Called and left a message about our awning over the slide out of our 5th wheel breaking while sliding out the slide out. the awning jammed and we couldn t close the slide out without damaging it.Within minutes Chuck called back, asked where we were and if we had a ladder. They got to us within 10 minutes, took the awning off for us. They were very personable and professional.God put us in the right place today! We highly recommend this company!!!

This world needs more people like this guy.Me and my husband slept at a rest stop on I-40 and we woke up at 4am and our car wouldn't start. It needed a jump and it was so cold and raining. We called around and nobody else was open except him. He went out of his way to help us and made sure the issue was solved. He started it right up and gave us some helpful information on what to do next. We tried to give him money but he refused.If you need a mechanic this is your guy.We were coming from Ohio back to Texas and had 11 more hours to go.We thank you so much. we got home safe because of you.

We were traveling to Texas and we broke down in Forrest City, AR. I contacted Mr. Lytle and he and his wife Kim, are the nicest, honest, caring and humble people I have met. They are angels here on earth. Thank you so much for all your help, God bless you both and your family!

Don t bother calling anyone else. This guy I believe can fix anything !!! So nice. Reallly helped me out - propane leak on my camper. Not his business but sent guy right over and fixed it !!! Do business with this guy !!!!

Fabulous customer service!!! We needed a trailer hitch adapter cut to bring home our camper. We called and was at the shop within 15 minutes and a few minutes later it was cut. The shop showed us how this was not the fix we thought it would be; we were not charged!!! We were also directed to a shop 5 minutes away that did have what we needed!!! We are now on our way in less than 38 minutes! Thank you Lytle Auto and Repair Shop!

I had a broken axle on semi trailer. These folks found a new axle, and replaced the whole axle within 6 hours. Amazing dedication towards their job. Not seen mechanics like them in all of my 3 year driving semi.

Chuck rescued us from a fried axle on the side of I40 in the rain and in 24 hours had us rolling with a replacement rear differential! Cannot say enough good things about Chuck and his crew.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!We were traveling from TN back home to TX and it seemed as if our truck wanted to shut off while driving. I called Chunk and he came to the shop immediately, he diagnosed the problem (corrosion on the battery post). He and his staff ran other test as well (battery/alternator) Chuck had us up and running in no time. Stopped over on our way across the country to get some noises checked out. Diagnosed the problems within 20 minutes and got started work ASAP. We were back on the road in just a couple hours. Very friendly, professional and thorough. Thanks so much and say high to butter bean for us.

We had the opportunity to spend part of 2 days with this repair shop. Our RV broke down on the interstate and we had it towed to their facility. Altho they were already busy with other jobs, they took time to work on our RV replacing the water pump and the tension pulley. Parts weren't available locally, but 55 miles in Memphis. They took great care getting us fixed up and back on the road the next morning. Great service, reasonable charges and friendly staff. I'd definately recommend them! Thanks for taking care of us.

Called on Saturday, Chuck was super helpful and diligent with finding a solution: provided referrals, reached out to mechanics off duty, said, "If these don't work out, call me back." Well, I did and he kept digging until he found something that could help me out. Much appreciated!

one of our big trucks had a blow out on the trailer and a leaking air line on the trailer. we called this repair shop to change the tire and fix the air line at 7:45 am(we had a spare already with us and did not have to purchase one). they answered and sent a mechanic very quickly, remember this is at 7:45am, they finally finished at 4:23pm. this is only taking a tire off a rim and putting another one on, with removing some rubber that was lodged around the hub and changing a $16 part to fix the air leak. our total bill was $823.00. we expressed how this was extremely high for fixing a air leak and swapping a blown tire with a replacement, which we had a spare on the trailer we did not purchase a tire. wish we would have waited on the major chain from down the road. we believe in paying for service and don't expect anything for free, but looks like we just paid for someone's on the job learning experience.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Chuck and his team are incredible! Traveling through from Tucson to Nashville in a 40 year old RV we broke down on the side of the interstate. Not only were they able to quickly find the problem it was fixed free of charge. They really are great guys providing quality service when people are at their breaking point. We had car trouble on a trip last week and these people were fantastic! They would get my highest recommendation! They got our part ordered and installed within 1 hour and had us back on the road. They were extremely nice and the price was wonderful! (Lower than I would have thought!) If I lived near them, I would have them doing all my mechanic work! Great family-owned business that can work on any type auto or even big trucks. So lucky that our car trouble was near them and someone referred us to them.

If you are looking for a mechanic call these guys first! I was on a cross country trip in my RV when I heard a loud clicking sound. They got me in right away, solved the problem within minutes, and charged me a fair price. They are honest, hard working guys. They got me back on the road within an hour and saved me a huge hassle. I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars! Seriously these guys are the best!!

Chuck the owner and the other woman that works there possibly his wife are very nice and understanding people. I drive truck and needed a job done that I could do myself and I just needed to use a couple tools that I didn't have on hand and I gave him a call to ask how much he would charge me for a few things that would require tools I didn't have and he told me to come on over and use what I needed no questions asked. He didn't ask for any money when I was done but I felt he deserved a little something from me. Tools are not cheap at all and I was very appreciative. I'm glad I met these professional and caring people and if I need any service in the near future and I'm in the area I wouldn't hesitate to go see them and I would recommend that to anyone!! Thanks again Chuck your a great man and deserve lots of recognition for your upstanding consideration and a helping hand.

