Really nice place to stay! Very clean, beds and sheets were comfy, staff was friendly, pet friendly. Appreciated that they had a bath mat for safety. We really like the pump shower soaps. Super breakfast with fresh cooked eggs, hot oatmeal, bacon and hashbrowns, fruits, boiled eggs and variety of breads. Will plan to stay again when we are out this way!Nearby activities: There is a good Mexican restaurant (Don Jose) within walking distance!

We were overall pleased with the room and service. They had let the soap in the shower run too low and there wasn t enough and the refrigerator worked but didn t have enough gumption to keep everything cold we had put in it. (It wasn t completely filled either.)Food was good and staff very friendly.

Good solid place to stop for night when traveling. We didn't want to stay in Memphis and this was just an hour further. The hotel was full, but it was quiet. The rooms are a little drab compared to newly renovated ones, but it did the job. The bed was more on the firm side, but again, for one night it was okay. Breakfast was clean and well prepared. They had the usual waffle station, but they also had omelettes, sausage, and potatoes. Check in was quick, even with a full lobby. Used points, so I can't speak for the price.

My family of 5 stayed here for one night very last minute, because we read good reviews and it was much more affordable than getting two rooms. Workers were very friendly and helped accommodate our extra rollout bed, even though we arrived at 2 am. Comfortable and very clean room, with enough space for all of us, and a nice bathroom too. Breakfast was open all the way until 10, and the food was surprisingly good. They had tasty scones, a good selection of food, and it was all kept up very diligently by the staff. The kind manager even walked around while we were eating to make sure everyone was doing alright. Overall, my whole family was very pleasantly surprised by this last minute hotel stay! I would say that the staff and management is the reason behind this.

Older hotel which is fine but our room hadn't been cleaned "properly" I mentioned it to the front desk as well as our fridge wasn't very cold. I asked about switching rooms as we're on a long trip and I needed my food to stay cold but she said all the fridges would be the same in every room. She also knew that the room had been cleaned as she had seen the person who had cleaned it. We stayed in the room anyway as I didn't want to make a big deal out of it. The bed was comfy, good size t.v. just a little disappointed. This was the big shelf in the bathroom.

Right off the interstate is very convenient. Extremely friendly staff. Rooms are clean. We have stayed here a number of times over the years as it s about half way point for when we are visiting family.Rooms: Clean. Two queen and a pull out offers sleeping options for traveling with kids.

Rani is a wonderful woman, we had left some very important baby items behind when we left, and she called us right away to let us know! We were thankfully only a few minutes away so were able to easily go back.The only reason I say 4/5 instead of five is the carpets needs to be cleaned I think, they were a bit sticky like old carpets can get if not shampoo'd regularly. Otherwise very nice and clean accomodations. We had just tried a few different hotels in Memphis that were absolutely disgusting, and it was a boon to find this one not far out with clean rooms AND clean furniture! An older hotel, but obviously well maintained except for the carpets, like I said.

Nice place to stay off of the highway. It is easy access to several dining choices. The room's are clean, quiet, and very affordable. Lastly, the breakfast and service are excellent. Enjoy!Walkability: Enjoy a great meal within walking distance. If you enjoy Mexican cruisine, you will love the restaurant next door!

The staff were courteous and friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds were soft and cozy. The pillows were soft as fluffy clouds and the rooms were clean and tidy. The continental breakfast was great. I liked the different selections of breakfast foods available to eat. They also had different varieties of drinks to choose from. I absolutely loved it and I enjoyed my stay there.

It was a decent place to stay. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I and some others that I have talked to, say they don t like the pillows so you may want to bring your own if your driving a ways. It will help you get a better nights sleep.

Staff is extremely friendly and customer attentive. We had an issue with our TV not working. The night desk clerk came to the room and made some adjustments and it worked for a little while. Since it was getting late, I didn't bother trying to make additional attempts to get the TV working. After a great breakfast, I checked out and was asked by the morning front desk staff about my stay. I casually mentioned our issue with the TV, and to my surprise and delight the desk attendant unexpectedly adjusted my bill. That is how you keep customers loyal to the Hilton brand. Thank you, and well done.

Not enough good things to say about this hotel. Excellent experience and I would definitely stay here again. The staff are friendly and helpful and full of humor. The room was spotless and well taken care of. Even the bathroom was spotless!!! The beds were comfy and smelled clean. Didn t hear a thing from outside - no traffic noise! Hands down the best place I ve stayed in months!!

While interstate hotels are generally low expectations for me, this hotel was pleasant little gem to hit after long day of driving. First, I am LOVING Hampton Inn allowing pets for a $50 fee (honestly that is fair given cleaning/etc), so nice to not have to panic about what place to find and whether or not it will be terrifyingly gross as we travel with kids and our well behaved, quiet but large husky! Second, this hotel was so clean and quiet, even the parking lot area and grassy areas for pets were super clean. I usually expect pet rooms to have that "pet" scent but not this room, it was spotless and very clean. Hotel itself kept very clean in all areas. The pool was tiny but so nice after long hot day and super well stocked with pool towels. Breakfast was kept stocked and included hot items and very clean area with staff making sure food replenished and tables cleaned. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a safe and fairly reasonable priced lodging. Get in a little earlier in afternoon or evening to enjoy pool. For those willing, you can even walk to some fast food (Popeyes) and convenience stores/restaurants at end of block. Rooms had refrigerators that worked and were clean and a/c worked well! I don't know if it just was renovated or built but it was nice! Thank you to staff for a good experience!

Amanda was awesome! There were 4 people ahead of me -- I was checked in within 15 minutes. I did not have reservations, yet I got the room I wanted. At 11pm, there was scant parking. Staff was perfect! Very accommodating. The room(118) was close to the main lobby,yet I could not hear noise. The staff at check-out informed us that bad weather was coming. We missed the tornado by two hours. Thanks.

Not super impressed for the price. Man in front of the hotel late at night panhandling guests, when staff were alerted at 11pm when this occurred with a female guest nothing was done. Bed was comfortable, very limited food options inside the building. Soda machine only took cash. Parking lot was full with several cars taking up 2+ spaces.
