I needed a new dishwasher. They were very friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Prices were competitive plus it s local. I had actually rather come here than Lowe s or Home Depot because I don t think they would look out for you like they do at WA in FC.

Replacing an appliance can be a very sudden out of pocket expense. The girls at Western Auto were very helpful, and determined to find what I needed at the price I wanted! And the fact that they will deliver, hook up, and take the old one for a small fee was wonderful as well. I was able to get my purchase with delivery at a better price than if I had went out of town to buy. I will stay local with them for sure any time it is possible!! Great service!

Top rate group of professionals at Western Auto, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. This is what great service is supposed to look like. Great shipping, the delivery process was smooth. I bought a cub cadet tractor and snow blower for a very reasonable price and am very happy with both. If you want farm, yard type equipment, this is the place!

Nasty customer service. I purchased a CC30H mower from them in April 2019. The deck of the mower was cutting one side of the grass more than the other side for the last three years. I couldn't figure out why it was cutting incorrectly. So finally I called a professional (Sears) to inspect and get my mower up and running for the 22 season. I was informed by the Sears maintenance man the the top "shroud" which was made of plastic was broken either by shipping or something else. The Sears maintenance man said he saw no damage to the deck. I called Western Auto @ 906 North Washington Forest City, AR 72335. They told me the warranty was over and they couldn't do anything for me. I told them as a customer how am I supposed to know that the plastic shroud is broken and that's the cause of the deck not being leveled? He said "I got nothing for you buddy". I asked him for the owner and he said "well they're not here right now". And I said oh you've been most helpful and I hung up. The next step was I called Cub Cadet themselves and reported the location to them. I suggested that they take away their right to be a Cub Cadet dealership because they are making a bad name for Cub Cadet!

This is the 4th time we've done business with Western Auto of Forrest City, AR. I got the stove I've always wanted at an incredible deal. My husband got his Cadet Riding mower for our 3 acres, 5 years no problems. And today they delivered my new washer & dryer & they actually fit perfect in my laundry room which is very small. But is now going to work just like it should. I actually have room for a table now to fold clothes on and didn't have to move my shelves. I've been recommending them & will continue to. They are so Awesome to work with and I couldn't be happier with the professional service I've gotten each time. Thank you so so much to the Owner's & Staff. You guys Rock. And I just sent another purchaser your way today. :) I will spread the word. Thanks again so much.

On the positive, locally owned. Great brands & service all in one location.*Upon realizing I was not interested in a product I was given a name and number for a small engine repair south of town & conveniently Dropped off Friday. That guy had my pump replaced and washer running better than ever by Monday afternoon, his name was Mr. Cotrelle And I truly appreciated both parties.

Purchase a cub cadet lawnmower oneBay from them. The price was less than anywhere else, they assembled the mower and shipped it, no charge! Arrived in time. I added gas and hit the yard!Impressive!

They were helpful they ordered some parts for us and the parts didn't work they let us return them with our receipt and they took a 30% restocking fee.

My parents bought a riding mower from here. They took it to have it repaired because the belt kept coming off. It is under warranty. They have had it for over a month now and it still isn't fixed. My parents went there to check on it and the repair guys were putting new mowers together instead of repairing the broken equipment they have stacked up. There were a lot of lawn mowers waiting to be repaired or serviced.

I had a bad washer to go out and only had a month Mrs Reeves helped me I was getting up set she got me a washer coming so please work with them cause it is just as hard on them as us I have bought a upright frezzer a bed n paid off and they will help in any way they can

W.A. used to me a meca for kids looking for bicycle parts. Many a parent made purchase of major appliances because they took their child to get a new tube or bicycle tire, seat, or handle bars. Today, no bike parts.

Western Auto used to be the number one place in a small town to buy bicycle tires, tubes, seats, chain, brakes ect... no bicycle parts here now. Looks more like a Sears store now.
