I m a student at the University of Arkansas, and I had ran over a little curb which caused my front fender to pop off. I was looking for a good place with a reasonable price. Billy s shop had great mechanics and were super helpful! Since it was an easy fix they offered to do it no cost, but they definitely deserved a good tip!!

billy is genuinely a super nice guy. i called 9 places and no one would compress my dobinson struts for me, without hesitation billy said he could do it for me. i took them in and he got them done for me, he actually even showed me how the machine worked and let me help. it was a great experience, very welcoming place and affordable prices! i m very happy with my results of taking my business to him. 5/5Service: Auto maintenance

Billy and his crew are the absolute best! I recently took my '03 Toyota in and "joked" with Billy about getting another 20 years out of it. However, after his crew worked their magic, I don't think it was a joke at all.. it drives better now than it has in a decade! Thank you Billy, and everybody that works at Unique Creations!!

My entire engine needed replacing and the crew here did it under time and under budget.I cannot recommend this place more highly. I'm not from the area and asked my tow truck driver for a recommendation and this is the place he gave, thank goodness!Random, but if you're not from the area and have to figure out getting your vehicle, Greyhound runs through and is only about 3 miles from the shop.

Wonderful small business. Billy and his crew are down to earth, honest, and trustworthy. They helped me with my very old falling apart car and did not try to convince me to make many more purchases/fixes as many other autoshops did. I will be coming back.

I called to get a quote on a repair and talked to Billy the owner of the shop. He indicated that he was driving and would call me back in 1/2 hr to quote me a price to fix my car. No problem there, I understand!The problem is he never did call back. I left several messages, several times on his voice message, and the guy just never calls back. You call him, and he never answers his cellphone phone!If you need an excellent mechanic, do not call Unique Creations by Billy. If he doesn't care enough to call you back when he says he will, you'll get the same kind of treatment when he works on your car.So, I went and found a much better mechanic!I called Faithful Auto just down the street, and they were very responsive and quick to call back with an estimate; I placed my car in their shop and had it up and running fast. Use Faithful Auto!Snooze, you lose Billy!

Billy went above and beyond his way to help my niece with a high pressure fuel pump issue on her Honda CRV. He took the time to explain the problem and why it needed the new part. The office manager was very helpful and pleasant as well. I highly recommend their services

They were the first auto place to listen to me and believe me when I told them it wasn't the ignition coils. They found the actual problem, and helped me get it taken care of in the most cost-efficient way! They have my business now for as long as we are in this area. Very trustworthy! Last night my girls and I were coming back to joplin from back at our home town just 6 hours away. This 6 hour trip turned in to almost 12 bc I was having truck problems. I finally had enough and pulled over in Fayetteville. I was tired, frustrated, and out of ideas on how to get my truck going and get me and my 2 daughters home. I was desperate and really took a risk by approaching a few men standing outside of a local residence nearby. It just so happened to be Billy and a couple of his associates. Although I probably looked like a crazy person and even though was a Sunday night and his shop was closed , he offered to help us! He stopped what he was doing and spent the next couple hours assisting me on my truck! I have no idea what he did or what magic he worked.... but we were able to get back out on the road around 9 pm or so and didn't have one problem out of my truck after that point! It's AMAZING to meet people like this, especially with all that's happening in the world today! It's the simple, small, selfless acts, such as this one.... that mean the most.... the simplest act of kindness can change someone's whole world around! I was told their transmission repairs were top notch and their "guy" can repair my truck in his sleep. This may have been the case but who knows. The truck still isn't running The truck had other issues but this "Mechanic Shop" couldn't figure it out. I was told this was an "unusual transmission repair" with no explanation why. I was also given negative feedback when I asked for a detailed report of the repairs and findings before I paid the remainder of the bill and towed the truck to another shop. My problem is their efforts to communicate. I was told I would receive a call with details of what was found. A week later I am sending the owner stringent texts asking why I can't get a response. He just said.... I can't fix your base model 2001 truck because its "too complicated". I have learned over the last week that two other social acquaintances have had the same issue with this company..... exactly!Service: Transmission

Been going to this shop for over 10 years. It's out of the way but it's worth it, I will never go anywhere else. The owner is one of the most honest and genuine people you will ever come across!

