After a pretty gnarly blowout on the interstate, in a town I'm not from nor go to often, I was able to get a fair priced tire and have it out on quickly to get us back on the road. I was thankful for the service ai received and felt I was treated like a valued customer from start to finish.

Big shouts out to Dylan and staff The definition of true customer service. I'm not evening from Arkansas .Traveling from Tennessee to Texas with a tire issue staff resolved it in under 30 min .. great employees make a Establishment run Smoothly.Service: TiresService: Tires

I am so grateful for this Walmart. I was traveling to Oklahoma and I needed an oil change and they were perfectly located on my way. The cashier who helped me at the counter was the nicest Walmart clerk that I have ever interacted with. It was an older African lady and she was just so sweet. Typical people in this field have a tendency to be rough and tumble, but I felt like I was having my sweet grandmother help me get my oil changed. it was awesome! I may not be back for a while since I live so far away but this lady impacted me with her kind spirit and I am grateful to have met her.

I specifically wanted to comment so I could commend Leroy in the auto center. He came out to greet me and see what tire size I needed and talked to me about my day. He was friendly throughout the tire replacement and was proactive in giving me information and updates. He made a rough afternoon of dealing with a flat tire just a little bit better. I really felt like he went above and beyond the "standard" customer service.

Amazing service! They did our tires then agreed to a spur of the moment oil change. Nice job Walmart! Your Automotive people are definitely a cut above!

It was good with Beatrice, however the Auto Care was questionable, we chose Wal-Mart because if our care in the past.This time our person who repaired our tire said our tire sensor broke. It was not broken when we arrived.Not only that, the man who fixed it, broke it,and tried to blame me,.However, and my point is,if it was broken before l got there, the night would have been on, and my dashboard would have indicated that.I'm very dissatisfied with the how the Unbelievable bad caring attitude of the tall man with the glasses treated me and I'm disabled, his attitude is disgusting.When you respond l will give you his name.He is totally disrespectful and hurtful to received the actions he gave me.

I like the service that I get at the auto care center but unfortunately they have you come in too often for oil change for my taste I never really been in there for every 3,000 miles and that can be a little costly considered I don't drive that much

Here on a Thursday morning at 7:22am. Been here since 6:58am. 4 customers have tried the Auto Center door and they can t seem to get their act together and open on time?

I will not buy tires here. We bought 4 new tires I asked them to replace valve stems. I had a tire going flat and couldn't find the leak until I bumped the valve stem and found the leak.The paperwork showed they were out of valve stems so they used the old ones. Walmart shut down all the tire centers for covid. Would open shop for blowout only.

Went for an oil change, and asked the lady to PLEASE page me when it was ready. I shopped for probably almost 2 hours, when I decided to check on it. The lady that was supposed to page me, was off and didnt TELL the men who took HER place I was to be paged !! THEN, I get in and there is OIL in several places...I was furious, I called the store and made a complaint, and she tells me he'll make it "right" if I'll come back

Fast service and a great price for 4 tires. I blew a tire on a trip and the tow driver took me here and they were awesome!!!

Fast, good ol southern hospitality, and so friendly was the sweet woman helping the wife and I she probably did not have to put sugar in her tea. Located 3 lights from I-40 interstate definitely a good place to stop when traveling between Little Rock Arkansas and Memphis Tennessee. Cause you definatly don't wanna stop at Walmart in either of those places.

Employees on their phones having a conservation while conducting a transaction is a big turn off..their attitude stinks

I needed an extra key made and the Auto Care Center has a key cutting machine! 2 bucks or so for a duplicate single sided key, cool! Good job key cutter!

It was a joke the auto supervised don't know the difference between the tread surface and the side wall of the tire in summation he was trying to sell me a tire when I did not need one so when u go there beware or be takin advantage of its your choice but I want never ever buy a tire from that place again.

Got a tire put on they were pretty quick had to wait for the tire truck to get out of the way before they could pull my car out though

I had to wait to pay for a tire replaced until they finished putting the tire on a rim. All I wanted to do was drop off the tire and pay for it, someone else was picking up the tire.
