Coach at autocare (blonde with wide body) in the first time in 3 years i been going to Walmart gave me the hardest time ever. She was on facetime talking to someone else at the same time while talking to me. Tried to persuade me to not getting my tire on saying that the wait time was around 3 hours while the shop was empty and i had just called and ask for the time and someone else said 10 minutes. After i said i will wait and that it was not a issue, she started talking really rude to me, disrespecting myself and when i said i was gonna go and put a complain she laughed and said im the higher manager on duty, theres nothing you can do about it . After 3 years i had to go somewhere else.. Im Really sad about this experience and will recommend to everybody else to avoid her. She didn t want to give me her name either but thats not a issue.

I looked around at oil changes, and everyone except walmart was over 100 bucks for a synthetic oil change. So I went there and I was amazed. I was greeted nicely they took my keys told me it would be 30 mins. I walked around walmart, and then I got a text came back paid . That easy. They also filled my fluids and tire pressure. I will be going back for sure.

Can t comment on the work performed - couldn t even get to that point. Made an appt, came in to be told there would be no more tickets for the day, they begrudgingly agreed to honor the appt, then waited for 20 minutes (incl well after appt time) to be written up. By then running late for other things, and had to just forget it.

They were nice at least. My 1 hour oil change took almost three hours

Got a new battery, in & out in less then 30 minutes. The people on duty were very kind & there is probably a reason for that, cause I used words like please & thank you & even more crazy, I was smiling when talking to them about my car. Will never go back to this location for an oil change. I was told it would take up to one hour for my oil change, with only two cars ahead of me (which seemed an excessive amount of time). TWO HOURS later, my car was finally ready. While I was waiting, another customer gave up and asked for her keys back because she'd been waiting over an hour. It was not worth the cost to wait so long.

I just went into the Tire Center at the Mall AVE. location and had the best experience I've ever had with a Walmart oil change. I walked in and was met at the door by Joe. He immediately had his guys working on my vehicle before he even had all my information typed into his handheld computer. I had expected to have a long wait like normal. Well, that didn't happen today and that was because Joe jump right on it.Thank you Joe. When I go back, I will be asking for you.

Gave one star because only way to leave a review...this place is ridiculous! a 3-4 hour wait for an oil change. Customer ahead of me had go elsewhere to purchase correct oil filter and bring back to Walmart to finish the oil change! I also brought a tire to be mounted a few months ago and sat for nearly 4 hours. Service is slow and they aren't concerned about the customer's time.Won't be going back.

WORST STORE EVER!!!Completely unprofessional automotive technicians. I caught them playing games by repeatedly unlocking and locking my car with the key fob from the bay while it was in the parking lot. No automotive manager on duty to complain to. Always a long wait while the employees stand around and do nothing but waste time.Since I ordered my tires online I loaded them myself while the employees watched and took them to a different store only to wait forever again.Go to Tire Tracks. They're fast, professional, and actually care about the customer and their vehicle.

I am not one to leave negative reviews but I feel the need so that no one purposely chooses to have the same experience I did. I went in on my day off to get a routine oil change. Was told the wait would be an hour to an hour and a half. Since I didn't have anything else to do and figured the wait at other places would be just the same, i decided to wait. After 2 hours of waiting in walmart, I asked about my car only to find out they had declined it due to a stripped cap plug. Without offering to fix/replace the cap plug, the man proceeded to tell me that he doubted even the dealership could change my oil without a new cap plug. He offered absolutely no advice on how or where to take it to get it fixed and sent me on my way with a "sorry for the wait". I am a single female who knows nothing about car matienence so I rely on "professionals" to help me and service my car when needed. Needless to say, "professional" mechanics do not work at this auto center. Will not be going back.

Had a tire blowout a mile from here. Put on a spare (bent my crappy sissor jack and had the car fall in the process) and brought it in. Took my keys saying they could get it done and then told me it would be 3 hours. Had them give keys back and left blown tire with them so I could get to work. They called me said it was done. Drove there paid for it and asked them to put it on as it is built in to the price. They told me 2 hours wait for the under 5 min job. Had to install tire in the parking lot with a bent jack in 95 degree heat for the job I had already paid them to do. It's a safety issue at this point which they seemed fine with. Go to tire tracks or anywhere else for your tire needs.

