I have taken a tour of spirit cars two times before I ordered a 23T kit. The people were really nice and informative. It s taken longer than expected to get the kit but patience is a virtue. I think it will be worth the wait. James Davis Pottsville Arkansas

We bought the 1923 T-bucket kit from Spirit Cars. Shawn was our salesperson and contact person. He was honest and forthcoming when we needed advice. Sold us quality parts. A very top line and reputable company. So that s why we give them 5 stars.

I have requested a catalog a couple of times and I reached out via email and I ve left a phone message and no one has contacted me back. How can you trust customer service like that when building a street rod

My father in law order a custom car in 2019 and as of today 2/16//2022 the car is still incomplete. The owner Josh refused to order the parts because the prices increased and was over the estimated cost. The gas tank was never installed and the custom paint job was scratched. They were not easy to deal with or at all helpful.

I ordered parts and never got. Never even got refund for my parts. They lied to me over and over again. I have ordered from other vendors got their parts, but not spirit. What gives. I think I atheist deserve my refund.

Very poor communication built a car for my and josh was supposed to build a complete car and they only did half of what was supposed to be done Very poorly communicated with Shawn said parts were put on and never installed them and the car was supposed to be done over a year ago and still not done and car has scratches and paint chiped off would not recommend them
