Had a great experience at Toyota of Fayetteville! Didn t pressure me into a vehicle I didn t want. Bought a brand new 2023 Rav4 XSE Hybrid that was allocated and was still in transit, Doug & Josh updated me throughout. When it came time for paperwork, I was in and out within 1hr 30min! Doug & Josh took care of my husband and I, got us a deal that was within our requests and made sure we were aware of all things Toyota! We will definitely be bringing our business back.

Ali Taner was very professional and friendly. He never tried to pressure us into any one vehicle. He will take the time to listen to what your specific needs are in a vehicle. He answered all our questions and if he didn t have an answer he made sure to get with someone that would. He is a very knowledgeable salesman with lots of experience. If you re shopping for your next Toyota ask for Ali. You will not be disappointed.

I went into the Fayetteville Toyota dealership and wanted to get my windshield wipers on my 2021 Camry replaced. I was told that it would cost $70 to do it. The service manager responded to this review and explained why the cost is so high.

Enjoy my truck but disappointed in the overall service. I've purchased several vehicles at other dealerships in the area and they have all come with a full tank of gas. This truck left the lot on E. I also had a lengthy service for 3 weeks and the truck was returned to me dirty.Reached out to my sales representative during the service process and the responses were spotty at best. No assistance in obtaining a loaner car at any point during the service which was disappointing.Felt like during the deal they were on the spot and then as soon as I needed assistance, the service dropped.UPDATE: The customer service manager responded to this review and asked me to email him. I emailed him 8 days ago and no response.

If I could give negative stars I would. Read my story and be warned.I took my 17 Corolla to this dealership for service for a squeaking at grinding sound in the front. They told me I needed a new wheel bearing and had to order it. Then, when the part came in, they said that it broke leaving me without a car for Thanksgiving break. $800 and 4-5 days later I get my car back. I could barely even tell they worked on it. I took it back in and went back and forth with them a few times about the sound still happening. I had to drive around with a mechanic 2-3 times to pin point the sound Very inconvenient for a person who works. Then they tell me the need to resurface my rotors and it ll be about $300 putting me at least $1000 into this fix. As they are working on the rotors, they ask me if I want new tires and an alignment for $1054. I said no especially because they did an alignment the first time I took it in. When I pick up my car later that day, they tell me that the mechanic popped one of my tires, but they put a new one on for free. Now if you ask me, they would have never spoken a word about popping my tire had I said yes to them replacing all four. If you take your car here for service, expect to be yanked around and screwed over. 10/10 DO NOT recommend. Won t ever be back.

I bought a new 2024 Toyota Rav 4 XLE last week fro. TOYOTA of Fayetteville. My salesmen were Cole Reed and Chapman Koster. They were both so helpful and professional. I appreciate Cole taking the time to explain everything on the front end and Chapman for helping the day of sale and with explaining all the car technology. Thank you also to Rob for helping with the financing and paperwork process. I have gone to Toyota Service for years and always appreciate the good customer service. Well done!

Needed a truck immediately, since my Dodge Ram went dead in the middle of the road, with initial indication from a recall issue that Dodge has no solution for 3 months out.So I did my homework and called Joshua at Toyota Fayetteville to get a truck, since he reached out over email after I inquired over the Internet on a vehicle. I stated I don't want to overpay and needed to be in and out in less than an hour. He got me a few options over the phone and made an appointment to come in that same day.They did not take advantage of me due to my situation. Got it all done in less than 45 minutes with no hassle and paid an excellent price for a brand new Tacoma.Joshua is great guy and I will call him for my next new car purchase in 6 months. Toyota of Fayetteville is a first class place to deal with. Very happy with Joshua and the entire process. I will only buy Toyota from now on and deal with Joshua.
