I was in town & realized I needed some service work. I called and was able to come in the same day. Justin at Toyota Service Dept took care of all of my car needs in a timely manner. He also notified me of additional things that were necessary for my car to perform at its best.

The service is good, the people are nice, the prices are extreme , so buyer beware. I have been to other dealers where at least they would vacuum your car for the outrageous price! One visit I needed brakes the next visit I didn t, be your own judge.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I always bring my car here to be serviced. Josh Reeves is very courteous and thorough and has kept my car in great shape the last six years. People tell me my car looks brand new. The waiting room is large and comfy with complimentary coffee and water and a tv to watch. I appreciate the great customer service, especially from Josh.

I thought it was a good visit but a bit slow. I had an appointment for an oil change and transmission service and it took about 2.5-3 hours start to finish. The check in was really slow as the young lady checking me in didn t really know what she was doing and then she couldn t find a service advisor to pass me off to so that was at least 30 min. Before they ever started working on the car. I could have taken the car to a quick lube place and had this done in 30 min. At a lower price.

Allyson was my Service Advisor for this round of upgrade/repairs. She s a pro, ask for her. The Service Techs name I did not get but as usual, after a quick inspection of the work done. It s easy to tell it was done correctly. My 4Runner will be 17 this year. I give them all the credit for it operating properly, on the trails, or the highway,Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Miguel the associate who worked with me was very kind, listened as I explained some issues I was experiencing with my car and kept me updated on my service status. This is the first time I ve been at a Toyota service that didn t try to push service that wasn t needed and I m so thankful for that.

I was highly impressed by the phone call to schedule my service appointment, the polite service technician when I pulled into the service bay, and the punctual service time all the way to check out. There was a high level of professionalism throughout the entire experience, and the cost was reasonable and affordable. I will be returning for future services and would recommend anyone in the NWA community to have their Toyota service with them.Service: Oil change

This visit was a lot better than the last. The team was very quick in getting the work done. My previous visit was with my wife s car. Totally missed diagnosed. I had asked to have the battery checked, and the Toyota team said it was not the battery causing starting issues but good not figure it out. I packed up my car and went to Auto Zone where they tested the battery (tested bad), replaced it and I have no more issues with the car starting. Also a week later we receive latter from the service department stating that there were things that needed to be addressed. We were not told that there were additional issues that needed to be addressed. So we took the car to another auto repair shop had them check the issues had them resolved.

I called ahead and brought my elderly mom s car to have an oil change. They have three drop off lanes with green light arrows appearing above all three lanes. My husband was in my mom s car sitting in the shortest lane, but no cars were moving. ( I had met him there to pick him up. ) After several minutes, he looked and saw that there were no people sitting in the cars, so he got out. I met him where a service representativr should have been, but no one was out there. So, I went in the building and found a sakes staff person who escorted us back out of the building into the service drop off area. There were three other people standing there waiting. The sales guy said that the two service guys were busy helping other customers. We were fine with that, but we asked the guy to get someone to turn the green light out over the lane that was full of empty cars. All he did was say, I don t know how to do that. That is when I decided that we can go somewhere else where people treat us like valued customers to get her oil changed. If you re schedule is tight like ours is, do not go here. ( Also, I called ahead and spent ten minutes on the phone with a call center person who is not in site to make the appointment. ) I do not have time for this shenaniggans.

Dropped off car to have brakes inspected because of a grinding noise. I did not hear from them for almost 3 hours. I called to see why I had not been contacted. They were too busy to take my call. So they called me back a bit later. They had an incorrect phone number on my account even though I have been a customer for about 6 years. Not sure how my phone number got changed. They had my correct email so why not try to send me an email also? So the work did not get started until almost too late in the day to even pick it up same day. They need to confirm contact info at drop off.

I came in for a scheduled routine oil change maintenance appointment. My confirmed appointment was 11 am. I did not leave the dealership until 4pm. I have never experienced this amount of time for routine maintenance! They did find that my car needed a rear wheel alignment. But, again, I was told that would only take about 20 minutes. Five hours for this service is ridiculous! Never again!!!!

