I was taking a road trip and needed a new alternator. So I called them to make sure they had one at 8:23 PM, and the lady told me they did. I arrive at 8:56 PM, and was greeted to locked doors! So, I called them back and the lady told me they had already closed the registers. We now are having to wait for them to open at 7 AM. If you re not going to stay open till 9:00 PM don t advertise it.

If not for Veronica and Darren I would have to put my travel back by a day and would most likely had to pay alot more out of my pocket. They and the mechanic were a God send. Thank you so so much.

My car broke down on my way home to KY early last Saturday morning. Felix at Auto Zone in Forrest City not only found the needed part, which was delivered on time, he also gave detailed directions so I could easily navigate finding breakfast, etc. Finally, and most amazingly!, he made an appointment with a mechanic who immediately installed the part. Because of his above and beyond customer attention, I was home before dark Saturday evening. I am very grateful.

We were traveling to Texas for the holidays when the alternator went out. The people at this store went Above and Beyond to help us!!!They were very knowledgable and kind!It was a nice reminder that there are still good people in this world.

Excellent customer service from Tino! I bought a headlight and a blinker for my wife's car. I asked a few questions as to the replacement process. Without my asking, he offered to replace the items I purchased! Outstanding customer service! I will definitely revisit for any automotive needs!

The employees seemed nice enough, but some shouldn't be helping customers. Selling them the wrong parts for wrong vehicle years/ models. Spent hours at this location. The area seemed very sketchy and not well maintained and we were glad when we finally decided to leave and try to make it to another location (which we did thankfully). Bathroom facility needed attention, dirty and loose garbage on floors. Prices seemed comparible to other stores.

I had a very bad experience in this place, I bought a part for my car and before doing so I asked if I could return it in case I did not need it and the person who attended me told me that I could do it before 8pm so I returned at 5:45 pm the same day, and when I asked if I could return the part I had bought, the manager "Toni O" told me that he could not do it and that he had to return until the next day because he could not do it and in the end after arguing with him he made me return and it only took 1 minute to do it. I really don't understand why they have such incompetent people in a place as beautiful as FORREST CITY .My family told me that the same person told them that they could not help change their headlights because they had to remove the bumper so I laughed, I changed the light bulb in 5 minutes .

Was greeted at the door and asked if I needed help, I said no but they helped me anyways. Lol. Great customer service, in and out in under 10 minutes. Great work!

Mr. Fleix is th best ,I got my door Ac/ heater Actuator ,an he also put my back driver's side tail light in tha I also purchased..he is th best at everything he does ,he goes out above an all th way to help his customers

The staff didn't seem as interested in helping me this time..Additional: I appreciate when the owners get back to a review in a timely manner and apologizes for missing the mark in their service. I will continue to use AutoZone for mine needs because this happened just shortly after I posted this review

I was at the auto zone location at 2 pm Saturday in forrest city Arkansas i did not have a mask and was asked to leave by a customer servicee representative named Felix Jones however at the same time a Caucasian patron stood at the counter without a mask and was helped with no problem..is the policy only for patrons of color or is it for everyone? Thank you willie jackson.

During a terrible storm, my drivers side windshield wiper loosened up and stopped working. I stopped here and the manager himself came outside and fixes it for me, tightening the nut and using locktite.In addition. This was the cleanest and best organized store I have ever been in . Puts the jacksonville Florida stores to shame!

Out of town working. Machine breaks down. Though we couldn't get part from AutoZone, specialty parts, we were able to get tools and necessary fluids to repair our machine. Personnel were polite, professional and prompt. If we are ever in the area again and in need of what AutoZone offers, we will be returning.

The store is always clean. You may have to wait sometimes but its worth it because you know you are getting good, sound advice from the people that work there. The customer service is always good.

We called to see how much the wiper blades for a 1999 Pathfinder was. They told us it $17 for two, we said OK. So we drove down there to get them, I went in and told them I was there to pick the blades and the guy told me it was over $24. We just left and called O'Reilly, they said $17 also but when we got there, it was $17. We said thank you. We're not getting cheated out of our money.

I was heading home and my SUV started beeping letting me know that my taillight bulb was at fault, on my way to my mom, I stop by auto zone and a nice man name Jerome change my bulb and had me all set to drive, I'm a happy customer

I can't put in to words what this aoutozone means to me and my family but, here goes, the people here are Gods angels and they blessed my family. Me and my family was leaving Florida to get away from hurricane Irma. The trip was long, hot and we were drained physically, mentally, and financially. All the places for us to break down and be stranded on this journey of over a thousand miles. There's more towns and cities then one can count but Forest City, Arkansas autozone is one in a billion. Knowing our family was in distress they took to action and saved us not only did they get us back on the road they gave us gas money cause blessing us once wasnt enough for these angels working at autozone. We told them that they had already done enough but, one of these angels told us you still have to get there and handed us the money and told us to be blessed lil did they know we just were blessed twice. Felix I do believe was one of these angels the rest remain nameless but, never forgotten nor unappreciated my family will always consider Forest City, Arkansas autozone our autozone, our angels and our blessings.#autozoneangelsWith all our admiration,Henry & Kelly from the pink and chevy

Called to have a part brought out to me, since i had broke down on the side of the highway, After waiting a Hour and a half no call no show i call the store to get told that i am out of the area for them to bring my part. WORST SERVICE EVER
