs, and two shocks were irreparable and had to be replaced. Custom Spring got the parts and transferred the hubs and brakes onto the new axles by end of the day Tuesday. White picked it all up Wednesday AM and completed reassembly (working outdoors in the rain!) by end of the day. We were back on the road first thing Thursday. White did everything they could to get us back on the road as soon as possible and their prices were very reasonable. Kendall even suggested that I pay Custom Spring directly to save me his mark-up. All the White employees were not only knowledgeable but also friendly and cheerful the entire time. They did an excellent repair job and the trailer now actually handles much better than before. Apparently having the axles correctly attached makes a difference!Service: Special vehicle towing

These guys are amazing! I was traveling east on Hwy 44 in Arkansas in my 25 ft motorhome, returning to Al after a long trip out west. My driver front tire just totally came apart. Called AAA and lucky me, these guys were called out to help me. Very knowledgeable, prompt, came in just a few minutes. Instead of towing me far away as suggested by AAA, they suggested towing me to their shop , ONLY 5 miles away at the next exit! They ordered my tire and I was on my way by 4 pm the next day. Stayed in their lot overnight. They are family owned for many many years. They do major towing as well and delivery of large items all over the country. Have huge inventory of large tow trucks and roll backs. They can handle it all! They certainly saved my life with the minimum of stress. Defiantly recommend them.

We broke down on the side of the highway between West Memphis and Forrest City. Called this company for help and they came in less than an hour from when we called and were very kind and courteous. Decent price for the service as well. If you're around the Forrest City area or surrounding counties, and need a tow these are the ones to call.

Our family was stranded on a weekend at the start of a 7 week trip and no towing company was able to help us out because of the size of our motor coach. (42 ft). Hunter and his dad called and asked a few questions and then came out and towed us to the mechanic in the area. They took great care of our rig and were kind and courteous and we would highly recommend them for any of your towing needs.Service: Special vehicle towing

Our motorhome died midway between Memphis and Little Rock. White Motor Co. got us towed into Memphis and recommended a great place to get the repairs done. Very friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

This shop is very very good! All great folks! Terry and Chris worked on my APU and did a great job! Kendall is so easy to work with. He's a go above and beyond kinda guy. I can tell. I highly recommend this shop! These are down to earth people who appreciate your business! Not just in it for the money. My first time here. I'll most definitely be back. No one wants to be stranded on I40 with a blowout, me especially! As nerve wracking as it was I am thankful for White Motor Company. They sent Chris out and he put a new tire on right there on the side of the interstate. Quick, professional, and courteous. Would highly recommend!

I got my semi trailer stuck in a ditch, and I googled wrecker services and located these guys, I made the call and the lady who answered the phone was very helpful and got me fixed up right away, they sent out Hunter and he was on the scene within 30 minutes! (I'd call that fast service) When he arrived he assessed the situation and made a determination of the safest way to extract my trailer... he hooked up his rig to mine and slide it out just as smooth as silk! I was very impressed by his great attitude, speedy work and effortless extraction of my trailer, I highly recommend White Motor Company & Towing! I'll definitely use them in the future if the need arises!

Mike absolutely saved my life this past Sunday at 2AM when I was stranded on my way home to Texas. He went out of his way to contact personal friends of his to ask them to come assist me with a flat tire. It was 30� outside and they showed up within 30 minutes, and him and his wife were truly a blessing. Seriously, thank you again! 5 Stars, over and over again!Service: Tire change

Had my tractor breakdown and these gentleman were efficient, friendly, and knew what they were doing. Stuck on the side of I-40W and they got me towed to my terminal and my trailer to its destination. Colton was quick in getting my truck loaded and carried on a great conversation while driving the 3 hours back to my yard. Great company, would be my first choice if I broke down near there again.

We had one of our loaded semi trucks broken down on the side of the road on a Sunday afternoon. I tried calling several places trying to get roadside assistance, but most places didn't answered or told me I had to wait until the morning for them to get the part. I had given up and was trying to get a tow truck to get them to a safer place, when I called White Motor. from the beginning they were very helpful! they asked me what was wrong with the truck and it turns out they had the part we needed. they got there fast and they were able to get our truck on the road that same day and at a very reasonable price.

Josh was awesome. He towed our van from Forrest City to Memphis when no one else would and was super nice about it. He made sure everything was right and took extra precautions to make sure the van was all taken care of. Great guys professional work. Called around since last night to every single towing company. No one was coming and agreeing to get it done. White motor call me back in the morning and said they could send someone over in one hour. White motor got there within an hour and got this job done in 10 minutes.White motor is a trustworthy professional and affordable company.Would highly recommend in Forrest city Arkansas.

Had a uhaul trailer tire blow out with 15 more hours left of my trip at night and thought for sure I was going to be stuck all night waiting for service and these fellas at white motor company saved the day was stuck on the side of the road for less than an hour I d give 10 stars if it let me

These folks at White Motor Towing are the greatest and are so kind.Tire blew out, near Forrest City AR. Immediately called our national insurance company as we have roadside assistance included in our policy. Insurance Co. service was slow to respond to our call and phone app request. So we searched Google and picked White's as they had the best rating. These folks went beyond what anyone could expect. Their truck quickly arrived & efficiently installed "donut". Followed their team member to their garage,. They then traveled to Memphis (1 hr each way) to get the exact match to our newer vehicle. Changed the tire and we were on our way in approx. 3 hrs from time we called. Everyone involved from White's was absolutely incredible !!!

My mom and I were passing through Arkansas on our way to Indiana when we had a blow out on the highway. Our insurance company was zero help with a long wait for assistance so I contacted White Motor co. They had someone to us in 30 minutes who took off our damaged tire and replaced it with our spare so we could be on our way! They were quick and efficient and very kind. Two women with two dogs on the side of the highway in need of help and they answered the call! I cannot recommend them enough. Truly a God send when we didn t know what to do. Thank you thank you!!!

Awesome service! As an otr driver it's hard to find someone who is honest and fair. I called for some parts and tools being broke down on the side of the road Kenny and his staff was accommodating, professional, and kind. If you need anything in Forrest city these guys are the ones to call! Will recommend and use again. 10/10

They helped us find a shop that would work on our RV on a Sunday while we were stranded on the side of the road. They came and picked us up took us to the shop and then dropped us off at a hotel.
