Most of my experiences here in the past have been pleasant. So I can t give 1 star. Today was unfortunate. The ticket shock at the end due to lack of communication from the employee that started the transaction. My service was double what I expected the cost to be or what was talked about in the beginning of the interaction. Make sure the person giving you the prices is being fully transparent with you or they ll take advantage of your lack of understanding. I wish more could have been done..The person who did try to help me at the time of the ticket shock was very apologetic and offered a possible discount if I did return. I do appreciate that. However, I m not sure I ll be back as now I m set back by an expense I wasn t expecting. Lesson learned.

Horrible service and poor communication. Was there for 1hr and 45 minutes for a simple oil change. Was told half way through they were under staffed. Manager wasn t helpful and instead of focusing on getting a customer in and out they kept all 5 bays open which clearly they couldn t handle. To top it off after they were done they handed me a screw from underneath my truck and said they stripped it , tried to blame the last place I went to and told me to go to O Reillys to buy a new part. Wouldn t recommend this place to anyone

Very helpful and friendly staff! They were not pushy to add on additional services, though they recommended what was needed soon, which I appreciated. They took time to explain the options as well. Overall I would definitely return for both the convenience and kindness!

I m a courier and get my oil changed regularly here ..These men do a very good job.. fast, friendly and have integrity.. The very best customer service .. I ve tried them all jiffy lube, take 5 none compare to these fellas.. keep up the good work. Dustin is on top of it and you can tell he cares.

Here right now. I get both my cars serviced here, wife and mine.No longer.I got a fog light out and asked them to install it while they are changing my oil.Wanted to charge me $25 to INSTALL A FOG LIGHT i already had purchased. Bye byeEDITED UPDATE AFTER OWNER RESPONSE,Not that I needed to mention it, bc my license plate said Disabled Veteran, if that's the way you treat us, nickeling and diming over a twist and insert bulb that my disability prevents me from doing, after years of coming there, no way I'll change my mind. You should be ashamed of yourself

Great Service! The employee Chevy was very nice and explained in details what to expect and how it would be done. I felt very confident in the work performed. Great place with great a employee who made me feel like family. Will always come back!

The staff and service here is amazing. They recommend services that will help your vehicle, but understand if you do not choose to do them. When you have a low to the ground car and the undercarriage cover pops off, they will try their best to take care of it for you. It is important to take care of your care and they make it fast and easy with great attitudes!

The service was good, but they did not apply my discount of $10 when I checked out. Then they offered me a coupon of 15% off my next service to make it right. Just not very happy.

Top notch service. Quick, responsive to needs, with a friendly, polite face to enhance your servicing needs.Stopped in for a quick tire pressure check. Added a fluids level check. A quart was added at no cost.You guys will forever have my business.Way to go Valvoline!!!

Technicians were friendly and prompt. They had good communication and followed a checklist with cross checks.They evacuated the oil which means there was no chance of cross threading the drain plug. Nice Job Valvoline Team!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

It was ok. Only thing I don't like it that they don't change the oil filter, and if they did, they did not reset it. Now my car is telling me it's time to change the oil filter. So I am giving a 3 star review and that's being generous being I paid over 70 for oil!

Dustin was super knowledgeable about what services he recommended and why. He was really clear with what was pressing and what could wait but should be prioritized for later. I never felt that he was just pushing services on me but that he genuinely cared about helping the longevity of my car.I never once felt pushed into purchasing a service and he even gave me a discount (which right now is much needed by my husband and I). In all honestly, I felt God caring for me and my family through Dustin!

Would absolutely bring my car back here for an oil change! It was a HOT summer day and I had already been to another place that was too packed to get my car in so I came to Valvoline and am happy I did. They greet you professionally and are courteous, my visit did not take long and I felt taken care of. They even helped me find a coupon to reduce the cost, which was much appreciated. My first experience here I'd say was top notch, was impressed. They're quick, efficient, and I was happy when I left. They also checked my AC as well. Would recommend this place for sure to a friend.

Great experience! Communication and teamwork were top notch. They got me in and out very quickly. Informed me of everything they did, gave me feedback on what needed to be changed and when, and all had a great attitude. I will def be back!

This place is awesome. It's brand new and super clean. I was in and out quickly and the techs were very friendly. Fair price too. Full synthetic oil change and coolant flush at the same time.
