The women at the Cincinnati, Ohio location are VERY RUDE! The bus to Nashville, Tn broke down. They were not understanding and did not show any empathy for passengers that would be there from 1am to 4pm!

This place is really not a place. It's just a bus stop there's no building. You literally have to stand outside till the bus arrives. If you're not from Arkansas you will pass it and miss your stop. I had to follow the bus to figure out where the stop was. If you have to go there please be careful because it's not safe.

They still have my luggage since November of last year 2019 They said in in February of 2020 they'll send me A check for 250. I told them keep it. My computer from Culinary Arts School cost that. Don't put NOTHING under carriage. They don't care.

I am 44yrs old 5'2" 120lb and he is 6'3" over 200lbs and pulled me off the bus yelled at me and then yelled at me again in the bus. I am a Medical Assistant and have been for 22yrs and he talked down to me like I was nothing. I have never felt so humiliated in my life. We are paying customers and deserve respect. I will never take the Greyhound again.

Greyhound station in Forrest City, AR. Buses are not here more than 15-20 minutes. If you want snacks and drinks, they are very cheap compared to other places these days. A reminder that you're in the rural area. Elderly lady employee was nice. If you want other options, there is a McDonald's across the parking lot. Old Sawmill Cafe is there, too. However, it is not recommended when traveling Greyhound. Again, stops are only 15-20 minutes.

IT'S VERY SMALL AND THE PPL WORKING THERE ARE VERY MEAN, THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE THEY DON'T WANT YOU TO USE THE BATHROOM OR COME INSIDE OF THE PLACE AT ALL, THEY GAVE ME MEAN STARE DOWNS AND ONE GRUMPY LADY EVEN ASKED ME IN A VERY AGGRESSIVE TONE "WHR ARE YOU GOING" AS I WAS WALKING INTO THE STATION TO USE THE RESTOOM AFTER MY BUS HAD CAME TO A SHORT STOP THERE. IT WAS DARK AND DINGY INSIDE WITH VERY FEW SEATS. I HOPE I'M NEVER ON A BUS THAT STOPS IN THIS HILLBILLY TOWN AGAIN.

Atlanta GA station is to small and very crowded and staff was not pleasant at all the food court staff cussing people out and shut down mind you shift had just changed over they went on break ...lol l didn't get anything turned round and went hungry layover was 4 hours

Just left there.. It has moved.. It more close to mcdonalds and old spanisb cafe. In a little house type building