We are driving cross country in our RV from Virginia to Oregon. We were super nervous because we had no idea where we were and what we were gonna do when we heard a weird noise in the RV. We called around asking who worked on RVs and no one did until we called this place and they told us to come in. They right away figured out what was wrong and fixed it within 10 minutes. Their pricing was the best I ve ever seen, left only spending eight dollars! Once we left they called about 30 minute later double checking everything was still working properly. Some of the nicest people I ve ever encountered. Please give them your business!!!!

Chuck, Kim, and team are the absolute best! We were driving home from Christmas vacation and had a wheel bearing go out. We stopped and found them on Google maps. They answered their phone on New Years Eve, guided us to the place, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and repaired our vehicle in less than 4 hours. It only took that long because the parts store had the wrong part in the box and Kim had to go over to the next town to get the correct part. While waiting they let me, my wife, and 3 kids crash their office and relax in the heat and watch TV. They treated us like family and we're an absolute blessing. On top of that they had fair prices that can't be beat anywhere! Thank you guys so much for treating us fairly and like family. Y'all are truly a blessing! I would not go anywhere else, and like the review before me said...if I lived here I would not take my vehicles to anyone else!

These guys are awesome! While driving from Michigan to Dallas my car needed repairs to continue; pulled off highway 40. and was glad I found Lyle Auto; they had the problem diagnosed immediately, ordered the necessary parts and had the job done within hours of our arrival. Honest and nice people; fair prices, prompt and quality service.

I never leave reviews unless the service is horrible or fantastic. Chuck gets a fantastic. We are traveling through the area and our Dodge truck lost power pulling our camper. He wasn't able to find out everything about the truck in one day, and my son said he could come get it and fix it. I called Chuck to pay for what he had done, and he said, " We didn't fix it, there is no charge." What mechanic does that? Nobody. We travel all over the U.S. and are used to being scammed. Never met the guy, but would take my vehicle to him again in a heartbeat. This shop deserves their five stars!!!

I broke down just East of Forrest City, Arkansas last week while driving my Sprinter Van back to Arizona, after a road trip to the East Coast. What could have been a nightmare and a ruined Diesel engine, had a happy ending thanks to the truly fine folks and exceptional mechanics at Lytle s Auto. I rarely write reviews, but the fact of the matter is I can t say enough good things about the professionalism, friendliness, and honesty that they provided to a total stranger. This review is loooooong overdue.Our RV transmission blew on our way back home to Western NY. We thought we were stuck.These great folks were super compassionate while solving a MAJOR issue. Not only were they kind and generous, the guys did a FANTASTIC job fixing the transmission. And believe me, it was no easy feat. They worked diligently to get us back on the road as quickly as they could, and at a fair price.Chuck and Kim are wonderful people. They really made a horrible situation bearable. Can t say enough amazing words, highly highly recommend!! I was moving across county, in my Civic, just me and my two dogs, and in the worst possible heat for my AC stop blowing cold air. They truly went above and beyond to take incredible care of me and my dogs, to get us back on the road. Thanks again for taking great care of us!

Broke down on i40, managed to get my truck parked at my hotel. No shops where open on Saturday but chuck told me he'd get me in first thing Monday. They delivered on everything they said. 8am I was towed to the shop and by noon I was already back on the road and my truck felt good as new. Estimate was higher than expected so I saved money there, and the problem was differnt than what I originally thought. They where thorough in every step. 10/10 would go back if I break down againServices: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Had to have my breaks replaced Mike got me in at 9am and just before 11am I was done and ready to roll. He was very helpful and had shown me what I needed done, and what the problem was and he fixed it in no time. Kim was such a sweetheart she brought in tacos for the guys and offered me some. Chuck keeps you laughing the whole time. Mike, Chuck and Kim thank you all so much. I appreciate the fast courtesy work y'all did for me. Again thank I want to send my thanks to you all again. We heard a noise from the power steering while traveling cross country and took our car here first thing in the morning.The gentleman took a look at it within minutes and told us it was low on fluid.He said there was a very small leak but nothing to worry about until we got home and have our mechanic look at it.He topped it off with fluid shook my hand and said have a safe trip.He could have easily told us we needed a repair that was necessary but he's an honest man.Thank you so much

Being from out of town it is always stressful breaking down and you don't know who to trust to work on your vehicle. I was really fortunate to get ahold of Chuck. Even though their work load didn't allow them to get my vehicle in immediately he went out of his way to find me a reputable mechanic to get me in right away to get me back on the road. Thank you for providing me with honesty and great service!!

I was visiting from out of town and my bearings went out on my truck I called them late at night he told me his mechanic had gone for the night a family emergency but wanted to know if I was safe if I needed a ride anywhere and if my vehicle needed a tow I informed him that I was safe and that my vehicle didn t need to be towed he told me to order the part and put it under his company name he picked up the part I took him my truck my grand child and my niec and I were going to walk to Walmart he gave us his truck to drive around town while he fixed my vehicle his wife was amazing with my little ones she played and talked to them as if they were her own he gave me the price to repair my vehicle, after they d had a real hard time getting everything off and put together (my bearing was froze and had to be cut off ) but yet he eas the one who was sympathetic about me having to pay that cost this was the most loving caring shop I ve even been to they really care about their clients and their cars he assured me that he put my car back together the same way that he would if it were his own family that had to drive itThis shop was AWESOME!!!!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

My clutch went while driving to Texas from Michigan. I was able to make it to Chuck s shop where he and his team were able to repair it. Chuck was kind enough to give us a ride to a hotel in town, and even had his employees stay after closing hours to make the repair so we could get back on the road. Chuck did right by us and did an excellent job on the repair. I would highly recommend him and his shop.