Excellent service. I own a Lexus but since Northwest Arkansas does not have a dealership, Toyota is my go to. My service time was quick and efficient and Josh answered all of my questions and then some on other details of the car that I needed clarifying. Definitely five stars.

Took my car in to have them look at it because it sounded like my exhaust came loose. Turns out it was just a clip that came off. They fixed it real quick did an oil change and I was out. It was great. Joshua always took care of.

They figured out the problem with the vehicle and fixed it and whatnot. My only issue is the cost. The parts were $420 which is fine. However, the labor cost was $813 which is insane considering it s nearly twice the amount the parts costed.

Awesome service. My rep went above and beyond to help me resolve a rather complicated issue with my truck. I don't live in this area but had tire trouble while traveling through and this location got me back up and running even though my warranty service is from a different region. Very helpful and very fast service as well

Find another service center if you want real attention to your vehicle.Got an oil change today- asked them to put air in my tires and they didn t do it. Gave my car back and light was still on. They said it would go off in 30 sec of driving which is incorrect the light goes off when the tire reaches it correct pressure: they really should know that. Last time they cracked my windshield but would not claim responsibility then it took them 3 months to get a windshield replacement which was covered under insurance.Today asked for a 60k service - they didn t do it.Asked to access a noise and they lazily said rotors. Anyone with automotive experience knows that is clearly not the case.Won t take my vehicle back to such a mediocre service center.

My appointment was at 10:20. At 11:00 my car was still sitting in the intake area. At about 11:00 they took my car to have the oil changed. The oil change was done fairly fast. But they brought my car back to intake area about 11:45. After it sitting there for 20 minutes, I finally went and found a service advisor and ask what was going on. He told me he did not realize it was in his stack. Then they over charged me and I had to explain to him when I signed up for the service I had a coupon.

Fast service. No complaints with the work done on my vehicle. Was in and out in no time at all. I ve always had great customer service when coming here with my boyfriend. However, both times coming here the service alone and with my sister the advisor Allyson was very rushing and just not friendly at all.

Great service! I had an emergency and they were able to get me in within 1 hour. AL my service advisor was very helpful and he got my truck fixed the same day. I trust in their diagnosis and repairs and feel they are honest and efficient. This is my to go place for all my Toyota purchase and repairs. I won t buy anything but Toyota.

The battery on my Lexus was dead. I called Toyota to see if they could take care of it and they said bring it in any time. After AAA jumped it, I took it straight there and drove right in to a service bay. I had a ride, so left it with them. About an hour later Miguel called to confirm that it did indeed need a new battery, they had one in stock and my car would be ready in about an hour. The easiest thing I did all day, especially considering that was not on my to-do list. Great service!

I chose a major tune-up for my 2002 Toyota Camry. They fixed everything important and didn't break the bank. Jennifer and the mechanic are absolute professionals. I trust my car will now go for another 100,000 miles. I highly recommend Toyota at the Fayetteville Autopark.

I was traveling to the Fayetteville area and had damage to my car from sizable road debris. The Service team was able to order and receive the needed part over the Thanksgiving holiday and have it installed the day after. That allowed me to start our 15-hour drive back home on-time and with peace of mind. Thank you!

I have never spoken to a less helpful buisness in my life. I have had service done here in the past. Thier explanations of work they have done are vague, and act like they are protecting government secrets or something. If you call to ask a service related question, thier answers are "hey just tow it in and we will look at it." They can't even help you feel better sitting on the side of the road. Sadly it's because it's all about money. Well they used tobget my money for my services on my Toyota, but not going forward. I will take it to someone who treats me with respect, and not a number with a check book.

It s normally a very good experience. I think the car was serviced. OK it just took a long time, but I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of my car. It was supposed to be washed and it Probably had been rinsed, but not washed since it still had dirt on it.