I always come here when my camaro needs a fix or something being added on. They are the most helpful and nicest people around here. I recommend this place 100%.

Went to see the progress on my LS swap on a S10 I had towed to this location a month ago. This was the only place that would work on these type of projects in Fayetteville. They did what all other mechanics couldn t do in a matter of weeks and it actually started up good when I saw it in person. Looking forward to the work that will be done. Very grateful cause this was a nightmare of a project as other shops didn t know how to get this started right. Nobody would touch it but this place. Will update my review once this project is completed.

These guys had me swing by same day after calling, and had me in and out in 30 minutes for some grill guard mounting help! Only shop in town that would even let me come in the same day after calling, everyone else was booked weeks, even months in advance... Weird. Who's got my timeline?? I haven't been to Billy's in a while but Google prompted me to review it and said I was there. Kind of like the time I got a AutoZone receipt emailed to me of something I didn't buy. BUT if Google wants to invade privacy and all that, G needs to know the fact I love Billy's AINT PRIVATE lolGo there for laser metal cut decor, signs, auto body work, engine, motorcycles, GREAT loitering material kind of place (don't tell him I told y'all about the pool table upstairs...or my loitering recommendation lolz), also hot mechanics, an amazing receptionist, dog friends, and just general inspo if all kinds.....and be sure to check out the repurposed car part furniture and vintage wall hangings in bathroom!!You're welcome, Billy, family and friends :) I need a job btw xoxo love you guys and will never forget when you hosted my debut circus variety show for Halloween when I got back from NYC. SRSLY forever

Billy, has a unique ability at engineering solutions, to mechanical problems. He is bless with common sense, and a strong sense of ethics & commitment,,too doing the best job he can, with the tools & materials at hand. He did a great job for us on a 1949 Chevy truck rebuild. Yesterday, we drove up from the Austin, TX area and about 2 hours south of Fayetteville our check engine light came on. AutoZone scanned our Jeep and said it was possibly a spark plug and gave us a list of recommended repair shops. We arrived at Billy's shop around 4:00 (they close at 5:30!). They took us right in and had us fixed up and back on the road in a snap. Very trustworthy and personable. We highly recommend these folks!!! Safe travels!

Needed reliable repair after a local mechanic had made issues worse on my old pickup. Billy came to the rescue and really cleaned up my motor, including the fix of an oil leak. He was upfront after costs and gave honest opinions.

I cant say enough about UC by billy. They are absolutely AMAZING!!!! They helped me out big time. He installed a new motor for me. Dealt with a difficult warranty company and addressed any questions i had professionally. Also want to thank tony at front desk. She was very patient with me when i was FREAKIN' OUT . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH UC by Billy. They are the absolute BEST

Very knowledgeable! And very well priced... I took in my 85 trans am, and he s the 1st mechanic I ve found that has been able to work on it, and on classic cars in general. Great guy, great shop. Highly recommend over others in the area.

Took truck in to put new timing chain and water pump. Fixed, checked compression, 2 cylinders have no compression.Ground heads put back on started truck without retiming.Cracked cylinder head,and broke block. After 6mo. Got back truck. Is now to costly to repair.

UNIQUE CREATIONS BY BILLY is also much more than an vehicle repair shop. While they are total pros on automotive matters, Billy is a creative artist with a multitude of technical skills (and the requisite specialty tools) graphics designer, metal smith, painter, etc ... and he loves a challenge! Bring your stuff to Billy- he has the solution.

Billy is always very polite and helpful. My family has used him exclusively for as long as I can remember, because he's so efficient and doesn't try to throw in extra things that need to be fixed like most places.