Took my car in Saturday for an oil change. One of the mechanics, Dylan if I remember correctly, found a nail in my tire and told me before while my car was being checked in. He also called me during the oil change to let me know that I have a brake light out. They have improved on their service!!!

Buying new battery, told them exactly which one I wanted . 2.5 hrs later announced my automobile was ready. They informed me that the bolt holding down battery could not be re-installed, upon examination, bolt had been broken off. A strap was installed to hold battery in place. My order was rung up for a total of $174.99. Not bad considering the battery I requested cost $49.00 .Apparently they install whatever they want. Now waiting for the battery I requested , to be installed.I will never return to this tire and lube !

I wish I could give this zero stars.... That one lady was extremely rude and did not want to check us out at the auto center. She then opened our cilantro, grabbed it, scanned it, and put it back in the bag. I guess they need self checkouts back in the auto center... The service center also did not change my washer blades like I had asked, and instead changed the air filter which I told them likely didn't need it. But that's a simple mistake... the lady being rude and not wanting to check us out was way worse. Please don't touch other people's food....

Somehow services were added to my car that I didn t ask for. Luckily we caught it because the wait was getting ridiculously long. The front desk staff was competent and friendly, but I stepped out a few times to check on my car and there was no manager to keep the techs from goofing around instead of working.

Came in to get two tires on a subaru. The kid outside said we had to buy four because of it being a awd car. I explained we had two new ones put on last month. Finally agrees after he measures the tread. Go in to the service counter the girl is complaining about how she hates filing papers. Go through the only two tires thing again. She has to get her manager who is complaining about she's ready to go home. They say hour and a half wait when there's only two cars in the bay and employees standing around. Definitely not professional nor customer friendly.

1 Star because for some reason you have to pick it. 3 Hours to change oil and rotate tires. Staff was constantly on their phones or goofing off. Staf was severally lacking in customer service when a lady came in with a leak in a rear tire. She left unhappy when told she would need to wait 2 hours. Your better off finding another place.

Tire plug is holding fine. Customer Service is severely lacking. Took several minutes figuring out how to enter a 2016 in the system (apparently Walmart didn't get the 2016 update for its software). They are also repeat offenders for not calling the customer number when the job is done (or checking the waiting room, for that matter). Sat in the waiting room for an additional 15 minutes since they didn't notify me.

Very accommodating with my Oil change preferences! Replaced blinker bulb and even installed the wiper blades I had ordered online. Excellent service!

Okay, honestly most of the guys are nice here, except Mark, dude freaked out on my mother and I, just freaked out and started yelling, I am only giving this 3 stars because they did great on the tire, T.J was very nice and helpful, he did respect my mother and I! Do not give Mark your business, he got upset and in such a fuss about something small. Two words be kind and choose kindness.

Went to get an oil change at 8am on a Saturday. There was one other car in the bay and four mechanics talking/working. I asked for a basic oil change and the clerk said it would be around 4 hours wait...I did not wait.

Terrible service, particularly from an employee named TJ. If he tells you something, do not believe him!! Get verification for whatever he said from anyone else working. Better yet, just don't take your car here. The wait is insane and just...yikes. Go to tire tracks (cheaper, nicer people) or anywhere else!!

Had a flat tire, came here to get it fixed and they told me all that was wrong with the tire was a valve stem leak. Not even a day later the tire was flat again. Not sure whether the mechanics are incompetent or not, but I don't reccomend servicing your car here.

The people that work in automotive are nice, but it has taken 2 hours to get our oil change. There was no-one in the bay ahead of us when we pulled in.

What a mistake. Was told I was next in line for oil change, tire rotation. 2:30 later and still waiting. Plenty of time to do a review. Wish I knew how to give 0 stars.

Don't get you tires aired up there. They broke my valve stem and then said they did not so that. Nor will they make it right. The supervisor was less than helpful and accused me of lying. Spoke with another manager and they told me it was just accusations.

I stopped in today and asked if anyone could help me check my transmission fluid. The guys that helped me were so nice and went to the trouble to explain how to do it if I need to in the future and how. Thanks a million guys!

When I got there they told me there were four cars in front of me and the wait would be about an hour and I dropped off my car. When I came back an hour later they told me there were four cars in front of me and the wait would be about an hour when I pointed this out I got not even an apology. I canceled my service and went elsewhere.

From now on this is going to be my to go place for tires. Super friendly fixed one this morning and after a delivery route I had another one flate , this guy's where super friendly and helpful.
